The young gentleman that waited on me was very nice and very helpful. The medication I was getting filled was very expensive, even with insurance coverage (over $800.00). I had a Good RX coupon and he tried to use it but the medication was more with Good RX than my insurance. He also tried Single Care and the result was the same on cost as Good RX. I was very impressed with his professionalism. I would like to thank him for all his help. Sorry I do not remember his name.

Not a friendly experience at first! Had to come here because the prescription we needed was not in stock and on back order at the other 2 CVS locations. The Tillotson store tried to call and verify they had it in the morning but the phone system wasn’t working. So I had to drive over. I didn’t mind driving within the same town.I approached the counter with the preface of “ready for a challenge” the tech, Kristin, just stared at me with a stern look as I explained the situation of the script pending in the Madison store que and neither store had the antibiotic in stock and wouldn’t until Monday shipment. She asked what is it since she couldn’t see it. I told her and she said we only have 8 days. She made me feel like I was a hassle instead of trying to assist me with the current situation. I asked for a partial refill since it’s been 3 days to get it filled. The pharmacist on staff (couldn’t see his name) took the call over to retrieve the script. He received and said it would be about 15-20 minutes and personally told me. I felt a little better about having my script handled.The time was around 12:30ish. The lines were constant. So they were busy. But it’s a pharmacy. Most of the time they are busy. It’s part of the job. I don’t know if the tech was having a bad day but still should not make a customer feel like a burden.At least I was able to get the antibiotic for my husband especially for having a current infection from a tooth.So as I was typing this review and waiting to pay for it. The tech said I’m sorry it’s not you. I’m frustrated with the other pharmacies because this is the third one today that we have had this problem with.So I changed my rating from a 3 to a 4 for the apology. But still need to try and keep the frustration from the customer/patient from feeling like they are the problem. It works of been better to have her tell me that forest and not at the end of my experience.

I went in to get my booster, and Herb Halley (Pharmacist) was just absolutely amazing and understanding. I was very nervous (like on the verge of an anxiety attack). He calmed me down and made sure I was okay before I left. It meant a lot that he took that time. They were busy, and I really appreciate his kindness.

I have had nothing but great service anytime I've had a script filled at target cvs. The pharmacist has gone above and beyond to assist me on more than one occasion. They are quick with getting you checked out and very informative about the medication they are filling for you. The pharmacist actually helped me get my most recent script switched to something my insurance would cover and made sure it was safe to take while breastfeeding. I have no doubt I am getting great service anytime I go into target pharmacy.

I love these people at this pharmacy… They should use this store as a training center.. The entire staff including the pharmacist are patient and invested in your experience at CVS

I love going to this pharmacy vs any others. They have our prescriptions ready within 15 mins. Every time I use to use Walmart they would take an hour + even if it was called in. Super fast and friendly at the CVS in Target
