Honestly it deserves a zero star. I understand that they are understaffed, but they shouldn’t be closed on a random Thursday without warning. This store was recently opened, and I guarantee it closes soon because there is no way they are making money with being closed so often. I hope corporate can do something about this!

The employees are not attentive to the checkout. You often have to go find one to check you out. Also, the self checkout is frequently out of order.

Went there to just waste time and found alot of good bargains. The manager Marci was very helpful. We stopped her several times to ask questions and she always had the answer. The other staff was just as helpful and friendly. I will go back.

Cannot get ahold of them by phone is my only complaint. Been trying for 30 min. Just rings and rings. Other then that nice clean fully stocked store. Friendly staff.Edit- spoke with night supervisor and she said they are aware of phone being out of order.

I love the Dollar General Store in New Goshen, Illinois. Its always clean, organized and the staff are so courteous and helpful.
