This place is absolutely amazing! I honestly can't say enough good about them! Kenna waited on me, was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions & told me to call if I have more. I look forward to going back again for fun instead of necessity! They truly, deeply care about your pets & it really shows more than any place I have ever been. I had been looking for help for my sick cat for 2 days & cant get him to a vet for a few days & Kenna was just the best! I was in emotional HAPPY tears when I left with a much better outlook for my sweet cat's prognoses. Thank you Roo's! Thank you Kenna... for giving us hope!

Visited the store with my fur baby, Mustang Sally. Been having serious issues with getting her to eat for over two years. She will go days without eating and I have spent a fortune trying just about every brand and special order food there is. Jason helped me and based on his recommendations I am happy to say Sally has eaten every bit of her meals since then. Either Jason is a dog whisperer or the goat cheese is the best 21$ purchase I have ever made! My guess it’s a combination of both. Thank you! I will definitely be back for some more Red Barn!

Driving by and seen it was a holistic pet store so I stopped in. They have a lot!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable! They ended up giving me a bag of goodies with all types of food, treats and a bag of litter! It was so kind to give away such great products! I will definitely be returning for my pet needs in the future! 😇😁

My roommate and I's cat was just at the vet and having issues with her stomach. They helped us with a whole bunch of stuff and recommended lots of things. I really appreciate how personal and knowledgeable the staff was. I will definitely be going back!

The workers are very kind and will help you find what you’re looking for. They have a wide selection and can tell you a bit about any brand. They also have adorable treats decorated to look like certain things. I believe the cats name is Cleo they’re very kind and you’ll find them in all different parts of the store.

Definitely a wonderful pet store, and the best one I've been into!! Large selection of dog and cat foods, toys, leashes, etc. Better than any other chain store I've ever went into and they made my skunk feel welcome ❤️ love you guys!! We will definitely be returning(of course with our skunk too lol)

Amber and the crew at Roos are very friendly and knowledgeable. I got probiotics for my pup, who has been on and off antibiotics lately. Roos even gifted me with a big bag of goodies for my dog, as a new customer/pet adoption. Thanks to Amber and everyone for the treats. My dog loves the fish treats.

We have loved Roo's since the moment we first stepped in the door with our first dog. They have helped us with nutritional consultations and I feel lucky to have easy access to some of the best dog treats, foods, and supplements! I don't know where we'd be without them. I live near Cincinnati, OH and needed a special product from Adored Beast Apothecary. I telephoned and tried to shop online at many stores. Everyone either no longer carried or was out of stock, even the producing company. Not only did Roo’s have in stock, but they shipped within two hours of my order. I would love to visit the store in Muncie some day and have saved them as a favorite for future shopping. Great selection and great customer service! Thank you very much!!! By far one of the best pet store/resource/service place I've been to. They have loads of beneficial, healthy and safe products for dogs and cats. The staff is super knowledgeable and always are welcoming to any questions I may have either online or in store. I loved buying their products and using their self washing station. My dog is so picky with food and hates the groomers, but this place has solved so many of my problems. Sadly I had to move, so shopping here isn't always convenient. But I try to stop by when I can!

Haley, Shelby and Amber are simply wonderful humans who have your fur babies best interest in mind.I literally was making a u-turn in Roo's parking lot a couple months again and so thankful I looked up, saw the signage and stopped in.We have a tiny Maltese who is super sensitive to many foods. The ladies at Roo's listened to my concerns regarding our pets well-being and gave thoughtful recommendations.Thanks for caring so much to get to know our baby and so grateful we found Roo's.

We could not love Roo’s more if we tried! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and never make you feel rushed. Great place! My friend spotted this place early this month and so lucky I found this gem of a place. My doggo was a picky eater when it came to her her dry food. When I got the dog goody bag for her. She has been eating all her food! I have never seen her this happy with the food. She lost some weight since being wean off her old food. Thank you for what you do!
