We have boarded our older German Shepherd a couple of times with different companies. We now have 2 GSDs the youngest of which had not been away from home. We were really nervous about our trip.Prior to boarding I had several phone and Facebook conversations with the staff. We had to drop off a day early because of their schedule.While we were away I asked several times how the pups were doing. The staff responded quickly with updates and photos.When my husband and daughter picked them up today they reported a good stay and reports of well behaved German Shepherds.They returned home with energy and healthy appearance.Thank you PineAcre Kennels!

I needed someone to care for our parrot, Julio, while we were out of town for a long weekend. I searched the web and American PineAcre Kennels popped up with a 5 star review for another parrot client. I’ve only boarded him once in 19 years and that was with an Avian vet, so I was a little apprehensive about leaving him. We usually take him with us but were unable to do so this time. I scheduled a visit beforehand and met the owner. Although dogs and cats are her specialty, she seemed confident in caring for him. I was sent pictures and updates during his stay and when I picked him up, all was well!! Very friendly, accommodating and reasonably priced. We’ve already scheduled another stay. Julio enjoyed it there and I know I can leave him without a worry.

I can't say enough good about the staff. I have a 2 yr old Great Dane and they are all so good with her. She loves going to daycare and when I have to board her I know she's in good hands. And the pictures I get of her from them are a bonus! Highly recommend them!!

I took my two Golden Retrievers to Pine Acres for grooming. Being older I’m not able to bathe or groom them as needed, so they were both in bad need of grooming. I came home this evening after having my husband pick up the girls and was ecstatic at their appearance and how clean they smelled! I’ve taken them to other groomers and was sorely disappointed at the jobs done. This was refreshing to see my girls look their absolute best ever! Kudos to the groomer for a job well done!

I would recommend this place to anyone! We had never boarded our dog before and we dropped him off for 4 days I was worried about him but they sent us pictures of him and he was so happy! Having the time of his life! The staff was so nice and friendly too. We’ll definitely use them in the future. (The pictures are ones they sent us) He was definitely happy and taken care of. I got picture updates while I was away and both my dogs looked relaxed and happy. Their groom at the end of the stay turned out great and the woman who brought them back to my car was very sweet and told me my fur babies had done very well! Great to feel like I can take a vacation and Spud and Lucy will be well cared for. I will definitely be using PineAcre kennels again!

This was our first time using a kennel for our dog Buddy. He is still young and very, very active. The the kennel team listened to us and our concerns on leaving buddy for the first time......My wife Pam and I are so happy we selected this facility. We were referred by a friend and very thankful.The group at this facility do truly care about animals. Our dog was treated great and we received updates and photos while we were gone. We will be using this facility again very soon. Fantastic experience for us and Buddy!

Bucky loves going to Pine Acres for his grooming and boarding stays. He knows as soon as we pull in driveway where he is and wants to get out. As we roll down window, he is ready to go! Loves playing with other dogs and their staff. Pine Acres takes great care of Bucky!

They do such an amazing job with grooming, daycare and boarding! They are willing to work with all types of dogs including those that aren't well socialized and/or reactive with other dogs. This has been a God send for us with our 12 year old rescue pitbull, as no one else would help us out with daycare or boarding given his lack of socialization and high prey drive. At Pineacres they are patient and knowledgeable, so we're able to take him and keep him separated and everyone safe. I wish more companies were willing to work with ALL dogs... it's not just the "perfect", friendly, gets along with all other dogs no matter size, age or breed type dogs that need services. Having Pineacres on our side and willing to work with the less-than-perfect dog is sooo very appreciated and needed in the community. They truly are "dog people" and seem to genuinely want to help all dogs and provide what support they can to owners. It's not just about volume and money for them. I'm forever grateful we found them!

We absolutely love Pineacre Kennels! Our almost 2 year old German Shepherd has been going here for a year now. Jenn, Baylee, Amber, Hailey, Mollie are all absolutely amazing (and so are all the other workers that I haven't gotten a chance to know) Niko is always so excited to go and so exhausted when he comes home. Sometimes I get pictures of him and that makes me so happy that they take the time to do that. I know my boy can be stubborn and hard headed sometimes but they don't treat him any differently. I was worried taking him to another daycare because we had a horrible experience at another daycare in town but after talking to Jenn for the tour she assured me that he would be treated like their own and he definitely has been.Thank you so much for everything you do for Niko and us. We appreciate you all so very much!

APAK is fantastic! I took my recently deceased mother's dog there to be boarded. Not only had my little sister (my mother's dog) recently underwent this loss, but she was also already medicated for anxiety, and had never been boarded, per se. I was rather nervous to board her, but the staff at APAK presented as all of confident, competent, and compassionate. They lived up to this impression, providing verbal and photo updates, both prompted, and unprompted, and taking thorough care of her. My dog had a reportedly great stay, and the staff did a lot to ease my mind while I was away. I no longer need to search for a boarding kennel. I will board here so long as I live close enough (and even then, would likely drive some distance in order to continue to place my pets in the care of this wonderful, wonderful kennel)!

I absolutely love and trust this place with my fur baby.I have a Greatdanebull. They always take care of my dog when I go out of town. They offer many different treats, activities,socializing with the other dogs if you want, lots of love and a bath to freshen her up before I pick her up. My son also leaves his Rottweiler there.I highly recommend this place for your next fur babies Vacation.

Our Corgi Benny stayed at PineAcre Kennels during our last trip. We worried leaving him anywhere, but quickly felt confident he would do well with the staff and other dogs. He was clean and healthy at pickup. We’ll be bringing Benny to PineAcre next time we have to head out of town.

Love that they come out to your car. Our dog can be a handful, but they seem to deal with her very well. We also love the report card that they give when you pick them up. It's very cute and shows what you and your dog can improve on and what is going well.

We boarded our sweet puppy here while we went on vacation, i never once was stressed or worried about her. They took EXCELLENT care of her & provided updates via facebook messenger. Very responsive and up front with pricing! We also have her groomed her and never any issues! We have already book another stay for her with Pineacre Kennels! Have told family and friends and will continue to recommend this business to all!

Excellent for day care or boarding. Our dog loves her time there. In fact, I think she's slightly disappointed when we come to pick her up. I've tried other dog care places, but they were too overwhelming for her as a herding dog. PineAcre Kennels is easy to communicate with, plus they send adorable pictures of the pets during the day.

This place is amazing!! my Chihuahua is very stubborn. Last year when I went on vacation he starved his self nearly to death. This was the first time I ever boarded him. They did amazing getting him to eat and trust them. This dog trust no one but me and my husband. He made a friend's with the staff.They sent me pics and made sure I knew he was doing great. I can't thank them enough.
