Wow! This place looks like it's closing down! Everything is in boxes and carts all over the floor. Unbelievable.... Employees all standing around on their phones instead of working.

The cashier was very friendly as he greeted us at the door and rang up our groceries. Still would be a big plus if they would carry eggs.

Went for mother's day supplies and was a bit disappointed to selection and also with customer service. It always takes forever to get out as they usually have one person doing check out. Also, employees were on phones stocking and chatting while I shopped. Felt they could have been helping the cashier check people out. This used to be one of the better locations for selection but I ended up going to the Maysville location after and found what I needed there to finish the gift basket. Customer service was better and also had multiple registers open so check out was quicker as well.

Update 7/31/23 This store is always clean & organized nicely, the people working there are always friendly & helpful!Update 12/31/22 I am amazed at what you can find at this store! So much cheaper than other stores for a similar item. I enjoy getting bargains & good quality items!

Never bad customer service here. But the store needs to stay up on keeping it clean. Take 3 minutes to clean a bathroom. Good thing they leave cleaning stuff out. I spray everything down. Door handle sink toilet walls. They stay stocked decent stuff choose from. Still would recommend this store

Usually I love this store but this trip I was disappointed.. the shelves weren't stocked the store was dirty, boxes everywhere that needed put away!! This happened once before, once! I'm disappointed!! This is usually my favorite store that I drive 25 minutes too because its normally so clean and so well stocked..😑😑🤨🤨😡😡😤😤 wth?!?! Hire more help!!!!!!!!

Excellent store where everything is $1 or less (like candy bars are 89¢ and some foods are 2 for$1).They have a great selection of party supplies. Plastic forks, spoons, knives in a bunch of different colors... Plastic serving trays... Paper plates in different colors... Disposable table clothes... And disposable serving utensils.Dollar Tree is known for a nice selection of helium balloons. And at $1 each is much cheaper than any other party store or grocery store's floral shop. Also a large selection of gift bags for birthdays, weddings, baby, and generic occasions.Lots of cheap plastic toys! Love a $1 you cause the kid is going to lose it anyway. Wow! Picture frames. Usually a large selection.Food & drinks. Some food is more expensive here, and a lot is cheaper. The great thing is that everything in the freezer section is $1. They have the manufacturer package the product in $1 sizes instead of $7 sizes like at the large grocery chains. This is super convenient when you are single, and only need one serving of frozen meatballs, not a 5pound bag like they force you to buy at the name brand grocers.This store is usually stocked well, and clear of clutter. With extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Very filthy my wife and I were just in there and felt the same way we will never visit that store again. Only one person could be seen doing anything and that was the register. Floor was filthy, supplies laying around on floor and carts, shelves needed stocking. We will definitely never be back! !

Have decided not to shop at this store. Never seen a store so disgusting. It's filthy..stuff laying all over the floor. I almost took a fall from tripping over material on the floor. It is like an obstacle course. Have complained before and nothing is getting done. Maybe you will understand "lawsuit" if myself or anyone gets hurt from your negligence...

Disappointing but sometimes there are good finds at this store if you have the time to look everything over. The shelves are usually bare and the store is usually messy. Most of the time there is one cashier with a long line of people waiting to check out.

The store in new Haven was very disappointing. The store was dirty and there was next to nothing on the shelves. The cashier was busy complaining about another dollar tree and never greeted me or thanked me, just kept talking to her fellow worker.I often shop at Dollar Tree in Fort Wayne and have never had a bad experience as the one I had today.

Can't say enough good things about dollar tree. I love going there great for small gifts, stuff for crafts. Just a fun place to go and shop at. U always find something at the dollar tree

Awful experience I went in to get one thing there was a loooong line and they had one girl at the register and then I saw the guy I would assume to be manager come out of there little office room upfront and go to a register but didnt open it and then another employee just walking around they should've opened another register then they had another woman paged to come up and help when she got up there she was cussing at the guy I think was the manager and saying of the other girl needed help she would've paged her herself well she didnt and she clearly needed help it was a very awkward situation and the employee that was paged was extremely rude
