The quality of the food is very good, and the staff is personable and friendly. It can take a while to get your food though.The environment is clean, but it can feel a bit crowded during busy times. There is also a wonderful atmosphere of encouragement for community youth sports and involvement.I would recommend this restaurant highly to Morristown visitors and residents alike.

Old school ice-cream and pizza shop. The people who work there are so kind. Food is good for a quick bite. The ice cream blustery is my favorite.Kid-friendliness: Next to a school all the kids come here after school so does get busy.

Everything I'd expect from a privately-owned restaurant and ice cream parlor. The food is mostly delicious, and staff has always been attentive. We come here about every week or two.The pizza is my favorite. Not a lot of crust, a slight bit of crunchy goodness at the edge. Plenty of toppings and sauce. Goes great with an order of mushrooms. We've tried several sandwiches and subs, and experience no disappointment. Good tenderloin, good curds, good wings, and good hoagies with plenty of filling. The nachos look amazing and are next to try on the list. The shrimp...well, whatever distributor you use emphasizes bread a bit much over the teeny shrimp, but everything else we've tried is pretty good. I'd like to know how you manage to cut the fries into V's. It's both a side item and a mystery. A tasty, tatery mystery.The employees have always been prompt in taking our orders. They're mostly younger, HS-age-ish folks, so yea, there's some giggling and whatnot. But hey, it's an *ice cream* place...you have to be able to have some fun at an ice cream place. They've never been obnoxious or rude. Just pleasant and helpful when you address them. Our food has always been brought to us fresh and hot, with a sense of professionalism you would find at most other sit-down restaurants. The dining area has always been clean on our visits, save for the couple times some kids were attempting to throw their trash away from across the room.The ice cream has some magic ability to harness the chill of the Antarctic for quite some time, giving it about a 33% higher chance of brain freeze. I've never seen such a cold without freezing the ice cream into chunks, but they manage it. This is super handy when you're bringing it home. It's chilly, it's tasty, it's worth a try if you've never had it. Their large Blustery comes in just under $8, but it's...massive. One of the few places whose large soda is the same size as large ice cream. You love ice cream? Snag a large Blustery. You won't think for a second after they hand you that behemoth that it's not worth it.I know they were out of chocolate for a bit of the winter, but you also have to understand, when reading these reviews, that parts are super hard to come by post-C19. I had the same difficulty in getting parts for repairs at home. Most likely not the fault of the Sisters, but the supply chain and state of the economy kind of thing.All in all, definitely worth checking out and trying at least the pizza and ice cream. We bring visitors here and will definitely keep coming back.

The owner of this place is completely pathetic. Worst customer service I have ever seen. They should be ashamed of their selves. People in Morristown don't act like this. Food is never ready or fully cooked. The bathroom is disgusting. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. So we will find out because the Shelby County health department is going to be notified.Overall a very disgusting and pathetic establishment.

I'm going to have to think very hard if I ever will go back this place. The food is good and I love the ice cream. However the ice cream machine with twist ice cream was broken down for a month. I called several times only to be told. Nope not fixed yet. Then tonight when I called to see if they were open until 10pm. or if they were closed early. I was told by a guy that sir we are open until 10pm tonight. I get in my car and drive from Rushville and get there around 935-940pm. The girl in glasses said sorry were closed. The website says open until 10pm Saturday evening. I understand if the grill closes at 945 pm. However I was there 25 minutes before closing time. Next time if someone calls and they are told yes we close at 10 pm. You should let people know that will not serve them after 930pm. I hate dishonesty. I will definitely let as many people as I know the dishonesty of this restaurant.

My family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!!!! The employees are ALL super friendly and treat you with respect!!! The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS, and our order is ALWAYS exactly what we ask for, without any mistakes!!! And what makes this place even better, the prices are affordable, with a family of 6, what more could you ask for?!?!? If I could give this place even more than 5 stars, I would!!! THANK YOU PIZZA SHOP FOR BEING AWESOME!!!

Wonderful food and the pizza was Heavenly! Service was excellent everybody was so polite and the inferno burger was excellent toasted bun and delicious burger, with mozzarella cheese and jalapeno peppers Bam! My kind of burger they should add jalapeno peppers in the burger! And don't forget the excellent pizza! Can't wait to go back!Don't leave without a large peanut butter shake delicious and lots of yummy peanut butter you'll need a spoon to get every delicious drop!

I been going there a lot but wont go back because of the workers are very rude especially the tall Male with dark hair he should not be working with public he took items from me that was wrong and I touched and watched him give to another customer that's nasty. And I've encounter this to many times with him and also know people that says they wont go back either . hope you all find good friendly people to work or he will run your business down .

We stopped in Sisters during a ball tournament at the high school. It"a right next door so the location is convenient. We expected slow service and sub-par food. We got none of that. The food was delicious and priced right. If we go back to that area, we'll definitely stop back in.

The pizza is awesome here. I get take out on a regular basis. The crust always has that homemade flavor and taste fresh. The sauce they use is yummy! I also get the taco pizza regularly and it one of the best I have ever had!

Just moved to Morristown. Love this little town. Tried this place for lunch today and it did not disappoint! Amazing pizza, banana split, fries and other yummy stuff! Great service. We will be back!!

Called a pickup order, lady told me it would be about 15 mins I waited walked in paid was sitting at a table and a lady comes to ask me for the name on the order told her and they didn’t even start my order yet. Waited 30 mins and she told me it will be another 10 mins and I said no thank you I have to get to work. Thanks for the service
