I wont be back. I dont work for Payless and I don't get any discount at the self check out. I'm tired of waiting forever to check out with a few items when the only have 1 cashier open. All they're doing is cutting down jobs in my community to maximize they're profits. When is enough, enough?

The lady in the pharmacy that looks up your prescription sucks !! She always has an attitude. Her customer service skills are sub par at best. I called in my prescription 2 days ago and was told by the automated system that it would be ready on Monday by 10 am. Well it's 2:34pm on Monday and it still isn't ready and was told by Miss Customer Service herself that they don't go by that. Then why have it on there.By the way I would have given them a big fat " 0 stars " but it wasn't an option.Y'all need to do better!!!!!

Don't try calling this store for anything. I called the meat department to check to see if they had a particular type of meat and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for the service desk, no one answered there either. Phone just kept ringing. I guess I need to find a store that is interested in my business and all the money I spend weekly.

Recently took out some regular check out lines and now there are 2x the self check out stations than normal. But, every time I have been there since one of the sides of self check out stations are closed. Seriously Kroger, you are too cheap to have ONE MORE employee working??? Starting to go to meijer instead..

I've been here twice and both times I left disappointed. The first time, I was looking for marshmallow fluff and was told "It's December. There isn't any. You should have bought it months ago." Excuse me, what? First of all, I just moved here from someplace where you can get marshmallow fluff year round. Second, if you know you sell out every December, maybe you should order more in December. Just a thought. Today, I went in to grab tea bags and milk. I normally run down to Meijer, but the weather was bad and I was tired. The tea bags were more than double what Meijer or Target charges, but I grabbed them anyway because I just wanted to get home. They had no gallons of whole milk so I grabbed a half gallon. I tried to use a Visa gift card to pay. It asked me for a PIN. There is no PIN. I asked the attendant how to bypass the PIN and he hits a few buttons and says "You can't. Our system requires a PIN for that card." I told him it was a gift card and there was no PIN and he told me I'd just have to pay some other way. Well, I didn't have my phone or purse so I just left. Then, I went down to Meijer and used the card without incident. Honestly, between being out of things, high prices, not letting people use gift cards, and rude employees, I can't figure out why they're so damn busy.

Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.

This has been my favorite store since they've been here, BUT I'm so tired of them not having enough cashiers. The one or 2 checkout lines are really long and the self checkout line is longer. If I need to check out and bag and carry out my own groceries, I may as well switch to Aldi. That's what I'm going to do. I love the pharmacy here though.

Thomas and Jack helped us in the checkout lane today. They were so nice and asked so many helpful questions that I appreciated. Their friendliness took it from a typical grocery run to something that put a smile on our faces for the afternoon :) Excellent service

Been in customer service line for 10 minutes now with 2 people in front. Cashier refused to honor sales tag do here to get refunded. Line was seen by 3 GMs. The store eS a mess.

This store has a problem with.Your employee told me to blocking entrance to the restroom because of refusing to move the blue online carts. It is impossible to get mobility scooter down hall. A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be able to get scooter down hall but while I was in restroom they put the online carts back. Hallway to small to turn around your employee refused to help. Today the carts are back after I was promised the carts would be moved to allow disabled shoppers access. I will not be back

For some reason this store can't keep stocked. I used to work for marsh 12 years and one of the pet peeves for marsh was never run out of sales items. I've been in this store three or four times in a row looking for something that's in the ad and never could find it never could buy it they were out of it or didn't order enough or who knows what. Payless needs to figure out or Kroger needs to figure out if they really want to have a store on this side of town or not. I will say this they got the best pharmacist's in town there. Greg and Jason and Dee and Sebastian all very good they seem to care about their clients.

Payless is one of the worst stores to shop at on my list there next to Walmart. Me and my girlfriend goes grocery shopping once a month and we just went to Payless I bought two bags of potato chips when I got home I opened a bag and they were stale. I have bought bad eggs, mayonnaise, bread, lunch meat from Payless before. I remember one time me and my girlfriend went to Payless and I picked up a pack of bologna and it was black on the shelve I told an employee at Payless. I filed a complaint with the health department on there website against Payless today.

Shopped here for years and love it…until we used the delivery service… the delivery person used our money and bought things for themselves and never said anything nor did we order anything close to what they got so we tried to make it right with the service and they basically refused to help or reimburse the money that was basically stolen which is despicable not to mention we bought their yearly service and our first experience was of this theft and nothing was done…so if you decide to do any delivery from this Payless BE WARNED! this could happen to you..we will never do this again!

My girlfriend and I love shopping here! We always get good deals on markdown and sale items, as well as the fact that prices are just awesome for the quality. I also love the floral section and their extensivities. As a former Kroger employee, I know the ins and outs and this particular location makes me happy! They also never shy away from our reusable bags, bagging them for us neatly and with precision.

I was sad to see Marsh go but the new Kroger store is pretty cool. Staff is friendly (been twice and people go out of their way to help you find something). They have a pretty good selection of just about everything. I was impressed the most though by the quality and variety of their produce.

It is not as fully stocked as we have come to expect grocery stores, but it has enough to make it a semi-regular stop for regular groceries. I'll still need to go elsewhere occasionally, but i could get almost everything I wanted. The store-brand soda is great! Our family loved the deli rotisserie chicken when it was a Marsh, but we tried it here twice and it was almost inedible. Unfortunate, as that would bring me in for a mid-week stock up on occasion.

Good prices but u need a card to get them, unlike Walmart or Meijer or Aldi or.... I get they're just trolling for data to sell, but I didn't HAVE a card! I couldn't get one at this time of night. Staff was moderately friendly. Store was very clean. I think they should have put more into remodeling, because it just looks like Marsh Supermarkets with Payless stamped on the front instead. Every thing is in roughly the same place.

I bought some pork steaks from here I put them in my freezer and just bbq them today on the 4th I took a bite and the meat is spoiled I said I wasn’t going to buy anymore meat from them but since they had a great deal on pork steaks I bought them I promise I’m contacting a lawyer and taking this meat for evidence people shouldn’t have to get sick off old meat

I love the supermarket they have an excellent fresh produce section and their prices are really good if you have a Kroger card you can also use that because it's owned by Kroger and I know prices at point are going up .so every little penny helps

Prices are great, $1.69 for giant bag of Kroger brand chips. Fills a much needed vacuum of local traditional grocery stores. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from going.

Nice store and great selection. Basically same as it's predicessor with the exception of all the Kroger Brand items. Prices are comparable. It was packed and lines were long, maybe result of being newly open, and an alternative to the -mart.

I came into this location to buy some Big K Citrus Zero none in the store this is the 2nd store that had none. The manager said it was the manufacturer and then walked away instead of trying to find me some find me some at another store!
