Lucky Dog Salon is so amazing with my boy, Vader!!!!!! He usually gets a bath and a nail trim. The staff is the absolute nicest group of people. They even let my dog pick out his own toy one day! I am always so impressed and happy with the service and care.

First time I went to this place but I love it! My dog had really overgrown nails and he was very nervous but the staff were so kind and patient with him when trimming them down. I absolutely will be going there again from here on out. :]

They were friendly I have a golden doodle just did not do very good job grooming him. Not sure if it was do to lack of experience but they shaved him down uneven in many spots shaved his ears which I have never ever seen doodle have his ears shaved down. Won’t go back. My dog looks horrible he was very anxious when I picked him up he is not anxious pup it was bad experience for sure. It wasn’t the time factor it is the groom job itself that is the problem. He is uneven all over his face and ears looks like a toddler groomed him to be honest. Spent 80$ and I could have done better job at home for free. I was trying to be nice beyond unsatisfied. I specifically said do not shave him down to skin and you did other than patches uneven hair smh and as far as interrupted I called once which all but 10 minutes shy of two hours had gone he was not done half hour after that you said he was still drying there was no way he was still drying which idk but he had no hair left to dry. He was in the back you were sitting out in front how was that interrupting his grooming if you have a doodle I suggest groom else where they suck

Great job on my Husky . They took time with him and very friendly staff. They get you an appointment sometimes the same day and other times the next day . And very inexpensive prices. I have had my dog there 2 times so far .

I had so many issues finding a groomer in Muncie due to others busy schedules but I'm glad I found Lucky Dog Salon! First time coming here, and they had no issues with my doodles and they come out adorable with their cuts! Will be a frequent customer in the upcoming months

I have finally found a groomer for my 3 legged Great Pyrenese! They are wonder caring and did the best job ever!! Highly recommended!! Absolutely great!

Our dog was abused by previous owners and is skittish around any new people. We were worried about him biting her when she cut his nails. She jumped right in and clipped his nails with him growling the whole time. She was very sweet and kind with him. I would recommend her to anyone. Will be calling her today to clip his nails again.

I took my dog in for the first time to Lucky Dog and my experience was fantastic! They followed my requests for what I wanted perfectly and he smells amazing! I’ve had terrible experiences at other groomers before to the point where I started doing it myself. Now I will always take him to Lucky Dog!

I took my dog there and when he came back he had fleas. She claims the reason he had been digging at himself was because of a single flea so she gave him a flea bath. He has never had a flea problem but now he can't stop scratching and he gave them to our kitten. On top of that his cut was choppy and looks like a little kid finished it for her.

I purchased a puppy from someone and she smelled sooo horrible. We were not from the area and I didn't want to drive home 3 hours with a smelly puppy. Found this place on google and called her she was so nice and said she could get our puppy in to be groomed. After getting our puppy back she smelled soooo wonderful and was very clean and fluffy. Her prices are very reasonable and she is a very nice lady. I can't thank her enough for a wonderful job with our little puppy. I would definitely drive 3 hours just to go back!!!

First time taking my dog here and asked for the anti-shed treatment, a trim, nails clipped and a bath... his back legs were trimmed, she didn't touch the front, his fur is uneven EVERYWHERE, and he is shedding like crazy now. Not only that, but his nails are split and jagged now... I would never recommend going here. Save your money and do it yourself! Also, it smelled terrible in the salon...

Took my Pomeranian here on 6/26/2017 she now looks like a corgi. Also she's been rubbing her hine end on the floor like she has worms. The vet said it's from razor burn from hot clippers from being shaved too close to her private area. The dog is in constant pain/irritation. We have tried powder,cream(anti-itch) cool wet cloths nothing seems to help. So take it for what it's worth. Based on the hair cut....(clipper job) I'd say someone was either in a hurry or was not to careful. I feel sorry for my dog. 😞 because I took her here.

My poor dog thats all i can say. He is now limping and will not put his back leg down. He was barely cleaned or brushed they said he puked because he was nervous. Its probably do to what ever happened to his leg.or his nails being to short so much the it is hurting him. All i can say is never again. My poor baby boy

Picked up my cousins dogs today after being groomed and they stunk! They hadn’t been bathed and was charged $40 per dog!!! We won’t be back, what a horrible groomer!
