called to make an appointment was asked if I had ever been there I was honest & said no she insisted if I hadn’t been there before then I cant make an appointment with them unfortunately.. with no further recommendations on where to get my dog groomed locally… what kind of marketing tactics are they teaching these small businesses these day?!?

We just got our dog, Bailey, groomed for the first time....the staff at Blue Ribbon did an excellent job with her and even gave her an adorable purple bow in her hair afterwards! Thank you to Cathy and other team members for making Bailey's first grooming experience go so well!

My Lilly is impossible to groom! She looks awesome and I appreciate the fact that you have an appointment and receive a call when your pet is done. No staying all day long. Great place.

I took my Tobi to get his nails clipped. They cut one down too far into the cuticle and he bled all over the front seat of the car. I hate it when they cut too close like that, but it's hard to see the cuticle because his nails are black. Anywho, I did the same thing when I tried to clip his nails, so it's six of one, half dozen of the other.
