I get my printing done there pretty regularly, they always super friendly, very helpful, even when they are slammed, which means a lot! I appreciate the staff, the location, and they're overall an excellent team from the printing department, to the cashiers, to the manager. 5 stars all across. I've had a consistently positive experience everytime I go there and I'm so grateful.

Printing area at Staples is great! Same day or next day printing makes it very convenient and better than ordering from websites where the product is shipped to you. Very good quality printing! I had a poster printed and it turned out great!

Zach was extremely helpful at the Staples Store in Munster, Indiana!! He helped me two years ago and recently. He is knowledgeable, hard-working, and polite. He's an irreplaceable employee, and you all (executives and upper management) are very lucky to have him! If you want him to stay, please treat him well and compensate him for his worth!

I called to see if a specific item was in stock. Zack answered and said he would check but he was the only one on the floor with 3 people in line-he asked politely if I could hold-I said of course. Within minutes he was back and asked what I needed. He politely asked if I could hold again while he looked-I said of course. He came back and verified that it was in stock and I asked him to hold them at the register for me to pick up in 40 minutes. I have to admit, I wasn’t hopeful. When I arrived, not only did he hold those, but another kind just to make sure.Way to go above and beyond Zack! Excellent customer service!

Tried to get help at the printers. One female with glass wasn’t helpful and was RUDE. She kept looking at the other employee, huffing and puffing when I sent in 2 separate emails (just because I wanted a different quantity of one of the documents). She didn’t even print out everything I sent her.

This is going to be dangerous for me. I originally went to drop off an item for Amazon and ended up getting 4 new pens, my addiction BTW, I did find one refill for 2 of my pens. I will definitely shop there again 😜.

The employees walked around looking busy even when I was trying to ask for help. Only one older lady looked helpful and approachable. One print store person was rude and messed up my order. The other was good but still charged me for all the copies that they printed even though they messed up one.

I used the printing department to help with large sized posters. They were very busy with several unique jobs happening all at once. I was so impressed with the way SAM (female) handled the customers. She could multitask so well and was able to make the customers feel welcomed, even with all of the business. The manager BRANDON was also very committed to getting the job done well and on time for his customers. He missed his lunch break and I overheard him tell a customer that he would drive their order to them 30 minutes away. They had a health crisis so he felt compelled to help them during a time of trouble. It was almost closing time and so he was going to run this to them after a long day of work. I commend him and his store in Munster! Bravo!

an employee was uncomfortably pushy with trying to upsell me on a pre-assembled display model chair (which apparently costs extra, even thought it’s the display model, and then tried about five times to sell me a protection plan. Felt like a used car lot.

So yesterday, (6-10-19) I stopped in at Staples to buy a binder and sheet protectors for my binder for one of my classes. I am amazed at the service I received. The guy was really nice helping me with everything. He even helped me save a couple bucks. I believe his name was Dylan. When I first got to the register, he gave me his opinion saying...he felt that I should get a larger binder than the one I had originally picked up at first. Then he walked with me over to the binder section to pick out one. I wanted to label my binder and picked out some labels which were like $10. Dylan showed me that I already had a label alongside the binder. I really appreciate his attitude and his service. Really sweet and polite man. My visit was fantabulous!!!

The print center was completely unhelpful. They had internet issues and the two people working at the counter seemed to think it was somehow my fault. The self service printers messed up my print and there was a leak in the ceiling that ruined one of of my copies. I usually like staples but this one was terrible.

Usually I don't write reviews, but I had a really good experience while there buying ink for my printer. First employee noticed I was a little lost and directed me to the ink section. While looking at all the cartridges, another employee walked up asking if I needed help, he then answered all my questions regarding the correct one i needed. Last, the cashier checked me out and even walked out from behind the counter to give me my bag. All of them were really friendly and helpful, and provided an excellent customer experience. The whole staff had such a welcoming energy, that i appreciated.

Very disappointed with the staff in the printing department at the Munster location. Similar to the other reviews on here, the staff were not helpful and appeared disinterested. I placed an order online and it was not processed correctly. They said that I didn't choose the correct paper thickness or select cutting. Still not sure if that is accurate. My paperwork shows i did. In either case my instructions were written clear and precise in their "special instructions" field box. If they were not sure, why not pick up the phone and ask the customer? Worst part is they didn't care. Even the Manager was like "humm, not sure why they didn't see that?" Wow. I'll never print anything again at the Munster location.

The African American young lady that works in the print department has such good positive energy! Everytime I've came in the store she is always smiling, always eager to help or assist, always in a good mood, never seems overwhelmed even when she is over flowing with costumer all becking for her assistance at once, she is always cool, calm, collected and pleasant. I believe she would make a awesome manager one day and is over due for a promotion! Lol keep up the smile girl you rock!

Purchased an office chair. Manufacturers instructions were easy, item #416523-OSGOOD BROWN CHAIR. After assembly I noticed chair sat low to the right side. Couldn't deal with it as it continued to lean to the right ech time I sat down. Took back to store and manager, with a face unwilling to compromise, basically wouldn't have a new one built because there's $14 assembly charge he was unwilling to wave-but yet gladly offered to return my money. Needless to say, I asked for my money back and will cancel my online purchase placed this morning. This guy should retire as he surely doesn't understand customer service and obviously doesn't comprehend the modern way of being able to go elsewhere for supplies. I run a business, which I constantly purchase supplies for-last time I come here. Sad that $14 just cost you a lifetime customer. Shame on you.
