I stopped in for gas and a powerball ticket as I have done several times before and usually, the staff is great. However, on 4/3/2024 at approximately 8:30 pm, this little girl with braids (or a braided wig) working behind the counter decided to give me attitude after I asked a simple question regarding the line. She also attempted to withhold my receipt which I stood at the counter until it was provided. Now I will let you know, the child with braids was working alongside another young lady who didn't look happy to be at work as well. Just a negative and unprofessional/ poor attitude setting where people are spending their hard-earned money. There are gas stations all around the area, but patrons choose to come to Circle K for products and services-- not attitudes from children. As a mother of a teenager, who is raised to respect adults, these child workers need to save the attitude for their mothers-- not customers. When kids are disrespectful, for no reason, but have a customer-facing job, it infuriates me. Clearly, there was no interviewing process as this child wreaked rudeness and disrespect! As a hard-working professional woman, I don't patronize establishments that are not held accountable for hiring irresponsible and disrespectful children. Yesterday, was my last time spending money at this Circle K.

Illegaling overcharging for roller grill items. They advertise $1.79 for 1 and a dollar for the second but no matter what you buy, each item is $2. They have been told multiple times about this issue but continue to overcharge customers. This is a clear cut case of false advertising and is illegal. Edit: they changed the sign to say $2 and 2nd item $1.50. when you go to the counter you still get charged $2 per item.... Still illegal.

Stopped to fill up before leaving town. Filled up a medium fountain cup and couldn't find a lid. I went to the counter to let them know they needed to put out more. The woman behind the counter said "there are no lids, we're out till Monday." I suggested she put up a sign, to which she said she wasn't going to do. I stood there for minute, waiting for her to offer me a large for the price of the medium or some sort of apology for the inconvenience. Nothing, she just looked at me like it was my problem. I definitely won't stop there again. There's a Speedway just down the street.

Stopped in for a ginger ale and the guy Brad had a stinky attitude...he came off as prejudice, very combative and didn't put my change in my hand.In fact he threw my change on the floor and didn't offer to pick it up....he needs costumer edicate classes.....the young lady cane to pick up my change from his wrong doing was pleasant.....total bad store review.
