Very good customer service. Received help with getting shoes off of the top shelf. Good prices. Great big selection of Hey Dude shoes! There was quite a few name brand dress shoes. My husband's dress shoes that he purchased were very shiny and comfy, and was very nicely priced, at ten dollars less than the ticket price. Would definitely purchase from this store again!!

The shoes were picked over for a 7 yr old that needed a size 1. You would find his size and open the box and 2 different shoes were in the box or 2 different sizes. It is back to school time so no wonder everything was picked over. 2 cashiers one was helping a lady who was returning a lot. The other was checking people out we waited 10 minutes in line just to check out. I feel as busy as the store was and the basket hop in the kids section they should not have the ball out for kids to play it just made it very congested with kids standing in the way and arguing who was going to shoot next very loud in kids area.

Great place. I walked out with a brand new pair of Addidas hi tops for $60.00. I asked a store clerk about them and he was able to tell me what I needed to know. He didn't turn my attention to a more expensive pair but answered my questions. I'm happy. The clerk at the check out was very sweet and polite. She talked to me with respect, kindness and politeness. My hearing is pretty shot from playing loud music all my life in bands and working in factories. Yes I'm getting old. I had to ask embarrassingly ask her to repeat herself a few times. She spoke just fine. It was me. It was a pleasant shopping experience. I'll go back to Show Carnival. 👍👍

This place has a pretty wide variety of shoes! They carry: basketball, running, casual boots, work wear (boots and shoes), dress shoes, and seasonal footwear such as flip flops and sandals. The more pairs of shoes u buy, then u get more of a discount!!! Sometimes, I believe, that u can buy a pair at regular price, then get a second pair for a discounted price. I will be going back in the future!!! Keep ur eye out for clearance items. I personally bought 3 pairs of shoes, and my wife got to spin a wheel to determine what kind of a discount we would get.

Pretty rushed. Hurried us through and when we exited we set the alarms off. Thankfully. Because they left security tags on both pair of shoes we'd purchased. I was busy with kids and hadn't realized our cashier hadn't already removed them. They were having a great sale though.

They have a very wide selection shoes and sandals and boots I recommend going there to purchase work shoes back to school shoes and just everyday shoes.

Jack was very very helpful in helping my son find shoes....my son has anteversion of his hip so having the help from jake made this trip so much easier for us. He was very kind and patient, they had a great selection of shoes to choose from. I would definitely recommend coming to this store and they will take great care of you just like they did us.

My son picked out a pair of shoes but there were 2 different sizes in the box so we asked for help and the lady informs me that those shoes are being sold like that for $58!!!! And then she just walked away without offering any kind of help!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Not to mention, what kind of brain damaged individual thinks that 2 different shoes can be sold as a pair?!?!? Especially at that price?!? I really thought she was joking but nope. No wonder the stores are going out of business

Great experience! Bought 6 pair of tennis shoes, buy one, get next one 1/2 off, got to spin the wheel for another $5.00 off and the manager helped me find a $10.00 coupon online! The store was clean and associates were very friendly.

Bought a pair of work boots from their online store a few weeks ago. Upon receiving the boots and trying them on, they weren't as wide as my feet were. I had no problem returning them to the actual store and finding a different pair that actually fit and felt good. The employees were very attentive and knowledgeable but not overbearing while I conducted my search. This is probably why I have bought 4 pairs of shoes from this place in the last 4 months! Shoe Carnival... I definitely will be back.

Ordered a lunchbox and the website was messed up and it said they had in stock wasn’t but they charged me and then never told me that it wasn’t in when I got there instead of texting or emailing me that it wasn’t. The associate wasn’t friendly and didn’t care and now I’m out of the money being a single mother of three.

Only if Shoe Carnival carried a lot more name brands it would be so much more... Until they start carrying more name brands I won't even shop there.
