I called Ace for the locksmith got a gentleman name Kyle super cool guy very easy to talk to and loves his job he drove out to me and got straight to work was out in about 10ish minutes would recommend with any locksmith problems

Our bathtub handle fell off so I had to get all kinds of things to fix it. I didn't even know what I needed to fix it. Praise God there was a gentleman named Greg that works there. Greg literally not only showed me what I needed but explained how I'll be able to fix it. Even whenever I had to return to the store a couple more times. He was always extremely nice and extremely helpful to me. There's absolutely no way I could've done that without him. So I am truly grateful!

This place is a very nice quiet hardware store. The people are always so nice and willing to help. I also like how they have candy that they sell individually. You could get ad little ad one piece to a bunch of bags they just have to weigh it! I also found out recently that they ship UPS packages.

Use to love this place and the friendly help until few weeks back all the older men and lady that help me find what I needed was off this sat I spent about 2 hours with a friend cause we wanted to see all the news things available.We were being followed around like we were trying to steal we both notice that but really didn't bother me 2 females shopping and sometimes a little thing will get us talking about who knows and I think he enjoyed hearing us.But I was gonna buy some things that were on sale 3 signs marked All 3 columns all same company ECT we got to check out and the stocky short asst manager or whatever almost called me a liar and was so mad I didn't know what to think he was so RUDE to me a customer I showed him all signs he was mad from the very first maybe he realized I wasn't a theif maybe he was tried of trying to catch us doing something wrong I had no intentions of doing maybe he don't like woman who knows but he said IM NOT CHANGING IT !!I said Im not asking u to but can I show you but that time it didn't matter he was so hateful my friend put her stuff back also too but Susan the lady at check out I seen her face she was shocked to hear him talk to me as he did I haven't been back since I'm sad to know all the other employees like to hear projects I'm doing and try their best helping me get what I need! I spent alot of money there I also sent a email about this other customer s in there heard how he cut me off told me off and I left I was stopped in parking lot about it! It's sad there's was you can do things but you don't talk to customers they way he did looks bad on all the rest that are nice people it's A SHAME I know some things are high there but alot of it is because the courteous and pleasurable experience it was to have a conversation on a project, and what I needed .The man that has the cats white beard, the man tall dark hair glasses, employees that's worked there long time this day out done all! I hope this man that took the place of their weekends so they could be home I hope he does something to another person and fire him cause he had no reason to treat us the way he did

We have been shopping at this Ace Hardware for years. So many years in fact it’s never crossed my mind to review it until I saw a flyer suggesting to do so. This is easily the best and most covenant place to get almost anything you need for your projects in New Castle. They have always had a great knowledgeable, abundant staff. Also we have found seasonal items that are also spot on for us.

Okay prices. When we went in there, we barely got in the door before a sales associate asked if he could help us and we said no because we knew what we needed and where it was and then less than 2 minutes later as we were getting what we needed, here comes another associate asking if he could help. I understand wanting good customer service but being asked by multiple people in under 5 minutes is not it.

Went in there to find something for the home.Ask an older gentleman and he said they didnt have it. (No big deal) well my son kept saying the place was called ice and im like honey its ace so we asked an employee. He said its ace and said a racial statement while staring at my immigrant husband. So i told the manager. She took me back and the guy did apologised. As i was walking away they saud something else regarding my husband and myself for calmly yet assertively standing up for my husband all within ear shot of the manager who said nothing to the employees

They graciously refunded my money for a return that i had. I didn't realize it when I asked for the refund that the store policy is up to 30 days after purchase. It was more like 5 months ago. It wasn't much money, less than 10 dollars. But still, they didn't have to refund it. Thank you!

Todd and his staff are always willing to help. They do an awesome job making keys. They have made truck keys and house keys and have always worked flawlessly. I see a lot of people working on diy projects and the staff is always giving ideas on how to make it work. The tools and material needed to get any project completed.

I had 3 keys cut none of them worked. After going back to return them and getting 3 more cut, they ended up not working either not to mention I had 3 cut a month earlier and only 1 barely worked if I jiggled it around a few seconds in the lock
