This particular Dollar General is in Franklin Indiana. My daughter likes to shop there as it gives her a chance to take a little drive plus she enjoys shopping in a smaller town where the store is not so busy and has less people shopping at the same time. So I rode with her to pick up a few things and it was a nice day and the store is clean and had the products we went for.

I can understand the store got holiday shipments in but to leave the isles blocked and to have boxes on carts in front of products is not good. I had to keep moving these carts to get to what I need and I have a herniated disc from something else with a compressed sciatic nerve. Maybe do all of your stocking at night like most stores does.

Located in large shopping center with plenty of free parking. Picked a cart at the front door and shopped in and out of store few minutes. Store was full of products and they were stocking more. DG coupons were easy to use from web sight.

Always well stocked. They most always greet you as you come in. Very helpful. Some dollar generals have too much stuff in the isles, making it difficult to navigate. This store tries ti keep that to a minimum..

From empty carts blocking entire aisles to carts filled with unopened boxes full of unstocked merchandise, it is impossible to shop at this Dollar General without either bumping into those carts or having to move them out of the way so you can reach a product you want to buy. I don't know how many times I've had to move carts out of the way so I could obtain a product I wanted to purchase. It's impossible to push a cart through the store without crashing into things now and the employees don't even seem to care. They would much rather sit outside and smoke, talk on the phone to people, and listen to music loud enough to where they can't even hear customers at the counter wanting to get checked out. Now, this Dollar General didn't used to be this bad. It has only been in the past 2 or 3 years that it started going down hill. I've personally heard several other customers complain about the inability to traverse the store without bumping into things, not to mention the fact that it would be impossible for anyone who is handicapped to even shop here because of this. Today, I went here just to buy a box of cutips and a birthday card for my aunt and I had to get down on my hands and knees just to reach across two carts that were blocking the entire aisle containing cutips. I also nearly knocked over a book display just to reach the card I wanted for my aunt. I am about fed up with this place........

Very disappointed. 3 workers but no one could open an additional lane at 3p on a Friday. Customers in line had lots of items and coupons, some only had 1-2 items. Usually a lot better service.

This store is very small and outdated. It is always very unorganized and the the isles are always cluttered with merchandise. It is impossible to push a cart through the isles and is certainly not accessible for handicapped people in wheelchairs. I could not reach some items on the shelves, because of merchandise sitting on the floor blocking the shelves.I would certainly say that this store is in violation of codes and is a fire hazard!

They have updated the store. Still see a lot of quality issues. I bought a pair of house slippers and they only lasted a week before the stitching on the right foot slipper fell apart.

The store employees are very friendly and willing to help you find what you need considering the store is so small. I wish you would buy the lot for sell right across the Riggin Rd and the corner of Wheeling & Riggin and built us a nice new store. That would be wonderful.

Love The Marion Store fridge and freezer area. You might pay $1 to $2 dollars more sometimes, but I will take that for the convenience everytime.

I have never seen such a messy store in my whole like, the aisles floors were full of merchandise. You could hardly even walk without stepping on things.

I wish you had more Fall candles or warmers. Could have done without the Halloween stuff out already, but I liked what Fall stuff you did have out. Always cute items.

I’ve been to over 100 plus dg stores and besides dollar general market this dg was the cleanest I’ve ever seen! Not one ☝️ p item could be found great job! I was amazed!

Dollar General has a large amount of product's you are looking for. And is cheaper than other larger stores. Much easier to get in and out also.

This store is usually very crowded with carts from their truck, the doors at this location are also backwards, and the general layout is cramped and close quaters.

Always Nasty dirty everything is always still on skids and in boxes shelves are always empty things are never put away and at times you cant shop because items are covered by stock that needs put up.

Not enough employees. And the ones they have are required to do much work. Running back and forth to the register and unpacking stock.
