Great store for picking up a few items for around the homestead. They have supplies for all your animal's needs and also for your lawn and garden. Bird feeders, hen nesting materials as well as supplies for your rabbit, goat, horse, etc. Grass seed and lawn care products. Need your soil tested? They can do that too. Everyone I have met there has been very friendly and helpful as well.

Outstanding customer service! We are so thankful. Part of our order was missed when we drove through the warehouse. It was frustrating because it was the very thing we had driven here for. I called right away and they were so apologetic. Their warehouse manager called me and, amazingly, offered to personally drive our missed items to our house (nearly 40 minutes away) after hours on a Saturday. We were not expecting this but did take him up on it as we needed the items for our chicks.A big chain feed store would NOT have done this! We are happy to support this small business as we are able. Thank you also to the staff in-store for being willing to answer my many questions and to Luna the cat for letting my kids crowd around her and pet her. ☺️

They are very friendly and seem to not know a stranger. When you walk in, they greet you like family.Ordered a bag of food and drove through their warehouse and they loaded it up for me. ❤️It's worth the drive out of town.

Country animal feed store for sure, but they also have gifts, a variety of bird food in bulk bags, bird and hummer feeders, farm-related toys and games. I always get our bird food there.

We went to the Pony Parade today & it was so cute & fun to see. Decorated pony carts driven by mostly Amish children, adorable ponies & horses, even a sheep...what's not to love? Bought yummy pies @ bake sale & also visited the wonderfully eclectic Milan Center store. If you've never been, drive the short distance out Hwy 37 to Doty Rd., turn right & check out the bird feeders, yard ornaments, toys, jewelry, dog & cat items, decorative candles, & Wind & Willow snack & dip mixes @ the store.

I needed a special memorial gift, something pretty for a garden area. After looking online I couldn't find anything that seemed right. I hadn't been to Milan Center since our last horse passed away, but remembered seeing some nice things there. Sure enough, they had a beautiful glass birdbath in the perfect colors. They have quite a variety of colorful garden accent pieces in a small area and many choices of bird feeds and feeders.

Stopped in to buy grain for microgreens. They just happened to have peas in stock, although that is not a regular item. Staff was quick and efficient, and prices were as expected.

Prices are great. The staff is always super friendly. The only down side would be not being able to order online. I also couldn't find a catalog of their products online. However you can call ahead and order and be completely contactless. The staff is also very good at helping find the right product for your needs online even if your need is bedding for a rodent rather then a horse or cow.

I’m a truck driver and I needed some supplies for the pup, so I searched online and chose this place because it’s not a big chain. It’s friendly people who are truly genuine. Very happy with the positive environment, everyone is super friendly and the prices are great! Came in with my pup and everyone was just loving him. Very happy with the service. New customer. Virtually nobody had a pond heater in Fort Wayne and I couldn't wait for one to be shipped. They were the only one that had anything of the sort locally. They were experienced, helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. Ultimately, the heater didn't work out as needed, but it was no fault of their own. A++ experience
