This CVS used to be my go to for all my health / medical needs. over the last year or so. I have needed urgent medications on multiple occasions and on arrival found that the pharmacy is CLOSED!. Not only is it closed all day SATURDAY, SUNDAY & MONDAY. But they are only open 10am - 6pm. What they also fail to mention they take a solid lunch hour to boot. Staff do not stagger their breaks so the pharmacy closes again for that hour!. my last two visits within the allocated open times they were shuttered due to lack of staff meaning i had to scramble and drive miles to other pharmacies to get what was needed. - In addition to this. floor staff on site are more willing to stand outside and have a smoke. or watch patrons use the self service counter than lift a finger. - Other branches are not like this. Come on CVS fix this ! - You've lost a customer.

Can't say enough good things about Sarah and Ajanta in the pharmacy! Both went above and beyond in customer service to make sure my husband and I were able to get all our medicine before a big trip. And we are over 800 miles from home!

No Drive through due to lack of staff. Just had a knee replacement done a week ago, (walking is difficult) Poor excuse considering there was only 2 other customers in the whole store with zero in Pharmacy. You guys need to step it up, work together, something !

My grandma had a major trauma and needed antibiotics and the pharmacy was closed during open hours. My mom went back today to get the antibiotics and was told they weren’t ready, they had all day to fill it. Then told my mom who was just trying to get antibiotics that my grandma needed asap that she was wasting the pharmacy’s time. Hire the people you need, get the work done, and stop being rude and inconsiderate to customers.

I have always loved this pharmacy. They'll work with you and treat you with the same respect and patience you show them. Recently they're hardly open. I'm having some health issues by not getting certain prescriptions on time. They used to have a stable staff and things were great but now there's hardly anyone there. When they are there they're overworked and pushed by customers. I think this goes beyond CVS but I just want the problems fixed.

Napanee, IN CVSTreated as a seeker for filling uncontrolled prescribed meds. Closed random days through the week and can’t put a sign on the window. Their window gate has been broken for months so they look closed even when they’re not! Waited 20 minutes yesterday before calling the store and apparently it takes a pharmacist to write a “closed” note. Today their “computer system is down!” They don’t care if you get your meds but don’t pick them up and they put them right back. No winning here.

Although I feel bad for the staff, this entire store needs to shut down. They clearly do not have enough employees, and the pharmacy has gone downhill—to the point they are rarely open. It is incredibly frustrating to go to pick up meds and see they’re closed when they’re scheduled to be open. Honestly, this CVS needs to give up. My advice to anyone looking to get prescriptions there: don’t. You’ll be wasting your time more often then not, and then you’ll be out of your much needed meds.

My concern is the pharmacy. Prior to covid, it preformed poorly. I stuck with it during covid, but the performance slid down hill quickly. The current performance continues to slide. The periodically close during posted hours, making picking up medication difficult. "They" say they are poorly staffed. It is one excuse after another for not operating efficiently. They do not assume ownership of their issue, and therefore, do nothing to rectify the problem. Customer service is not a priority.

How hard is it to count pills? I usually get shorted but this time too many.Can’t count meds, say I picked up a script when I never did, and now wouldn’t let me pick up a script until the day of the last dose which so conveniently fell on a day they’re closed. Pharmacist wouldn’t let me pick it up a day early. This CVS (just the pharmacy part) sucks. I’m switching to Bremens CVS or Martins pharmacy.

I waited more than an hour in line to take a Covid test that was scheduled and was early took it an hour late to prove I was negative otherwise I would of left. I was the 4th person in line. This is the slowest cvs I have ever been to and I will never ever ever return. There were at least 4 people that pulled out of line. If it is short handed. Well not my problem. I just worked 13 hours didn’t wanna wait 1 hour in a hot car. Manager needs to start hiring. 😡😡😡😡. Not very friendly either. Could of at least said sorry about your wait😡😡😡😡😳😮

I went in on a Sunday, pharmacy was closed but I needed something over the counter that was locked up. The most sweet, kind, helpful woman working there helped me out. Thank you if you see this 😊

Everyone here CVS is really nice and helpfull they always have good deals especially if you go to the app or have your CVS card I've never had a problem with the pharmacy they are a little slow with prescriptions but if you go on your app and expedite the prescription they make it immediately like a lot of places who are understaffed you just have to be patient it takes time

Sunday November 24, 2019 @ 5:59 pmso i went to my lung doctor last week on Thursday & went to go pick up my two medicines and i went to cvs in nappanee INDIANA & the cvs is trying to charge me $422.99 for both medications; the lady at the drive thru said i didn’t have insurance but i do and i tried providing my insurance card and the girl didn’t want to take it and put it on my file. i have a serious lung condition & i have to have it.

Absolutely rediculous. Over an HR on hold because "sorry the pharmacist is alone" (click). That's ok though, the amazing elevator music they play makes time fly by. Just don't get hung up on.

Get your prescriptions at Walmart. Was from out of town, needed a med refilled. It's $4 at walmart and a pill splitter is $1-2. Here, the same Rx was $11.99 & $7+ for the splitter. Had I known this, I would have had it called in to the nearest Walmart and even with gas cost, would have saved $$.

The old man at the pharmacy is snobby to both customers and employees. Thankfully Martin's is right by with their own pharmacy so I no longer have to go to CVS for our prescriptions.

IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THRU TO THE PHARMACY!!! I STARTED CALLING WHEN THEY OPENED AND ITS 3PM AND STILL CANT TALK TO THE PHARMACY!! I LIVE 30 MINS FROM THIS LOCATION AND NEED TO ASK ABOUT MY SCRIPTS. THEY ARE AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SEVERELY UNDER STAFFED. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE
