One of my top choices for home improvement / lawn and garden items. They have 11% rebates from time to time which are an added bonus. They have pretty much anything and everything you could think of, including grocery items. Always a welcoming atmosphere and always clean and well stocked. The store is so huge that you could spend hours just browsing at all the items they have. If you're looking for a one stop shop for home and garden and even pet supplies to everything in between....this Menards is the place to shop

I went to Menards been there tons of times buying tools and building materials. A worker started following me around the store then when I checked out at the regents a person. After I payed and bagged my items he came out accusing me of stealing went thru my stuff that I just paid for which at that point I paid for them I own them Menards does not have the right to touch or go through the things that I own. If this happens again I’m calling my lawyer. It’s very embarrassing. I own 2 businesses here locally my name is well know to the general consumer I will not be accused of stealing publicly and loudly with patrons around and hurting my reputation.

Went to buy a new mattress but it will take 2 weeks to get but I found a few other things I needed and a couple of just fun things!! I have to use their motorized buggy but it's always charged up and ready to go.

I'm not a Indiana or menards fan however this menards in Muncie, IN. Has some of the best employees I've ever encountered at menards not 1 worker said idk when I ask them a question from the past sec lady to the contractor sales desk to Val who check Mr out they where all wonderful people that new there jobs. Whomever is doing the hiring is doing it right at this location.

Used to be my go to for building materials and other items needed.Rebate program that is a,”subsidiary of Menards “is not the most user-friendly and needs to be brought up to modern standards!Menards could do better and I would spend more of my money there if they make changes.They really need to update their process because Lowes is digital for rebates.

Horrible experience. Had to load over $1,000 of molding and pvc virtually by myself. Really difficult experience ordering on line and then pick it up. Had to go to 6 different check out people to pay for the order. Evidently only certain cashiers ring up certain types of orders. The outside check out guy for pick up orders spent at least 20 minutes checking the items in my vehicle to make sure I had paid for everything. Note to management, maybe spend 20 minutes helping the customer in your store spend their money! Customer is to do everything themselves. I will never spend another dime in that Menard’s store again.

They have great prices on quality stuff I love to go there in shop. They also have a nice selection of How sold goods at great prices! Don't forget to send in your rebate to use back in the store!!!

When is Menard's going to get with the times and offer self checkout stations? Standing in line for 20 minutes for a few small items is ridiculous. I spoke to a manager and they kind of laughed it off and said we wish. Well guess what, you are management, go make it happen. You may save big money at Menard's...if you can ever make it through the checkout line...

Very time consuming for contractors trying to obtain construction materials to shop here. You have to park in the parking lot, go in and walk to the very back of the store to the contractors desk, get a loading ticket, walk to the front of the store and pay, walk out to the parking lot and drive around to the yard entrance, scan your ticket to enter, wait for someone or find the materials yourself and load them, then wait in line for someone to go through your stuff to exit. Pass it up and save time at lowes, home depot, or a traditional lumber yard.

Very disappointed with the service today guy from the plumbing department named Jim gave me a very bad morning I call the plumbing department to try to make an order and he said he can’t help me to do my order by the phone,(weird because I been ordering by the phone for at least one week) I live in Indianapolis and just bought a house down there at Muncie I got people working at the house and if they need materials I was calling the store and they make my order for my workers just go to pick it up! Now Jim from the plumbing Department told me that it’s not possible, the whole store cannot take orders by the phone make my construction harder because now I have to drive over an hour just to buy a couple pipes, please do something whether Jim was right or make a change because it’s super bad to receive a bad news as this one very early in the morning. Frustrating and Disappointed with Menards! 😤🤯

Menards is a store I can spend hours in just browsing the selection of merchandise they have. Their pricing is fair on most items which makes it a one stop shop. Pricing is better than most other home improvement stores like it. They even have a grocery selection. Most of the staff is knowledgeable on the products they have, if not, they will find someone who does. I would recommend shopping here first for your home improvement needs.

Horrible customer service, bought a piece of furniture that said you get a free rug we were told that rugs were in the back we go back there and find one, they say it’s not the right one. They are out of all those rugs so they would do nothing to compensate it, except tell us to go to another store. I have spent thousands of dollars on home improvements there in the last year will probably never go back now.

I went to Menards to get a gallon of paint they had mixed for me before. The supervisor of the paint department, a man named Craig, helped me and matched the color perfectly. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I also showed my paint can to the young woman who took care of suchthings before I entered main part of the store. She was pleasant and knew what she was doing. The fact that Menards had what I needed and had nice folks serving customers made my shopping experience very nice.

Usually well-organized. Love the rebate program. Sometimes it can be tough to track down an employee but when you find one they’re typically very friendly and helpful. I have felt safe shopping here during the pandemic because they have been enforcing the mask mandate and I really appreciate it!

Worst customer service I have witnessed in years. None of the service center clerks could work independently and had to constantly consult with a young man in charge who doesn’t appear to know what was going on, either…all while a line of 7 people are waiting. Poorly organized front end. Ridiculous waste of my time. I will NOT be back for a long time. I hope you can get some experience, maturity and knowledge back in the store!!! Just wow!!!

Clean, helpful people, better selection of annuals and perennials than I was expecting. Overall great experience. Only 2 downfalls were the check out lines were kinda long, but they ended up opening another line, and then they guys that were working out in the materials area couldn't find the items I had purchased. Once they did, they had them loaded quickly, and I was on my way. The issues were addressed, and employees were helpful and had good attitudes about it all.

I was greeted with a hello and a smile in every interaction. The representative at the customer service desk was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Same with the representative in the yard. My business partner was able to order something he needed for our team immediately (while being out of town). I picked up the items with the proper checks and balances and no hassle. Always a good experience with Menards. Thank you for your assistance Menards!

Quentin the stock boy back in plumbing. Needs a respect lesson, Alex the manager has to be the worst manager I’ve had the experience of meeting. All he said was he will look at the cameras and audio. Never wanted to apologize or anything. So just be aware management will let their employees talk to you how they want. I’ll spend my business money elsewhere.

Was able to find the items I needed, but finding someone to assist me proved to be futile. While there were supposed to be 3 people working in plumbing, only 1 was in the area helping a customer.Adequate staffing continues to an issue throughout the store. Once you find someone to help you the service is good. However, finding people to help can be frustrating.

We love going through Menards because we always seem to see new items we didn't see on previous trips. The prices are always decent, the staff is very helpful also. Store is clean and safe to stroll through the many isles indoor and out!!!

For the most part the employees are knowledgeable about the products that are in the area they're working, in their defense not everyone can know everything tho

Sometimes you can't get what you need at Lowe's. Update: when I was there today. They did have what I needed, which was nice, but to get it I had to listen to a manager make racist comments towards a brown skinned employee while other employees kind of giggled about it. One more reason to stay away from that spot.

We went to find a canopy top replacement and the lady was so nice, she did it all, It didnt take her long and was very accommodating. Helped us find things that we could use in place of other things. Was just very helpful. We felt like we were the only ones there, she took so much time with us. A very nice experience.
