I went in about 7 months ago to get me a cheap little vacuum and I saw this nice cute weightless one by dirt devil and I swear to you this one was only $70 and it's the best dang vacuum I have ever owned. Easy to push easy to dump it doesn't get stuff constantly stuck in it like my old ones ( a lot of animal hair would get stuck) but this one just goes to show that you dint have to pay a lot of money to get a good vacuum the guy in there was so nice and their warranties through them are better then the vacuums companies warranties. I'll always go to T&H !

We had a warranty issue and while initially they weren't able to locate our purchase information, Tamara stepped in and fixed the issue with no problem! Love T&H sweeper! The family has served mine for years providing excellent service every time. I appreciate the knowledge they provide when I’m looking for a new product, and how they keep my investment for my Royal vacuum serviced and cleaned. We are huge T&H fans. My husband went in to repair a vacuum recently (great at quick repairs). He ended up purchasing a new vacuum bc the person in the store was so knowledgeable and helpful. Tyler is great too!

This is the best vacuum store I've ever been to. When I heard there were not 1, but TWO vacuum stores in muncie, I thought to myself "why would people need that, that's so niche" but my doubts were put asunder when I stepped into the glorious T&H. The employee, Tyler Allred, greeted me in the nicest fashion I've ever had someone greet me. He made me feel special. He found the best vacuum fitted for me, it was an experience that genuinely changed my opinions about what I previously thought was just a mundane household cleaning supply.FIVE STARS!!!

Family owned business that has excellent employees! I went in with a Shark vacuum that I regretted buying from Target. They educated me on bag vs bagless and I left with a Sebo x4! What's even better, i could use my Shark as a trade in and received money off!! Thanks so much T&H!!

Don’t waste your time or money with this place. Called to get a quote for my vacuum to be cleaned and was quoted 39.99 for my specified vacuum model. I drop it off for servicing and they tell me it’s actually 49.99 plus any parts that need replaced. I was told I would be contacted if there were any parts that needed to be replaced as this effects the price which is understandable. I pick up my vacuum two days later (normal time for vacuum servicing) only to be told my grand total is 81.00 after they replaced two filters. I was never contacted whatsoever about these parts being replaced and was rudely awakened to paying 81 dollars compared to 49.99 plus tax. Not only that but my vacuum was still dusty and dirty on the outside. This is was first and last time trying out this business and if you’re considering getting your vaccuum serviced here, please save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I purchased a Riccar cordless sweeper and I love it. When I used it for the first few times, I noticed it squeaked and that concerned me. I called and was told to bring it in. It was replaced with another brand new Riccar and I have had no problems since. If I do have any problems with the sweeper....I have been assured that all will be taken care of. Thanks!!

Buyer beware..... If you have an issue you are much better off dealing with the manufacturer of the product then you are with T&H. I'm all about buying and supporting local, but save yourself a headache along with some money and bypass this buisness and go somewhere else.
