Paid $7-$8 for a tuna sub and there wasn’t even a full two tablespoons of tuna!!! We had to lift the cheese to even find it! Before I retired I’d order from them at least once and sometimes more a week (Hurstbourne Ln, Louisville). NEVER had a problem.So disappointed and will not go back.

My wife gave birth to my child and was craving a sandwich, which she couldn’t have during the term. We order two sandwiches from this store and it was never delivered to the room. We gave explicit instructions.I called the number and was told that the delivery driver had already returned. We got no call or email despite that it was clearly labeled on the order. The driver offered an half-hearted apology and explained to me that he went to the wrong floor and gave up, deciding to dump it in the main lobby, not bothering to notify us of the sudden change. After an hour and this phone call, I tracked down our order. Half the ingredients were missing from her sandwich. My sandwich has maybe three thin bits of lettuce and no onions. They also didn’t include the mayo packets we asked for. We even tipped extra for the delivery.Abysmal service. Abysmal communication. Non-existent quality of food.

One reason for my star rating is that if you order a sub with bacon, they don't heat up the bacon, also there are not hot sub options, no good bread options it is the same plain thing every time. This is of course my husband's favorite place to eat and my son and I both are like please not again. It's time to add some new things to the menu ie: hot subs and starting heating up your bacon on your current sandwiches if I order a sub with bacon I want it to crunch not be cold and squish.

Being a 11year GM I was quite disappointed in what I got. I ordered a #12 extra mayo take bread out add onions, herbs, ez sauce. Since you can't do it online I call right after I placed the order to request all sauces on the side as I was having surgery and wanted something good to eat when I came out of it and didn't want soggy bread. The employee I spoke to acted as though since the sandwich was already made she couldn't fix it. After a ah duh moment she said ok and hung up. When I was allowed to eat I saw the sandwich had no bread taken out was missing cucumbers and had sauce on the bread which did make it a lil soggy but I managed and very little lettuce. Now yes the food was good, I did enjoy it but some attention to detail would have made it that much better.

Wonderful location, I come in here on my lunch breaks all the time. Very clean in here every time I come in. Staff is always friendly and seem happy to be here. Loved the experience I had today where the cashier (Dorian) tried to help me redeem my rewards as best as they could. Super helpful and so sweet.Vegetarian options: #6 veggie with extra lettuce is my go to!

Past two times I’ve been there within a 2 week time span they have left something out of my order first time was a cookie second time was a bag of chips I guess I need to start looking… how do you leave out an item when you literally only have to put 3 things in the bag??

From someone who eats JJ’s weekly, I will never return to this location after a very poor experience this afternoon. Waited politely for 45 minutes after ordering, walked up to the counter to inquire and my ticket had just been found and placed in the back of the line. They didn’t offer to make it right then and there. Kept in in the back of a line of multiple orders. I left without the food at had waiting so long for. I will never be back to this location.

My wife and I order from here at least once a week. Our order is usually over $50 because we have kids. We live 1.2 miles away from this store. The past 3 times we have ordered it has taken over 45 min to get our sandwiches. They were also very soggy because they sat so long. I can get pizza delivered faster than this and it comes hot and fresh. When we complain we get nothing but rudeness and a hard time. I will be taking a personal grudge against this store and rest assured that no one in my circle will give money to these sandwich thugs anymore. Shame on you Jimmy John's!!! Shame!!

So a few days ago I had food delivered and everything was fine until today when I checked my bank account. I saw that they charged me more than what I originally agreed to pay. I called them and they said that what could have happened was they charged me someone else's tip. The manager there said he wasn't there when I placed the order so I have to call tomorrow morning to speak to the manager that was there.Edit: After leaving negative reviews and giving them negative feedback on their site, they sent me a $10 giftcard. I was able to order 2 sandwiches along with a side portion of ranch and a cookie because I also had earned a free sandwich. It took a little over an hour for them to deliver my food but it was free so I'm not complaining. The food was good and I'll definitely order again when I have money.

Had an order taker that could not get two simple orders right. Didn’t know that you can make a Giant sandwich order a combo meal! Then she got two orders totally wrong and the manager had an immediate attitude when I showed her the error and the receipt was not what was ordered. Make sure you have them verify your order before you pay!!!!

I ordered on the app and chose the delivery option. Waited 45 minutes for the delivery and it never came. I called the store and the girl who answered was extremely rude. She then said it was another 35 minute wait. I drove over to the store to get the food and thankfully one of the guys there was nice. He offered to let me take my food home for free, but I just paid anyways. As soon as I got home to eat, the order was completely wrong. Called the store again and they gave me $15 on my account for my next purchase. One of the worst experiences I’ve had there, but at least I got $15 for free.

I'm just going to put this here while I remain to wait for my order. Second day in a row waiting over an hour. I'm not sure why I made the decision to order from them again. I guess I hoped it was just an accident for the long wait yesterday. There was certainly nothing freaky fast about the delivery. I called today to get the status of my order, and I was greeted with a rude attendant that sounded certainly like she didn't want to be there. If I have any advice to whoever is reading this, just go and pick-up your order. That's unless you want to deal with poor service and delivery time.

Had a catering order. We called it in the day before. We get there a few minutes late even and they haven't even started the sandwiches, and then when they did it was not freaky fast. It took over an hour and still wasn't right. My sandwich was a plain slim, on the website it says 7.79, on the phone they said 16 dollars.

Wrong orders delivered, melted ice in drinks, 30 minute waiting time on recent delivery. The past couple of months this location has gone down hill. The past 4 orders have been wrong in some way. Using Little John bread for a more expensive Favorites sandwich, missing straws and napkins, and just now they sent a turkey instead of a tuna with the wrong toppings. I do not recommend this location.

This one is pretty hit or miss, but the last three times were all misses. Waited over 30 minutes for "freaky fast delivery" and when I called, after a long uncomfortable pause the guy said "we are finishing up your order now." It was two sandwiches. I'm pretty sure our order was overlooked. Total time for our delivery was over an hour. Not the first time we've been disatisfied with this locations delivery service.

Never had an issue with the food and delivery is very quick. These are subs that are cold, they don't toast them or anything so just be aware they aren't like Subway. My only real issues is their Delivery areas. So the Delivery is very weird, I use to live across the street from their location but they said it was "Out of Delivery Area" however they would deliver to the houses by wal-mart a few miles down the road past my house.Also from experience, What you order you get. Special instructions font matter. Its almost as if they are just pre made in a fridge and they dont change anything. Dont like somethong that comes on the sub, well its probably still gonna come on it. Not a huge deal as im not picky but just a heads up if you are in a situation like me where you have a picky Human who gets rather loud about someone messing up an order.

While waiting in the ER at Baptist Floyd I witnessed one of your delivery drivers just drop food off at the front desk, refused to go up to the 4th floor where it was supposed to go. The receptionist was asking if he knew if the customer knew the food was here or if he could get in contact with them and he just shrugged his shoulders and said not my job. The 4th floor is labor and delivery, that was more than likely a mother and father wanting food after delivering a baby! He was rude and that behavior was uncalled for. It happened around 8pm on March 31st, 2022.

This location (State St, New Albany) has gone downhill big time! I'm so sick of them barely putting any toppings in my sandwich or just simply getting it wrong. Don't bother going there... Unless you want freaky fast not so good food. I am not the only one who feels this way, my co workers order lunch daily and the order is always messed up and not made well. Used to be good but now you see a bunch of teenagers working on there that don't seem to care about making good food for the customers. Until the service gets better I'm not returning. :(

Ordered dinner on a Friday evening. My sub was all bread, I didn't think it had anything on it until I opened it up and saw 1 slice of meat and a few scattered cucumbers and pickles. Extremely disappointed.

Waited an hour for my delivery. When I asked the delivery driver what took so long, she stated that they ran out of meat, and they were waiting for more to come in... I ordered 1 sandwich, a Bootlegger club. This store has gone down hill recently as I have ordered in the past without any issues.

My youngest daughter is a picky eater and she absolutely loves your all's subs and kettle chips. We all picked up sandwiches yesterday and everyone loved them..they had plenty of meat and cheese on them with a perfect amount of lettuce and tomato. We'll be back.

The food was delicious and the workers was great. But after ordering a person who I thought was a customer pulled up in a black vehicle and parked right in front of the store and then walks in wearing basketball shorts. He went right behind the counter like he owned it. Around the food. Then all the workers followed him outside like we wasn't even there. The state Street Jimmy John's

Unfortunately this would be a biased review as I have celiacs disease. If you are allergic to gluten do not believe them when they say they can safely make gluten free food. It will result in you be coming very sick. Sure you're the details of my experience as requested in your reply to this review Jimmy John's. My experience is that your employees tell you that it's safe. But my experience is it is not safe. It doesn't matter if you change gloves you're still grabbing toppings out of the same bins that they wear gloves when making gluten sandwiches. I hope you can understand that changing gloves doesn't matter when all the toppings are already cross-contaminated. For someone with a severe reaction to gluten such as someone with celiacs disease this is plainly dangerous.

I guess my “inner Karen” came out. This location had Terrible customer service. Two young men making the sandwiches, wore their masks around their chin. I asked if they could at least put them up for my food and I was met with angry comments and he wouldn’t be wearing if he wasn’t required. Then he went on a rant just low enough where I could not hear him over the rap music. If in food service and there is a mask mandate-at least wear them right.

I visited this establishment hoping for a simple andwich for my lunch and was treated horribly. There is a big ogre looking manager that has no common courtesy of or anything else going for him. He mocked my sandwich choice and when I asked for onions on it he said I would have to get another sandwich entirely instead of just adding onions for another dollar. After offering to pay couple extra bucks he finally agreed to put a couple shreds of onion. I looked at the reviews of this place and apparently im not the only one who feels this way. I will not be returning to this establishment again out of fear of food poisoning or dealing with the management of this subway knock off

Food is always good at JJ's! I did ask for my sandwich to be cut in half, and it wasn't, however. Also, parking here is ridiculous. Will definitely be ordering delivery next time.
