I take my cat and kittens to Especially Pets and we all love the ladies there! They are great! So sweet and gentle with my boys and they allowed me to stay with my frightened girl even when they were under construction which made it easier on her! I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their knowledge, or their kindness! I am so glad we found them! My boys are relaxed and happy to see them whenever we go back! Oh, and their prices aren't so bad either!🤣

The staff is very friendly and we love Dr Ernstberger. I have two dogs that I entrust their care to them. Communication about your dog is thorough and welcome. Recently one of my dogs needed surgery and Dr Ernstberger called twice to check to make sure my fur baby was doing well. Location is very convenient for us too.

Needed to get my dogs ear mites looked at properly because my previous get misdiagnosed his medicine and they only got worse. The vets here helped me SO much with my dog, didn't make me feel bad, and I was so grateful I even 'tipped' them after paying the bill! I've taken my kitten there now (who wasn't moving her back legs) and with their help & my boyfriend & I's determination- she's walking and jumping! Everyone is super sweet there, they always answer your calls and questions, and it doesn't take forever for appointments or getting seen when you're there. They've been the nicest vet techs I've ever met, so thankful my fur babies have them!

We have used Especially Pets for over 23 years. We no longer have any pets at this time but when we decide to again, this will be our veterinary choice. The Staff is always very friendly and helpful at every appointment or phone call. They have always treated me and my pets like family. Great office!!

Have used them for the past year for my cat, and my grandma's dog. And now use them for my puppy. I have 0 complaints what so ever. Everyone is polite, treats our babies well and answers questions. Phones are always answered quickly. Reasonably priced. When medicine is given, it is with clear instructions. I never feel dumb calling to ask questions, and they are always clear in the information given. Ori and Mushu say thanks, we appreciate all you do.

I have been to a few pet vets, but this one is by far the best! The staff couldn't be more nice and respectful, I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Plus the prices are amazing so thats always a plus!

There was little to no wait time upon arrival. They were patient and supportive of my anxious pup. They made good notes from the previous annual appointment to make this year’s appointment better. They were helpful and it was an all around great experience! I’ve been taking my pup there for the past 11 years and I highly recommend Especially Pets to anyone looking for a new vet or to make a switch.

Took one of my cats for visit, he had an ear infection. Was given medication to apply 10 to 14 days. It was not taken care of. I took him back, was given some more Med to put in his ears for 5 weeks. Paid the same price as last time and it is that that was upsetting to me. In cases like that the people should be given a break. That makes me feel like I don't want to go back there

The doctors and staff at Especially Pets are great! Aĺl are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable as the treat their animal patients. My kitty, Mack, hates the trip there, but loves the special attention he gets while we're there! I'm always glad they are his vets!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Do yourself a favor and take your pet to someone else who won't treat your pet carelessly and let them die. Some of these vets these days act as if they went to a school for clowns!

I had a sick baby, she was acting weird and not eating. I called Especially Pets in a panic after the vet I go to didn't have a appointment for a month! They got me in the next day and diagnosed my baby and gave her antibiotics. The staff, very helpful, gentle, caring, personable, and they even helped my dog. I can't say enough, how they have gone above and beyond what I expected, and how much I appreciate their time and efforts to save my baby. Much appreciation to Especially Pets!!!

She is in excellent health for her age and it is because of the wonderful Doctors at this Veterinary office. They are amazing! I cannot say enough GREAT things about the people who work in this office - from Sheryl who answers the phone to Dr. Jensen & Dr. Spencer. Their whole team is great and they truly care about the animals they treat. They have been incredible through the many health problems my dog Goose has had over the past several months, and I really appreciate all they have done. I have been taking all three of my dogs here for several years, and never had a bad experience. Thank you all!

We've taken four dogs to Especially Pets since moving to my current home in New Albany and we couldn't ask for a better veterinary office. Both Dr. Jensen and Dr. Spencer are warm, caring, informative, knowledgeable and know exactly when to refer us to specialists. They help us keep our pets comfortable as they age, allowing for a prolonged life with quality of life. They've had to deliver good and bad news and they do both with sensitivity. We once burst into tears when getting news that our dog's condition wasn't dire, as we thought it would be. I'm sure they don't get that experience as often as having to deliver bad news. My only complaint is sometimes the wait time, but I can live with that since they give us the time to get all our questions answered. Sherri and Cheryl are very friendly, get our prescriptions ready within minutes of calling and have a real love of animals. We ran into Cheryl at the grocery months ago and she asked about our dog Lilly, who had recently been diagnosed with cancer. Not every vet's office will recognize you by either sight or voice on the phone but they do! We love this whole office of wonderful people!

I brought my dog in here a couple days ago, and if I'd have known they'd be remodeling, I wouldn't have came. It's filthy in there and my dog, came home sneezing for a couple hours. Very unprofessional. I'm so disturbed, I'm about to contact health department. You don't run a business while remodeling. Before never much trouble with coming there, but now I won't be bringing my dog back

Been our Vet for several years, Ms Jensen retired at worse time for us, COVID.We miss her so much. First trip to Vet in 2020, we had to hand out prescious dog on a lease to the "helpers" through the door for his shots alone. It went great!! Oh by the way my Husband took him, I was and am too tender-hearted. Now for the HELPERS that deal and handle all the animal patients:::They are the sweetest, nicest, kindest animal loving people I have ever met. There is ONE that gets in the floor to help the Vet, she pets and hugs my dog( 78lbs) and I've see her with cats. She talks to the pets. I feel very comfortable now that I have met the New Vet and know all the girls are still there.

In times where budgeting was necessary, we were able to stay within our budget and still take care of our fur babies. Even with the pandemic, they allowed me to stand outside the window while they did the yearly checkup.

I've been here twice now with my elderly cat. I was able to get a new patient appointment in just a couple of days and the wait time for each visit was very short. They were great with my grumpy old cat as well.
