I have very mixed emotions about this store. Being that it's really the only grocery store in nappanee, it has its convenience but the management is horrible and there are a few staff that are so beyond rude. The so called "CC's" talk down to their staff in front of customers, and other employees have conversations with friends while they are working that are totally inappropriate.I can say there are a handful of employees that are genuinely nice and make you feel welcomed in the store but for the most part you know that the majority could care less about the customers and the service they give the customers. And to say I've seen many workplace violations would be a huge understatement.So convenience is a plus but that's about it.

Store is always clean and in good standing. The self checkouts are limited to 15 items or less, and there deli selection is great!

This Martin's location is great. It neatly organizes all produce, it makes whatever you are looking for easy to buy, and they have sales pretty often. They recently had a 5 for $5 on soft drinks (2 liter bottles).On top of that, the staff are friendly, the store also has an area to sit down and eat if you buy from their hot foods, deli, salad bar, or Starbucks. Also, free Wi-Fi.My only complaint is that without sales, it's priceier than Meijer or Walmart.

Okay Martin's in nappanee never been there before definitely unique they have Velveeta cheese on sale for $0.99 which is awesome cuz it's usually expensive not much trash in the parking lot found not alot one bottle open and drank in the store and instead of you unloading your cart you give the cart to them and they unload it for you they were nice and asked how we were prices are good

Prices seem a bit high but it's convenient. Bagers can't seem to understand raw meat does not go in the same bag with processed food.Wondering if they still teach biology at northwood.

Don't like this market but they are the only grocery store in Nappanee, so we don't really have a choice if we need something from the store.... they're very expensive!!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever been to such a unprofessional martins before. Whenever I would come in for a grocery trip I would hear bickering between employees where EVERYONE can hear. Another scenario is hearing an employee, Shakira, gossip about very unprofessional things that should be private. I’ve been going to the martins for a long time now and I’ve noticed nothings being done about it as the issues still continue. Management needs to step it up and do something about the situation.

This Martin's is well-stocked and has an excellent variety of products to choose from. Their deli is wonderful, and the employees are friendly. The only complaint I would have about this location is that a couple of times in the past year I went in specifically to purchase items that gave fuel rewards, and for some reason I got absolutely no credit towards it. That was pretty disappointing, especially since I could have gone to another local Martin's just as easily, but I stopped at this one because it was on my way home from the doctor's office. I thought at first it was just a problem with the receipt, but the rewards definitely never showed up. I have also noticed when I'm in there that the sales tags for fuel rewards items are often missing from the shelves in this store. (And I don't know if that's something that is done on purpose or if I've just had random bad luck and shown up when they don't have tags up.) I usually make it a point to buy fuel rewards items whenever they're marked for things my family would use, but without sales tags it makes it really hard to find those items unless I want to scour through the sales ads while shopping.

Thanks to the STUPID STATE law, grocery stores can sell alcohol, but not refrigerated alcohol! Gotta go home and chill it. Otherwise, well-stocked store with friendly staff.

This is a superb Super Market! The deli is really great, and delicious made to order foods, alongside the buffet. A great gas station, great prices. The super market itself had really great prices, somewhat even better then Wal-Mart's prices. The Starbucks here is also really amazing, though they aren't linked to the actual chain, which is interesting. The Starbucks is always busy, but customers going in and out there very fast! Service is really fast and great. The staff overall in the Super Market are kind and friendly, and very helpful.

Had a good experience with the bakery department. I ordered cupcakes and a cake for a wedding. They were beautifully decorated. We had many compliments on how good the cupcakes were and asked where we ordered from. I will absolutely use this bakery again!

Martin's is our favorite store they have a Starbucks located inside the desserts are the best and the meat selection is really good will not go back to Walmart for groceries you can really taste the difference

I was waiting at the sandwich part of the deli for someone to help me & this woman just walks right on past & goes over to the hot chicken deli & helps a man there & 2 other people were farther back just talking & before this all 3 were just standing there & talking & there was a line of people waiting! I DO NOT like this store! If it wasn't for my niece that works there I could honestly say there are NO friendly people that work there. The Warsaw branch SO helpful & nice! This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me at the Nappanee store 90% of the employees make me feel like I'm a just a thing to be tolerated.

Nice clean store. Regular prices can be a little high. There's a Starbucks inside, and the deli has good food. Their bakery is very good. I'm partial to the creme filled long john donuts.

Im only giving them one star because i had to. They are not a good company to work for. The one in nappanee. A co worker made a racial remark towards my husband because hes hispanic. When he went to the store manager Tim about the remark my husband was fired. They said it wasnt for that reason but when i went to clock in the produce manager maynard, Tim and Reanne were standing in the office laughing about it and stopped talking IMMEDIATELY when they saw me and i got a new job because of it. Also they dont change the hot food out they only change the sticker, you know unless food safty is there that day. That hot chicken your eating for dinner has been sitting in the warmer since the store opened👌 the only thing good there is starbucks and their employees

The blonde working at Starbucks this afternoon needs to learn work ethic. First when I was standing in line to order, she was more interested in having a conversation with her boyfriend instead of taking care of customers standing in line. And then, when she was delivering the boyfriends order, she carried on the conversation with him while 5 people were waiting for orders plus while her coworker were diligently working.

If you go to Martin's go in the day time especially if you have handicaps. Day time crew very helpful, kind,and understanding. Nighttime crew is made up of rude teenagers that ignore there customers needs. I've been in twice now in the evening once with a walker and once with a cane. No help whatsoever with my groceries.

Martin's is a wonderful grocery store. I really appreciate that they still have have checkout lanes staffed by employees and dont have any self checkout. They offer great service and I always feel comfortable shopping Martin's!

We were in town for service at Newmar, stopped in for lunch at the deli which looked pretty good but our salads were starting to decompose, old product. We have shopped in the grocery store and that was ok, but avoid the deli, it isn't fresh.
