Placed an online order for pickup. Yesterday. Went to pick up today. Only 1 other car in pick up. Waited nearly 20 minutes to get my order. Got notice that said “sorry for wait time - busy time”. Finally got my order without explanation why it took so long so I asked. Was told they needed to go out on the floor to get my items. How when I got a notification last night that my order was ready? Told the staff that my wait was unacceptable to which he just shrugged his shoulders. Tried calling numerous time only to be disconnected every time! Should be zero stars.

Good customer service and never had an issue with employees. I consistently find good clearance stuff and the store is generally well stocked…but the best thing is the kind helpfulness of the the drive up employees and overall positive attitudes of the staff. Much appreciated

This store has unfortunately become a dump. I visited October 6th, around 8:30PM. I needed something from the ulta section of the store… where two employees were chit chatting (including the ulta beauty advisor). They continued their conversation while myself, and other guests shopped around themselves. I traveled to the mass side and found nothing but dumped products everywhere on the shelves and damaged products everywhere. It was very disappointing and a turn off to be completely ignored by their employees. Terrible experience.

Unbelievable with the way the store looked at 9:50 Am . Maybe I was wrong for holding target to a higher standard. Every department was a disarray besides groceries, and cosmetics. The spot section was empty not stock.. the Clothes department is the first dept you see and it was a mess, shoes was a mess. I visited this Target often live in the neighborhood at least once a week and never seen it this bad. It’s not even the holiday so why does this store looked like this. Unacceptable !! Where is the store manager. I went looking for clothes and can’t find nothing. Very disappointed

Store was a complete mess. I understand when one department gets that way, but this was throughout the whole store. I saw plenty of workers there, and they were working very hard. But there's really no excuse for everything being thrown all over. You had to be careful where you pushed your cart, stuff was literally on the floor.

The lay out of this store is much different than any other Target that I have visited. The store was a bit messy but the selection was the same as normal. There is not a grocery section here but there did have a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut express which was near I have not seen one of them since the 90’s . The electronics section was bare and I did not see any employee walking around to help .

What is going on . I can't believe the dirtiness I saw at target . Went to shop the other day and the isles were a mess and the bathrooms let's just say eww. I also had to go to customer service to get my gift cards that the cashier wasn't able to give me ..the error on the target's end was due to the data description that's how they get you if you're not paying attention I was clearly over my spend 50 get 15 smh. It's a Walmart jr employees walking around on the phone. And are very rude when you ask them for help customer service is horrible. I'm tired of hearing that's not my department and it's not my job. Then don't come to work if ur not going to work

By far the slowest Target in the county. There are never any lines open. No one is available for drive up/pick-up/returns. You have to wait a minimum of 20 mins. Then they usually greet you with an attitude like you're bothering them. Go to another location if you can.

One week before Christmas and the store was stocked with what I went to buy at nice prices. Quick friendly customer service. No long lines. Store was surprisingly very clean and tidy during the holiday shopping times.

People stocking, Managers walking around and they only have 3 registers open. The lines are literally going all the way back to the office supplies. On a Saturday afternoon management should know to staff up. I understand that in these times it hard to hire. I’m a hiring manager also, but when it’s this busy the management team needs to jump on the registers and help out wherever needed.This is not the first time. Because of things like this online shopping will soon put all these big box stores out of business. It’s really a shame, because things like this could be avoided.

Lines are very long. Men’s clothing section is usually a mess, especially the t shirts. The store is clean, and the employees seem nice.

Worst service I've ever experienced. Waited in the exchange line for almost an hour while the associate walked slowly back and forth across the store like he didn't care. Multiple other associates saw the line and shrugged it off, instead standing around and having conversations amongst themselves.

Calumet Target is my preferred store location. The new layout is too tight and the store does not flow well anymore. Walking space is limited in the department sections which often gives the store an appearance of being trashed. Prefer the old store layout.

Store manager Yesina was very rude and was not trying to be helpful. This is not the first time I have gone in there to see her being rude to customers. I will take my business elsewhere. Wish I was able to give no stars.

Waiter over 30 min for a drive up order that I didn’t even get. Asked one of the associates if they have it. Just got eye rolling and “I don’t know you’ll have to wait and see”! Cars after me got their orders. Extremely sick so that’s why I didn’t go inside the store.

Every time I do a pick up order everything is always in stock. The team member is always polite and willing to put the items wherever you like. I have been doing a lot of drive up and go due to the convenience. Target please keep up the great work.

Huge selection! The bullseye section only seemed empty but other than that everything else had a variety in selection, neatly organized! Was great to know that they don’t charge for bags nor extra tax for certain items like water like in Chicago!
