What a wonderful experience working on my big project over several days with Muncie Michael's expert designers and framers. I am very happy with our final in-store plans. Now, we await the actual completion of the custom framing off-campus at Michael's aaron brothers. That may take up to two weeks. Also, I made purchases in store at Muncie. All my interactions with house staff were helpful and very personable. Tanya, the certified custom frame designer, is outstanding. Two in-training framers were also helpful. I received guidance as needed to navigate the wide range of available in-store products and tech. The computerized designing program helped bring the plan that had been in my brain onto the screen thanks to the skill of the designers.

Rude employees, wife and I were in to look for a few things and the first employee quickly walked away from me when we approached to ask for help (what a weirdo, honestly), the second just gave a vague description of the corner our items might be in, I asked if she'd show us and she wouldn't. My bar is already low for customer service in general these days but this was shockingly bad.

I love the customer service here. Every time I go in, everyone is so friendly.I ordered a custom picture frame last time I went and it was ready for pickup today. There was some miscommunication with the order but when I got there the woman told me she'd fix it and have it ready asap. I got a call within 2 hours and it's perfect.

First time shopping at Michaels ever. Kind of knew what to expect, with it being a craftsy type store. Was hoping to find airbrushes, compressor, or accessories. There was none at this location. Many of the employees as I walk through the store, ask ed if I needed assistance. They were definitely motivated to assist me if needed. Most likely won't return to this location. Going to try another Michaels though, for comparison if nothing else.

One of my favorite arts and craft stores. Super friendly people and decent prices compared to Hobby lobby and others. They always have coupons on ther website which can be used in store. Lately they haven't had much in store and seems like they want you to order online instead. I prefer to get my items local if I can.

Great selection of art supplies. Always make use of the coupons when you can. Every store is different to serve the community they are in. The clearance section can be place to find some amazing deals or waste of time. Certain items just shouldn't be bought without using a coupon such as Professional art supplies.

This Michael's was a very nice, clean store! They had a nice stock of item. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that Michael's is no longer taking competitors coupons. We also couldnt use our military discount because we had not prearranged it first through the rewards program.

I have been to Michaels maybe twice in my life before this recent visit. I generally don’t go because they don’t carry cross stitch supplies, but I went recently to look at decorations. Their store was easy to explore and they had very cute decoration options. They staff was also kind when we had interactions. I will probably visit this store more often.

I used to shop at Hobby Lobby a little more than Michaels chiefly because of their coupon and availability of things I regularly use. Now that Hobby Lobby has done away with their 40% off coupon I discovered Michaels! They still regularly have coupons available for purchase of regularly priced merchandise and honestly I find the quality very good!

I have always had a good experience in this store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and I have gone at all times of the day. The store is always clean and organized. Very impressed with this location a definite go to for any of my crafting needs.

I visited this store to buy a set of Prismacolor pencils. I took the product card to the cashier to get the pencils. The cashier said the pencil set they had was different than the product card info. She would not let me look at the box to see if it's what I needed. She treated me like I was trying to steal them. I even placed 2 thousand dollars in cash on her counter to reassure her. She still would not let me see the pencils to make sure it's what I needed. After leaving the store I called the companies customer service line. They asked for the employees name so I went back in to the store to get it. A different employee told me she wasnt allowed to give out that info. They wear nametags! I've now spent 2 days being bounced around by customer service with no hope of ever reaching anybody who even cares to address my compliant. I'm almost 50 years old and I've been a professional artist for almost 30 years. This store treated me like a criminal because I just wanted to verify I was going to recieve the correct product. It was absolutely humiliating.

Best place to buy crafts! The staff is extremely helpful, they are very knowledgeable of their products and locations in the store. They try their best to get you the best deal with the sales and coupons available. Courtney is my favorite, she is so nice and extremely helpful!

It's nice going in a crafts store and not being overwhelmed with home decor in your face. They had the big display ring box I didn't want to buy online. It was a win!
