I placed a catering order through the deli, for my son's birthday party, like I do every year. This year, they completely forgot to make our order. Jacob, the assistant store manager, made the situation right and I couldn't be happier. We got super fresh food and 25% discount. Thank you!

Visit: 04/11/2024 at 21:28. Cashier: Gretchen. While checking out with Gretchen, she overstepped her bounds and interacted with my son, after I'd told her that "he's okay, he's fine", meaning to politely stop interacting with him. On multiple occasions, she not only ignored this, but she also encouraged the customer behind us to engage him, as well because my toddler "is cute". She was encouraging my child to disregard me and continue the behavior that he'd already been disciplined and redirected about. The same behaviors she was encouraging and overlooking because he's a toddler and "cute", will be the same reason she calls the police years from now, saying that she's afraid for her safety, risking his life. It's not her duty to do anything other than ring up the customers. Her snide comments towards me, overstepping my parenting and engaging onlookers to join in are flagrant fouls and the reason why I will shop elsewhere. It's hard enough trying to raise a child... I don't need villagers that make a difficult job a dangerous one.

They let me in the door on a Friday night 5 minutes before closing.. 12 midnight. I say "let" me in because I've seen staff at some retailers lock the doors early. I entered the store, and I was not bothered by the workers about how soon they closed. I think I was in the store for 5 minutes tops. Self checkoit and i was on my way. They did their job as staff, and I felt I was a courteous shopper. ThanksI'm visiting family in the area and we are staying at a hotel down the road. Just before sleeping, my father felt hungry. 🍽 🍤 🍞 🥤

Today April 7th, 2024, We went in to get a few items, I needed to use the restroom when I went in it was totally disgusting, urine and toilet paper was all over the bathroom. I went to register 7, Carol was the cashier working and I informed her that the bathroom was very unsanitary and needed to be clean. She replied “I know” there was a phone at her register also and she did not attempt to page anyone to clean the bathroom. I did contact the Manager on duty regarding this incident. I will also be forwarding this incident to the Corporate office.

Just had a horrible experience with my pickup order that I placed through their app! I placed a $300 order 9 hours before I would be picking it up. I checked my email and the app multiple time throughout the day to make sure there were no issues and that they didn’t need me to approve any substitutions. The status was always “Shopping in progress.”At 6pm, the time my order was supposed to be ready, I checked my order again and I had received an email at 5:59pm saying they were unable to fulfill my order and that I would have to reschedule for a whole different day! What the heck? You had ALL DAY to fulfill my order or tell me otherwise and you wait until one minute before my order is supposed to be ready to notify me of an issue? That is so insane and unprofessional! And when I went in the app to see what options were available to reschedule the soonest was Monday night at 8pm. More than 48 hours after my original pickup time.I am pregnant and I have a toddler at home so I really do not have time to go to the grocery store and shop, especially in this weather. That’s why I placed a pickup order! At the very least you could have notified me sooner so I could have made other arrangements somewhere else. Now it’s 7pm and 9 degrees outside and I have to go to a different store to at least get the bare minimum of what I need to tide me over until I can get everything somewhere else. I will not be using Jewel-Osco again and I will be telling anyone I can about the horrible service I received. So disappointed.

I grabbed a thing of coffee, because it was the last one on the shelf a bigger bag. Spent a little bit more money than normal, get home and it's not grounded up coffee. So I go to the store the next day saying hey I know you guys have a grinder I just bought this yesterday and I didn't know it wasnt grounded up. I just asked the customer service person is it cool if I go and grind up my coffee really quick, that I'm also buying stuff. The lady told me no because that's our rule, once you take something out of our store you can't come back with it and or you return it. You can't bring in random products just to grind your coffee up. So I asked her if I showed you my receipt will you still say no.she said no still can't. It's our rule, so horrible customer service, I went to another store a bought new coffee. So just wasted 15$ for nothing. Thanks for not helping your customers out!!!

I use Jewel Osco pick up service regularly at multiple locations. This particular location seldomly gets it right. My orders seem to be missing items or the items I receive are spoiled. So I make an effort to review the items before I drive off. They are good at reconciling issues but that means spending more time on this matter.

I have tried shopping at this store 4 times in the past 2 weeks but no scooters were available so I had to shop at another store down the street. I spoke to the manager a few days ago and he said only 3 scooters are available and one is out of serviceEven if all 4 are available that isn,'t enough because people are always in the store waiting for one.

I ordered a turkey breast Thanksgiving meal and was disappointed the turkey was a deli turkey breast that is used to slice for sandwiches and not a baked/roasted one. Not necessarily bad but I would have preferred that be spelled out when ordering because I would not have ordered it.

The drive and go department needs help! I order groceries a lot to be picked up and very seldom delivered! Never had an issue with delivery but the pick up!!!!!!! Jesus Christ they can’t get ANYTHING right! I e had to get numerous refunds due to them NOT reading properly and doing what they want to do! It’s ridiculous that after getting the WEONG groceries that you have to come out and get the right groceries! You make the mistake, you fix it! Have them delivered because you are the ones who messed it up! Too many kids working in there whom don’t know how to shop at all! They give you Watermelon chunks that’s white in color, beef that’s brown, open chicken packs, celery containers with the water not in it because they threw it in the bag and it burst! Laundry detergent that was busted open and all in the bottom of my bag! I mean it’s super sad! After getting the WRONG groceries I’m done! 😂And I was told there was a called made to my phone and no one answered! Yes that’s true but my voicemail was available so why not leave a message?! Oh too much like right! Get those kids out of there and have them stock or clean up the store because CLEARLY they can’t do drive and go right AT ALL!!

It is not mentioned in google that the deli opens at a different time than the store. Your company was proficient enough to list the hours of the pharmacy…..so I know you can do it. Drove 10+ miles to get a cheese that only Jewel carries. Was told by the deli staff that they don’t open until 7. No signs anywhere…. A staff member at one point turned around and asked me what I was waiting for. Explained the cheese I would to get. She said “oh” turned around and went right back to slicing meat……. I don’t think I am asking too much for your deli to be open when you have staff working, stores open, processed deli meats and cheese sitting in the cooler…. About 15 different employees walked past me, not one asked me what i was waiting for the 30 minutes I stood infront of the deli

I shop at this location all of the time. Produce is always fresh and well displayed. Navigating the aisles can be a bit of a challenge because random support beams in the way. Staff is always friendly and they always have great sales going on. 9/10 best grocery store in the area.

Was at the Deli counter on Oct 7th, got some bologna wanted fried bologna. The service was fine but why I am giving a 1 star is because when I pulled out the bologna today to make a sandwich there was hair all under the label that she had on jacket before placing on the package which gross me out. If you are going to have your employees working with food, yhe least you can do is to have them wear a hair net or perhaps have them put on their jacket after they arrive at work, You need to do a better job when it comes to health and food safety in the workplace. I will never visit the Deli department again!P.s. she had the sticker on her jacket before placing it on the package so that means there was hair on her jacket while she was handling food.

This jewel is clean and the staff is just fantastic! I was able to get a beautiful cake out of the display and the super nice girl in the bakery happily wrote on it for me while I waited! Other stores should take notes from this one.
