PetSmart in Muncie, Indiana is a great place to shop for your beloved pet. They have good prices, and a loyalty program you can sign up for to get future discounts. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The store itself is clean, and smells nice. This is the only place that I can find the specific cat food that my sweet Mr. Dinkleman needs. I would recommend this business.

We had our golden doodle groomed by Zoe. She did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend her. I told her I wanted the teddy bear cut and she made her look so cute! Thank you Zoe!

Pretty decent experience here. I arrived and an employee approached me quickly as I was waiting on a preordered online order. They went to retrieve it, and returned in a quick minute. Been here before, and was always able to find what I went for. Prices are a bit higher, it appears.

I wish I could leave a -5 star review! I will never be back into this petsmart! Last night I rescued my first dog on my own, took her to pet smart on the way home and while checking out the man with blue hair called her “stupid, smelly, funny looking, and ugly”. That is totally unacceptable, I will only be shopping at the new pet supply plus from now on!

I was extremely upset when I took my granddaughter in to get some fish. She wanted a betta fish and I knew from experience that you have to be careful of what you put with those because they are very territorial. But when we walked in the store they have ALL their betta fish in PINT size plastic containers. At least 4 of these fish are dead and several we can’t tell if they are alive. Then the person we are talking to informed us that a 10 gallon tank won’t be large enough for two fish. Yet they have them in a PINT size jar! And furthermore they have two grown chinchillas in a ten gallon tank! Really?! Where is the sense in this? This is the reason I hate going into pet stores. It’s like putting a lion in a 5 foot cage! Please can the people who own these pet stores please do better for the animals they’re trying to sell!

Went there for a spur of the moment nail trim at the salon. They were more than happy to take a walk in and did it FAST! My little Chloe gets so upset if I even show her the nail clippers at home. Worth every penny!

Friendly staff, they don't really know what they are talking about when it comes to fish. They told me bettas are one of the only fish that do not need a filter. Every fish needs a filter, because they produce waste and if you don't have a filter you would have to do 100% water changes everyday. Their aquariums are clean and are decorated, and no dead fish. They have a wide variety of fish but only freshwater. They have tanks, decor, fish food, and other things that you could name and they would have it for sale. They also have rodent, cat, dog, reptile, and bird supplies. They put cats, birds (parakeets and other small, cute birds) and reptiles up for adoption, and sometimes doggy adoption days. They have dog training, potty training, and puppy party classes. The store is also pet friendly, so bring your dogs as you please. My pug Captain really enjoys it, and makes tons of friends. I have bought about 5 fish altogether from there, and if you have proper care, they will live and be healthy. They also have a grooming salon, but I wouldn't trust them. They have had some pretty traumatic incidents, but not near or in this location. I recommend this pet store to any animal lover. They have a wide variety of products like toys, treats, beds, crates/habitats/aquariums, and other needs for all animals listed above.

Love going to petsmart.. I take my Dog Kong to pick out a toy and he loves it. And they have everything I need for my Leopard Gecko's. Always helpful amd have everything I need for my pets. Kong loves his reindeer he got for Christmas from Petsmart. ❤

My dog has been diagnosed with a syndrome the requires her to eat a very specific diet. PetSmart in Noblesville carries this and since they have a vet on site, I was able to get her food. I found the folks in Noblesvile to be kind and attentive to what we needed.

Great selections for Bunny food, treats, hay and toys. Kind of wish they had nore in the lines of hideaways and things like that because the small pet options are to small even for my small mini lop.
