I visited Harbor Freight in New Castle yesterday for the first time.In the store here.And I. Absolutely❤ it. The store is very clean and the staff are very eager to help you out. I definitely will be back in the future. Great Job guys. I give you10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It's a uncomfortable experience when shopping here!!! Ive been here 3-4 times and Everytime I feel like the floor walker is literally breathing down my neck not everyone is a POS thief.

This store has everything you need, from DIY to professional type jobs . The hand tools are as strong as Snap ON or MAC at a fraction of the cost.

What would happen if you went into Walmart to buy a loaf of bread and they insisted on your phone number before allowing you to purchase the bread? Would you go back?Harbor Freight is engaging in data mining and selling your shopping information to other retailers. It's not a crime, other retailers do it as well. They are just more subtle about it. I'm of the opinion that this practice should be stopped immediately. When you go into HF, and they insist on your personal info tell them you are Amish and don't have a phone or use the Internet. If they won't complete your purchase, go somewhere else and buy the same item or else order it on-line, but don't play their game. This is an outright invasion of privacy, and this practice should be corrected immediately. Clean store, not a lot of staff on the floor to help you find items or answer questions. I left without buying anything. Likely won't go back so long as other options are available.
