The staff at Feeders Supply are always great! The store is clean and spacious. The dog baths are user-friendly and they have nail trimming and other services on certain days.Parking here is easiest on Sunday due to the neighboring Chick-fil-A. It's hard to get in & out on other days, especially at lunch or dinner time.

Tobi-wan-kenobi absolutely shreds squeaky balls when I get them for him. I mean like it's his job! He's been chewing on one of their store brand sqeaky balls for a couple weeks now and its holding up!!

Had a good experience with the Feeders Pet Supply on State St in New Albany for grooming our male Cavapoo. It is pricey but we got the cut we wanted for our dog.

Love feeder supply. My child and I love to go in and see all the animals and pretend like we are going to take them home. LoLThe only reason I didn't leave five stars is because this particular feeder supply wasn't as helpful as they usually are. Usually someone will come up and ask if we need help or want to see one of the animals, but please keep in mind that this was right before Christmas so they might have been a little busy.

Bought Firstect Plus for my Rottweiler. Applied as per directions, and nothing has changed. Not sure how long it takes this to work as I applied it Tuesday, and here it is Friday with no relief for my dog. The cashier reassured me that it was comparable to Frontline. Idk what that means and know now you get what you pay for. Back to the store to get a Seresto collar🙄 Cheap ain't better no matter who it says tested it lol #YOLO

They do have some great stuff for your pets, but the way they take care of the animals for sale is extremely sad. I guess just not having the right training or education is a real bummer. All animals, especially the "exotic" ones, could have more love and care put into them. Other than that, they have great quality stuff.

I love Feeders supply. We have to buy special food for our older Doxies. Feeders has it. The main problem is that bag has gone from $60 to $92 this year.

Always been a good store to go to. Livestock prices are competitive with local pet stores.Bird feeding supplies could be found cheaper at a farm & home store.Good stock and variety for dogs and cats. Some dog toys are more durable, which I need for my dogs.

Walked into here, went straight back to the dog washing area, everything appeared to be stocked well, people said hello when I came in, everyone seemed friendly.The animals all looked well , especially the fish tanks.The lighting in the back, where they were doing the classes for the dogs, could be much better; it seems very dark.But all in all, a nice place.

The employees at this store are incredibly helpful and nice! I had gotten a tag for my dog that was originally 32$ but someone misplaced it and put it in a discount hook that said 16$ and i thought that was the price so i engraved it and when i went to pay i found out that it was actually 32$ and i told the man behind the register that it was misplaced and i could not afford the original price so he bumped it down for me to 18 dollars which i could afford and i was extremely grateful for that and there were also two other ladies who were super helpful! So i recommend this place 100%

Wide selection of pet products and do it yourself pet wash is great. I have chronic pain issues and the raised pet wash tubs here enable me to bathe my dog. It is a bit pricey at $15 per wash but does include all the supplies with no extra cost. Given how expensive pet shampoo and conditioner is, that is a great benefit. They also have a lot of different products included depending on your dog's needs and your preferences. For example, there are several different scents available and there are shampoos for itching, dry skin, fleas, smelly breeds, etc. They also provide grooming tools and access to pet dryers if you prefer. We only use the dryers during the cold months as the sound stresses our anxious dog out (basically a reverse vacuum cleaner). They provide towels and aprons as well. We do bring our own apron and grooming things as I am not big on germ sharing but they are available for those who want them.

Parking is horrible. The parking lot is ridiculous. Almost got hit by vehicles TWICE. Too many businesses in too small of a space. Couldn't find anyone, on the floor, to help find what I was looking for. They should have kept the store on Grant Line Road !

I had bought flea chews not what was needed. Salesman very understanding returned what I bought got me what I needed and only 24$ more. I have more to work with for yard and home. Thank you Mr salesman very much.

This place is clean and the staff is as helpful as their knowledge of tropical fish takes them. That's why they get 3 stars. I hope management either mentors them or encourages them to become more knowledgeable about caring for the animals they are selling. Some are just ill informed and don't say that to sound condescending. They are mostly younger people that I have met here and most likely less experienced, so I certainly can not fault them for that. It is a great store. See for yourself!

Excellent store very well stocked. Feeder Supply store had the cat food I needed for my cat's sensitive digestion and urinary problems. I was going to have to order this cat food online and wait several days for it to arrive. It was so much easier to go to the Feeder Supply store and pick it up same day and start right away to help my cat. None of the other pet stores had the cat food I needed. I took one star off for the prices. Feeder Supply store prices were significantly higher than ordering online. Prices on everything seems to be higher than usual.

Went to get my dogs nail trimmed. They done a good job. But I sat in the wrong spot and got skipped over twice before they let me know where the nail trimming area was. I sat at the grooming door believing I was in the right spot😀Just wish they had a sign saying where to go.

I went to check out the ferrets at this feeder supply and they had one. He had no food at all and I told an employee who said “yeah we haven’t had staff to come and in check on the animals yet this morning.” This was at 1pm and the employee I talked to was doing a word puzzle and the other was on her phone at a register.”The ferret also seemed to be sick and had horrible diarrhea and when I told someone that (assuming they knew about it) they joked about “good thing i’m not cleaning it”… like maybe go look at this thing or feed it ???

Usually a very clean store and always well stocked. The available pets always seem healthy. Haven't seen any cats in the front lately 🤷‍♂️. Sometimes-not often- pets leave presents and the owners don't clean it or notify staff. Just keep an eye out and you'll be fine.

Went to feeder supply to get our dog some food he is on a weight control food. It is really the only place that we can find it. Would like to purchase it in a smaller bag. Instead of a 30 lb. bag but it last us a long time.

I was there to find a product to help ease my dogs anxiety from the fireworks. I seen an associate on the floor and asked for help to find something. Without hesitation she started helping me. She was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. I was in and out in no time. All in all it was a good visit.
