These creeps are lower than 1 star rating. They post no signs around the outside of this shopping plaza, and even though they are closing for the day, and the lot almost empty, they will have your car towed. There is also no number on the signs infront of the store, on whom to contact for towing. A cheap, scam money-maker.

The store and staff are great. The coupon app wasn't working properly and although the clerk could see it was valid, she could so nothing to over ride it so instead of paying extra I am going to need to return to the store tomorrow.It sucks because the employees are doing everything they can and are really good at what they do, but some tech somewhere put a 1 where there shoulda been a 0 and it reflects on the whole chain.The Matrix is real my people. So. Real.

Lack of stock. Cashier gave me wrong cigarettes. Honest mistake. I noticed before I got in my car. Went back immediately and she stated she couldnt exchange. As to why? It was the law? Misinformation and lack of desire to extend any customer service.

Not happy about the $1.25 hike (who is?) because I can get certain things for less money at IGA that I used to buy at Family Dollar...HOWEVER...this is STILL one of my local favs! This is as close to a "one stop shop" that you will find in Nashville! Great prices (considering the state of our economy) for locals and for travellers!Customer service is exceptional-local, friendly and helpful!And...plenty of parking!This is STILL a great place to find what you need for less!

A great store for shopping in a small town if you don't want to drive to the big city. They have a lot of your everyday basics without having to fight crowds at the big chain stores.

Our Nashville Family Dollar is a great store. So much nicer, alot more organized and CLEAN than any Dollar General I,ve ever been in and we have 3 DG, S within 15 minutes from my home. I wish they were all Family Dollar stores with managers and assistant managers like the one in Nashville, IN !!!

we went to look for random things at this store and when we went to ask for something off a shelf that required assistance the male employee was completely rude and disrespectful right in front of the manager and the manager also yelled at us and as we were checking out the manager and male employee were staring at us and whispering while we were waiting for the manager to check us out
