I love Kohl’s. The sales are good and I enjoy getting Kohl’s cash. Although sometimes I forget to spend it. But that’s on me I recently bought some really cute shirts there that I love. The Muncie Khols is always a great experience for my family and I! The manager Bridget took great care of me like she does everytime. Bridget is amazing, she’s my favorite employee! Absolutely love Bridget, she is such a big help and super nice ! Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Returns/exchanges are a nightmare.Tried to exchange a gift of family matching Christmas PJs that were the wrong size customer service told me to go find it in store and bring it back to exchange, wouldn't looking it up to see if there was any in stock then gave poor instructions on where it should be located.The item ended up being an 'Online Exclusive' so I went back to customer service where they told me they could refund it but they absolutely could not reorder it for me but I had to order it myself so no price matching and it wouldn't do free shipping to the store. Including shipping it cost nearly double the original price paid.🤬So frustrated and a week later it hasn't even shipped

Kohl’s is my go to store for shopping. I was looking for a pair of boots for winter. Unfortunately, I didn’t find anything since there weren’t any in wide width. But, as I was walking towards the exit a sweater caught my eye. My granddaughter’s birthday was coming up and it was perfect for her. Thanks Kohl’s for helping me find the gift I would need to get but wasn’t even looking for yet.

They changed store around and departments When I found the jewelry, I was so disappointed. They did not have plain necklaces to buy. I left and went online to purchase a chain necklace. I had to order one and it was late in arrival for Christmas. Should have left jewelry dept alone, 😕

On Thanksgiving night they decided to run a "fast pass" line to get people through the checkout quickly. The catch is that you had to sign up for a Khol's credit card. This would have been sleazy enough, but the group of people I was with were asked by employees no less than 8 times if we wanted to sign up to skip the line. Each time we declined, we we're treated rudely by the employee. They would simply not take no for an answer and one even decided to argue with me when I informed her that credit checks can hurt your credit score if you have too many in a short period of time.

I love the variety at Kohls but their prices seem a little overpriced sometimes. Their "sales" mark it down to normal price if that makes sense. Also, I can understand a little around the holidays, but it is SO messy everytime I go to Kohl's. Everything is scattered everywhere and thrown on the shelves. Especially the kids clothes section, it takes forever to go through all of them and find the sizes you need
