Took our Australian Labradoodle here for the first time, after having a very bad experience somewhere else. Everyone was extremely friendly and really understood the cut we wanted. Our dog looked amazing when they were done thanks to Melissa! His haircut is exactly what we were wanting. Not to mention, he was in a great mood when I picked him up and that shows me they handled him with great care! Wonderful experience

I’ve been taking my dog here for about a year now, and I couldn’t say enough positive things about all of the stylists! I picked up my pup today as the most rude customer was dropping off their pups - these girls dealt with the situation so politely while also being assertive - this whole interaction made me want to show some appreciation for what they do! Please be kind to your groomers, maybe say an extra thank you for what they have to deal with.Every time we pick up our Pomeranian mix she looks fantastic!

I live in Georgia was visiting my niece in Indiana..my Pomeranian needed grooming since in Georgia there not grooming dogs cause of covid..my fur baby needed grooming so bad..took her to Melissa's they did the most beautiful work on my doggy..the best groom I've ever seen..wonderful work..and they are so friendly..excellent. unbelievable..give them 10 stars. Nova went in this morning as a walk-in for a simple nail trim. She went in scared and shaking, thinking she was going to the vet. They took her in immediately and the girls were so sweet to her and made her feel as comfortable as possible. On the way out, they gave her a “New Year’s Pup Cup” and Nova came out so happy and excited! Love taking my girl here and would recommend to anyone!

I have 2 Boston Terriers that I took in for baths, nail trim, etc. I was well pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The girls smelled good and their coats shined. I would recommend Melissa's Pretty Paws to everyone.

We love Melissa’s Pretty Paws so much, and they always take the best care of my boys. The groomers and Mrs Jackie up front are always so friendly, and I feel so comfortable leaving my pups in their care. They always do such a great job, and love on our dogs so much. We had tried several groomers before we came here, and none of them had met our expectations, but we have been so pleased here. They are a great cost for all of the hard work they do We are very thankful for Pretty Paws and how much they love on our boys Finn and Beau.

the best place for dog grooming. they treat your dogs like family and no matter how busy they are, they make sure to speak with you. the space is professional, clean, welcoming and the groomers (we go to every single one) are very talented. we will he life long clientspro tip: follow them on Instagram for the cutest dog pics.

Our dogs love this place. The staff knows them and loves on them plenty. My senior dog enjoys the pampering. Our new puppy is getting get to used to it but the staff does great helping him. They have given us good advise about nails and fur and skin issues. Highly recommend!

I love the groomers and Jackie (at the front desk). I've been taking my babies there for years, probably close to 10 years. I've NEVER had a problem there and they are always very personable and treats my babies and myself like they've known us forever. You can tell they are very passionate about their work and our furbabies.

Great place! They are terrific with pups. Good at getting the cut right, per your instructions. They give good advice for dog owners. They are great at working with skittish dogs. There is free parking available, and it is not too far from the bridge so it is a decent option for Louisville dog owners as well. They accept cash and cards. You should tip; they perform good service.

We've been going there for over a year now. They do a great job with both of our small dogs. The prices are reasonable and Jackie is amazing at the front desk. Street parking is convenient just a few feet from the front door. It can be difficult to get an appointment as most people schedule several weeks or months ahead, but that's because they do a great job and have a loyal following.

This place is wonderful. It is the only groomers I have been to locally where walking inside with dogs is not a chaotic and stressful situation. They handle my dogs so sweetly and their services are top notch. They are always very honest and can always fit my dogs in for quick nail trimming/file.

Our 4 year old dog Nala is terrified of getting her nails trimmed. But the team at Melissa’s Pretty Paws, especially Madison, is so patient with her. We come in prepared and Madison makes sure she is comfortable and loves on her throughout the whole nail trim.Nala will be anxiously shaking and Madison calmly talks to her the whole time. From the owner of a pup with nerves, it’s such a relief to have a team that really cares and makes the visit so seamless!! Switching to Melissa's after having her nails trimmed at the vet before was the best decision we ever made for her. Thank you all so much!

My poor puppy was cut 4 time in one visit. I am sure after the first he was very jumpy. However they should have stopped after #2. Better safe than sorry. One cut or burn (I'm not sure) is still healing 6 weeks later. There cuts were always ok. Never perfect but I am not that picky. Add in the cuts I'm out.
