This is the sweetest space with beautifully curated toys, crafts, games, and books! We left with two activities for our kids that they loved and a gift for my niece! The staff are kind and super knowledgeable. They were able to help me choose gifts that suit my kids well!

This is an incredible nice toy/game store. They have many cute little toys, but also a beautiful collection of board games! (None of boring basic games). The prices for the board games were probably the best you'll find in a store. The employees are also very friendly and helpful, love this store!!

Poor selection. High prices. Won't be bringing my grandchildren here. I had been so excited for Nashville to have a place that kids could look forward to going. Most of the businesses is geared more for adults. Sadly most kids don't have that kind of money to spend for a day out.

I came across The Toy Chest after scouring my local game stores and usual online stores for a hard to find game. I was so excited to find it here! Not only did they ship quickly, but my package was wrapped in Christmas paper - a nice, personal touch. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. I'm happy to have found a new source for board games and wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

First time ordering with this company, but they were one of few I could find carrying the Sea Sparkle brand sunscreen. I ordered just one bottle, but whoever packed it noticed it was slightly damaged and sent 2 additional bottles along with the order. Totally not necessary, but was super sweet of them to do! Our girls were very excited and can’t wait to try all 3. Would definitely order from again and recommend, as their customer service is top notch. Shipping was quick too. Thanks again!!

I don't think you'll find another establishment like this in Nashville. We walked by and out toddler was devastated by the fact we arrived during closed hours. The owner enjoys doing online orders and paperwork from the store itself. She saw the face of the child and opened the location for one child's shopping experience. Thanks again for making this child's day and the day of her parent.

What a cool toy store! It is everything that I remember about walking into a toy store as a kid. Toy stores are not as common as they use to be and this gem is 100% worth a visit. It has items for every age person. Us adults love the more strategic games like Miyabi as well as the MadMatter Putty. The kiddos have such a range available from stuffies to crafts, building sets to board games, and toy vehicles to outdoor toys. Books, fidgets, puzzles, and sooooo much more. These ladies are so nice and happy to answer any questions and help any way they can. I have made many trips (from almost an hour away) to just pick up a few items. The whole town is a great place, but this is a must visit when you go to Nashville, IN.

Great independent toy shop. Lots of displays for the kids to play with and novel items to browse for gifts. It's nice to see what the kids gravitate to and choose to play with. The only downside for us is there's no restroom in the store. The closest public restroom is about a block away.

I LOVE this toy store. They have everything...older toys, new toys, books, and a lot of board games. The atmosphere is really neat as well. I enjoy coming here from Indy with my kids, especially in the Fall.

I wanted to grab a quick gift for my newborn daughter and I was hoping this place would have some quality toys. I was right.The person working the store answered my request as soon as I walked in and took me right to the section I needed. I ended up leaving with a few extra gifts as their selection was that good.

I have order from the team multiple times and every time it has been an amazing experience. They deliver for free to my home in Bloomington, which is awesome! I have had them curate bundles to fantastic success. I have shopped during some of their fantastic sales and even won one of their giveaways. While their online ordering is fantastic, their store is a place of dreams and whimsy. It’s a beautifully curated wonderland of children’s dreams! My toddler daughter loves everything I bring home from the Toy Chest. Highly recommend!!

We had the most amazing experience with Hilary and Courtney at The Toy Chest. We had planned on a specific gift for our son. When we went to purchase it from the company the shipping time was far beyond our timeline. We searched online for it and found it at The Toy Chest. We called and Courtney was amazing at finding it and getting our order together. Hilary finished our purchase by getting it boxed up, shipping quotes/options to meet our timeline and financial needs and in its way to us. We are so grateful they helped us! They also did it with kindness and understanding at a time where we were deep in parent panic!

The employees are always warm and welcoming when I am in their store or watching their videos online. I truly appreciate them keeping masks a priority throughout the pandemic to keep kids… who’ve had to wait a LOT longer for vaccines… safe. Their product selection is simply unbeatable! There are new items every single week… and in just a few weeks between visits… much of the whole store changes as new items come in and are showcased! Products are always arriving keeping shopping interesting even if I visit frequently. Their ability to personalize recommendations, gifts, and even holiday themed selections like Easter baskets or stocking stuffers is remarkable and such a life saver for busy families! And, on top of it all… I’ve never seen any store be so generous… donating toys to all sorts of toy drives and charities… plus treating customers to surprise giveaways with online orders quite often!I can’t say enough about what a treat this store is both as a place to visit and as an asset to their local communities. I highly encourage others to support them.

I'm always amazed at how many cool and interesting things can be found in such a tiny space! They definitely know how to pack in the fun. Whether ordering for FREE home delivery or stopping by in person, I have never been dissapointed with the service. I buy for the kiddos in my family as well as myself, and can easily find SO MANY things for anyone from newborns to adults. The staff is also very well trained and can help if you're shopping for a kiddo you may not know very well or seems to have *everything* already.So lucky to have a locally owned gem like this near by.

I just placed an order and received that shipment FASTER than Amazon. I love this store, but more importantly the level of customer service is unparalleled. No one delivers this kind of customized shopping like The Toy Chest. Stop scrolling for hours and just give them a call with your kids age and interest! Hilary is an expert with the science of play and they have so many ways to help you get your shopping done. Including wrapping the gifts!

This is one of my favorite toy stores from childhood. While the location has changed since then, I like the current location even more. It is a perfect toy store that carries an assortment of educational, high quality toys. Their selection of board games has also increased a lot as well. I KNOW a good toy store when I see one (trust me!) and this is a GREAT shop. The owners are smart and put so much thought into selecting the BEST toys, games, etc for your kids (and you too!). This is one of our favorite places to go when we visit Nashville, IN and it just keeps getting better and better! It is possibly the ONE place you can let your kids touch things in all of Nashville. :)
