This is my first time being there the girls working there were amazing I heard one of the girls grooming a dog saying oh it's okay doggy I'll be all right being very very nice to the poor doggie that was not wanting a haircut. I came in for a red rose minnows and the lady helping me was absolutely amazing I can't remember her name I'll be back in there for more minnows for my ducks! I also want to add that they had two and four year old cats there for adoption I think there was six of them and they were all beautiful and so sweet and if I could have adopted them I would have taken all of them but that would be great for a family or even an elderly couple that needs somebody to love on!! They have a mixture of everything that I haven't seen for a while from adoption to grooming to reptiles to fish and any animal feed or reptiles that you can think of!!

We love this pet supplies plus, we go almost every day to get something for our pup. She loves the staff there and they always greet her with excitement. She gets her baths there once a week and we are always getting great new treats for her! Definitely better than PetSmart.

Amazing new store! Great customer experience today. We had one back in Florida and loved the convenience (we don't have to run around a massive grocery store) and great prices! The dog washing station, and the store itself is beautiful! Our newest addition, Stanley loves his new toy his Dad picked out!

Love this place!! It's nice to have a pet store on the north east side of town. Everyone was friendly and very sweet to my fur baby. I can't wait to buy from their great selection of fish.

Took our dog, ( Zeuss) to get a Bath. He Loved it, He smells so Good after. Got great treats, you can look around all day, So to speak, and you Will buy something. Good prices, nice staff, helpful, good prices, its clean, smells Nice.i bought a few more baths, so we Will be back. Very recommend.

They cancel my orders due to their errors, do not correct them, cannot keep stock updated or even provide the correct information over the phone when looking straight at the shelf. This is the most infuriating place to buy dog food I've ever experienced.Edit: This is still the cheapest place to buy our food. They've corrected the inventory numbers (it took many months), but still can't keep it in stock consistently.

They have most things you need for standard pets! Definitely the best pet store around the area by a long shot. Good prices, friendly and competent staff, excellent in-stock, and they even have a self serve dog wash station right next to their full service grooming salon! The animals they sell in store looked well taken care of and healthy too!

At the time feeder crickets were .13 cents and they had everything to feed them there. They have great deals on cat litter. Got their brand of unscented clumping for roughly $11 at 40lbs. Won't always guarantee the prices. But they are better than pet smart and sometimes even walmart. Tidy cat litter there was more expensive than Walmart.

They've been so friendly everytime we go. I have started going there to get our cats' specialty food. You buy so many and get one free. PLUS they have the foods in larger quantity bags. I can go over a month now and not constantly have to buy small bags. The fact that they support ARF and display their cats is a bonus.

We love this store! Tonight we went in to purchase some supplies and while there a very aggressive dog entered the store. This dog started barking, growling and lunging at our dog. One of the employees came and stood between us and the aggressive dog. I appreciated that very much!

I really enjoy pet supplies plus. I always have, especially over other local pet stores. Recently though, I purchased a parakeet from them. The nice gentleman catches a little yellow bird, I named Sunshine. As I take sunshine to the front counter, the employee dosent acknowledge that there is a living animal in the box and TIPS THE BOX UPSIDE DOWN. Knocking the already frightened bird around. (*but Ik people make mistakes so I didn't say anything plus she apologized and we moved on *) Then when I get home the bird displays several signs of sickness that clear up and then come back a week later. Not only did the sickness kill this bird, but has affected all 8 of my other birds who are now sick and could possibly die now too. I don't suggest buying birds from any pet store, but if you do... don't get them here. I now have to pay hundreds in Avian vet bills in hopes to save the rest of my flock.

Love, this place looks nice Has different variety of fish. Accept all the fish are males so if you want female fish you will have to go somewhere else, but all the workers are very nice.
