Lauren is amazing! Our dog was not used to be groomed when we met her and she started working with him. Now, he gets groomed monthly and is so well behaved during the groom and feels safe! She works with our schedule and has been so helpful in respecting our dogs anxiety. She even recently got us in on super short notice when our dog got completely covered in mud and needed a groom that day. The store has a wide variety of QUALITY food for dogs too! Basically she is the best!

Lauren did an absolutely amazing job removing the matted fur on the long haired stray cat that we recently rescued. She was gentle, patient, and kind: a true professional with compassion and love for pets and their humans. ❤️😻

I have been bringing my dogs to Wagglebottoms for a few years now. The changes I've seen in my pooches since bringing them the Wagglebottoms has been fantastic. Lauren and her staff care about the pets in their care, and understand how to work with dogs that have had rough starts to life. My two get excited as soon as we pull onto the drive leading back to Wagglebottoms, and truly seem happy when they are there.

Lauren is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable about dogs! She was able to accomplish things with Pepper that no other groomer has been able to! She took such great care of him and he actually enjoyed being groomed for once. I’ve found a permanent groomer now!!!

We bring 3 dogs there for grooming. Lauren does an awesome job with them. And if we ever need an over night boarding I wouldn’t have a problem leaving them with her.Great job Lauren!!

They are the BEST! They take amazing care of our dog and she always comes home happy and having had a fresh bath 💜 They make sure the dogs have a good amount of time outside playing with other dogs who match their size she personality (supervised play).

My dogs, my cat, my family, and my friends have long used this business for grooming and boarding. It is a shame that disgruntled employees from several years ago initiated a smear campaign to attempt to ruin this business, posting inaccurate photos and wildly-exaggerated experiences. According to their social media posts, these employees even admitted to being hired on by a local competitor to start trouble,From what I gather, their attacks had nothing to do with the business, and were extremely personal in nature in order to extort money, they called it "back pay" from 2018!Having already been to the new location recently for grooming, it is in a much more centrally-located space, in a newly-renovated building. The business didn't hide under a name change, and it never shut down. We will continue to highly-recommend this business without hesitation and without concern.Stephanie DBuddy 🐾, Bella 🐾, Max 🐾

So we love Wagglebottoms and my dogs look great. The only suggestion I have would be to let the girls know if a dog needs an additional service to let the customer know it cost extra. Again we love wagglebottoms and will continue to go there. It, I called ahead of timeto get a price for all three of my dogs because my lab weight 110lbs and received a text apologising that it was taking so long because their de sheds were taking longer. No problem I get it, if I have to groom my dogs myself its an all day event. My issue with that is finding out when I pick up my dogs thay the desheds were extra and I wasnt told that originally. $7 isn't a lot but when u have 3 dogs it gets expensive quick. Again they did need the deshed and look phenominal, but letting me know ahead of time that is an additional cost would have been great.

Got my nails done at Wagglebottoms and They did such a great job! I can be a real handful because nail trims are not something I like done, but they were very good and patient with me. They trimmed and sanded them to perfection! I will be continuing to get them done. The staff were great, giving us a tour of the premises, cages, and outdoor area- all looked well organized. We were able to sample treats from their raw bar and took some of our favorites home! Great small business owned place.

We switched here after having professionalism issues at pineacres. We were offered a tour of the facility and assured that my dog selective dog would be housed in a back kennel near at most 8 other individually housed dogs. I brought up my concerns from our previous daycare: not having holiday availability, not receiving updates, phone communication not being prompt and was assured that all of these things would change when she started daycare here. I was constantly told that she wasn’t dog selective by the owner because she had no problems with the neutral dogs in the lobby and was seemingly never believed that she had selectivity issues with dogs. This is super invalidating and dangerous. An invested owner always knows their dog better and should be listened to. I had her groomed there once and never again because I picked up my 90 pound dog SOAKING WET, no offer to dry her, she does not have issues with blow dryers (I’ve blow dried her myself many times), and was offered no explanation for why she was soaked when I picked her up. There were many instances where I was not given back her items at pickup and when I did receive them back they were demolished by other dogs without explanation. Cages should always be cleaned between clients and I was never offered compensation or an explanation for why another dog was allowed to eat from her toys. That’s just icky and a biohazard. I never once received a call back after leaving a voicemail minus her first day and I maybe received 2 photos from the months she attended daycare. I do appreciate they were willing to work with my reactive dog but it was not done safely and there could have been serious consequences to that.

When I was textingto check on my boy Earl; they’re always so good to answer my momma questions, I replied tellin the gals how Earl did before going there this time. Thought I’d copy message for all you other moms and dads out there. I’m kinda over protective maybe 😊 This is what I heard and observed from Earl:❤️ ..,,,to gal at Wagglebottoms...When I ask Earl if he wanted to go see his buddies and play (I should've had his bag packed)! he went straight for the car just a waggin his tale lol. On the way he looks out the window on my sid, (we make one turn my way). usually he’ll lay his head on console so I can rub his head and back or sit look around and bark . It’d been over 2 weeks since he’d been there. So, when we turned Onto McGalliard he became WAY excited! On road entering your complex he trIed but cant take it any longer. He’s Pretty much in my lap!!! 🤣 sees his buddies it’s an emergency in his book to get out the door ....Hope this helps someone. We both pretty much had separation anxiety..... they’ve helped ❤️

We started going to Wagglebottoms a year ago. We are so happy with the groomers, especially Lauren! She goes over and above before, during, and after giving so much care for all 3 of our dogs! We are kinda picky on how we like our schnauzers and golden doodle cut and she is always obliging and courteous! You can tell how much they all care for animals just by the demeanor of all the employees. We have several groomers in our own town; but, am happy to drive 30+ minutes to make sure our dogs are cared for the right way. 💖

My dogs were boarded here for a week. I didn’t have any complaints. Other than I thought it was odd my dog came home with a pretty scratched up nose that was apparently from the kennel. But after hearing employee statements I wonder what it was from. I would never have sent my dogs here had I known that a dog hung himself in their care, and have lost multiple other dogs. It seems like the staff cares but the manager does not. I’ve heard from 2 ex employees now that animals were not treated well, and they’ve lost multiple animals.

We love Wagglebottoms!! Every time we take our dog in she’s excited to be there and treated like a queen! We have been going to Wagglebottoms for almost a year and their doggie day care is the best! Great price and exceptional care. We wouldn’t take our precious fur baby anywhere else. Lauren Is great to work with! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for boarding, daycare or grooming!

I just boarded a dog for the first time. I checked out several in the area before trusting someone with our puppy. The owner and staff at Wagglebottoms are true dedicated animal lovers. We boarded him overnight and had them bath and groom him just prior to picking him up. The best haircut he’s ever had. We will definitely be using Wagglebottoms in the future. Great rates, great staff, great experience.

We love Waggle Bottoms! They charge reasonable fees, take good care of your dog, and even give a complimentary bath before you pick your pup up! Plus the name and shop are super cute. Every employee I’ve met has been so pleasant. Highly recommend.

Please do not take your dogs here!! The owner is cruel and super heartless! She doesn’t care about your animals and there has been plenty of deaths with peoples animals and she has had a smart comment on every death there. There has been multiple injuries due to lack of kennels and lack of attention! I’m begging you please don’t take your babies here!!

Lauren always does a fantastic job on grooming! She obviously loves and cares about her furry clients. My 8 month old goldendoodle puppy unfortunately became matted (my fault) and she still managed to make him look cute. She is extremely patient with my rambunctious pup. His first cut was the best doodle cut I’ve seen... loved it!I’ve also boarded my puppy at Wagglebottoms and he always comes home happy and worn out. My puppy gets excited every time to go “see all his friends.” I’d definitely recommend Wagglebottoms!

Lauren at Wagglebottoms is the best—working with animals is truly a calling for her! Our pup was far too anxious to board but Lauren offered that they provide in-house care. She came over three times while we were away overnight and fed Charlie, let her out, played ball, and provided me with updates and pictures, all for an extraordinarily reasonable price. We were so relieved our girl was in such good hands, one who overcame her suspicions of a new person in the house. Would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend.

Originally, I posted a very disheartened review after a less than ideal experience. I was immediately contacted and the situation was quickly resolved. I can see now that this rough experience was an anomaly for an otherwise efficient and customer/pet-focused company. I felt that the staff genuinely felt bad about what happened and worked very hard to make up for it, which I believe they did. They are kind, helpful, and cared about my pet in a way that made me feel comfortable leaving him with them while he was being groomed. I would recommend Wagglebottoms to my friends and will be returning in the future.

When we first started taking our Golden Retrievers here they did an excellent job… We have brought them here about 6-7 times and the last 2 have been less than ideal… when they came out to us they were still quite wet and had hair clumps falling off of them.Update December 30th 2022: I have not gone back since I found the groomer/boarder I will use forever now!! (I updated my review after looking at the reviews I’ve done over the year, nothing personal against Wagglebottoms I’ve just found a better company)

Both times I had to use them to board, my dogs came home sick. One was a geriatric dog who got kennel cough- when I called to advise that he had gotten sick, there was no apology, no asking if he was ok- they just asked where he was vaccinated and blamed the vaccine. The second time my dog came home with bloody diarrhea that led to a skin infection. We try to board our dogs at the vet, where it is cheaper and safer. Only thing I thought was better was their confirmation system when you book.

Wagglebottoms is awesome. We took our spaniel mix in to get a bath and groom and he looked so happy coming out. They are definitely trying to make sure they take good care you and your dog. Prices are super reasonable and are competitive to other places around town. We will definitely be taking our dog back again and again

This place does not care about your pets. I suggest finding a place that will take the time to get to know your animal and accommodate to its needs. I had a recent experience where my dog had stayed there for JUST ONE NIGHT and ended up in the ER VET hospital. Should I mention that their cameras “don’t work” when asked what had happened. We can only take their story for what happened but sounds very heartless. Start finding people who care about the animals or shut your business down. There should be no reason someone should get the call their dog is in critical care when they flew for just a quick trip. Things happen but come on. Fix your kennels. Fix your cameras. Get better people. Be better people.
