This location is HORRIBLE. THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE. Read the reviews. The women who answered the phone was RUDE and hung up on me while I was taking. There is always different people here. I'M DONE. Switched my Meds to WeCare Pharmacy on 45th. Great customer service

This location is absolutely trash! They do not want to work. Every single time my doctor sends a script over to them, they NEVER fill it completely. Their excuse is always “you know you can get it over the counter, right”.The head Pharmacist is such a rude old lady. She seriously needs to retire if she no longer likes her job. Poor example of a supervisor. I’m sure this location is at the brink of closing due the the terrible bunch in their pharmacy.

Super unfriendly pharmacy. Rude. They had a tech, Serena, who was always friendly and cheerful but I haven’t seen her in some time. Ive been purchasing my medications at other locations or having it shipped to the house even though this location is closer to my home and work. Avoid this location at all costs!

This was a show for sure, watching Donna a manager try to tear down an employee in front of customers because the employee wasn’t knowledgeable about cash rewards.Donna didn’t know to work Walgreens POC cash rewards, she had to get another seasoned employee to help her so it seems all employees need training. Donna had no patience at all and was complaining about what she needed to get done vs helping me the customer get out of the store.Donna was not kind to her coworkers and wanted to push her responsibility off on either employee but she couldn’t since her employee# was locked in on one register.How she become a manger I have no clue. She couldn’t navigate their system and degrading staff about they need to know how to get cash rewards to customer account after qualifying purchases were made and she didn’t have a clue what to do but badgering other staff.

After a long wait for a medicine for my son, the girl at the front (pharmacy) told me that they only have one of the medicinesince the other one is not in stocks.I asked if she could check other pharmacies where I could get it tonight since my son really needs it, and she said I had to wait until she took care of the 10 people behind me in a rude way. Then I tell her to give me the one they have, but she replied saying that still I have to wait because they did not know if I would want it so they have to prepare it. I was.. like... Hey, I am a customer. I told her I would not be able to wait and she just turned back on me and said NEXT.Such a bad and disgusting service I received from this girl whose name I did not get to catch, but she is Mexican like.It is not about how sh looks, but that is the only way I can describe this lady who apparently has no idea about how to treat people.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy. Staff seems overwhelmed and “Karen”should take some customer service lessons. Displaying frustration to customers is not ideal. Attitude is definitely not welcomed. Takes 3 people to greet the window before being waited on. I suggest making some changes.

Staff are always extremely helpful. When community transmission is high, I like that they will get non prescription items from the store for me to buy through the drive-thru. They always take the time to answer my questions, too.

Will not be going here to fill prescriptions no longer! They were rude and disrespectful for a question on a prescription. Acted as if it wasn't in the job description..they weren't even busy..so Jewel in Munster will be taking care of my family needs . They are wonderful there.

First the pharmacy filled the wrong prescription and then was VERY rude, Pharmacy Tech Sienna, refusing to take back the wrong prescription and refunding the $40 dollars for there mistake. I will not continue to have my prescriptions filled here and take my business to CVS. To have the WRONG medication filled which could kill someone, then not to have my money refunded for there mistake, and finally to be treated very rudely, is criminal.

They deleted my last remaining prescription, when I tried to transfer it to this location from another Walgreens. The staff and/or computer system is not reliable. Very incompetent. Do not recommend.

I literally hate this Walgreens especially the pharmacy! There is ALWAYS a problem picking up my children's prescriptions and it's always an arguement and unnecessary questions like why did the assigning doctor prescribe so much? Very unprofessional and rude.

The pharmacy technician was horribly rude. She would not call my doctor to call in a prescription! Honestly, I used to love getting my prescriptions here but this tech made it impossible! I'm sorry but I'm going to CVS.

Whoever visited from the "area office" and the pharmacist should be more considerate of customer's time. When customers are actively waiting is probably not the best time to socialize for 20 minutes.

This Walgreens is directly across from a hospital and within a mile of a second. Why is the pharmacy here not open 24 hours? Missed opportunity and a bit inconvenient to have to drive to Lansing to fill a script.

They never have medications in stock. I have to go there at least 3 times and there's always an excuse why it's not ready. They give you a partial refill and then it costs even more!
