I went in for a job interview the first one went great but when it came to the second on it was a nightmare. The lady first asked me how many children I have which is fine and I have 3. then she asked me if I get food stamps which I do not. I pride myself on being able to take care of my children as a single parent without government assistance. She began telling me how much she hates people like myself and how I obviously don’t know how to take care of my children because if I did then I would be getting assistance and the entire interview became about me getting government assistance and how I need to get it which is insane and no one’s business period. It was the most insane job interview I have ever gone to. Then she proceeded to tell me the 6 jobs I’ve had since I was 15 were to many jobs and she would be in touch if I get the job but with me working 6 jobs in the past and not getting government assistance she didn’t know but hey if I don’t get the job at least I can get the government assistance then she laughed. I was literally in shock by time the interview was finished.

Always clean and well stocked. Helpful friendly staff. Generous return policy. Purchased a lawn mower here. When I discovered I wasn't happy with it after one use, they allowed me to return it and exchange it for a model I was happier with and were very courteous about it. Will shop here again!

I just had the best retail experience of my life!Elsbeth at TSC (NewCastle store) was absolutely what every store wants and needs in an employee but is a rare find!She was helpful and pleasant,knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected.Well done Elsbeth and TSC!!(P.S-I bought a riding mower.)

Probably the best experience I’ve had getting propane at Tractor Supply. 1. They are almost always cheaper than anyone else. That goes for all Tractor Supply.This location had a couple young guys working the propane the last time I was in. They did their job but had to be called twice and then got a whole list of excuses.This trip was awesome. Not only was the transaction swift but their new machine to pay for propane outside made this very convenient. No going back in the store to pay. Very impressive this time around.

I left stop in there get the feed for my animals staff is usually friendly want to be helpful. Prices are on average as well as their competitors. Go Tractor Supply you're good to your employees I feel and they all seem happy and willing to do their job and want to help when you go in

I do NOT recommend going to this Tractor Supply. My family and I were in here yesterday looking at boots. I asked , who I believe is the assistant manager, if she could check to see if they had a pair of boots in the back because the ones out on the floor had some scratches on them. She told me it didn’t matter how they looked because they were on sale and refused to go check on a different pair because the boots were on sale and “I shouldn’t complain because it’s a good deal on the boots so why does it matter how they look”If this is the type of customer service they give, especially an assistant manager, I would NEVER go there again. And this is the Tractor Supply in New Castle Indiana.

Nice people,We were just refilling our propane tank.Kinda sucks that you can not just take the tanks inside and wait for them.You have to go on and ask for help filling them.Then go outside to where they are filled.Then go back in and pay for them afterwards.

Nice people there lots of old toys and stuff to look at if the don't have what parts u need they will try to get them.But the man worked on sewing machines retired so I'm just working on my own

Great place for welding supplies, nuts and bolts. Lots of stuff not available art Ace or Menards. Sale trailer axles,tires and hitches. Disappointed they no longer carry Exide batteries or I would have given 5 stars.
