Store was supposed to be open at 8:00 a.m. . Got there at about 9:45 a.m. and the doors were locked, no no on the door about closing, and no one answered their phone.

Very poor customer service by the night manager this evening!! RANG my items up incorrectly, I paid & immediately caught the error, then she flat refused to void the transaction, refund my money & simply re-ring me out!! I have spent so much money at this store & most of the night employees are aware of my continued spending at this store. There's no excuse WHY this transaction couldn't be corrected as I didn't tell her to ring my items separately. She wasn't very nice about it either! Just a flat NO!! I think its petty & no excuse why this couldn't be corrected since none of the food items were taken out of the store & was immediately aware of it after paying her THE ONLY CASH I HAD & checking my receipt as to WHY the items took all my money & had other items to check out. I think she misunderstood me I don't know. It's totally unreasonable & no excuse for her not trying to solve an easily solvable problem for a loyal customer. They have lost my business for this ridiculous unwillingness to serve a good customer

The cashier's in the evening are friendly and helpful. We are neighbors with the employees and they do great things for the two of them. They need help stocking but it doesn't effect good customer service. This FEELS like a small town general store, because it is.

These people work their selves crazy trying to maintain a store that the corporation doesn't seem to care about! Considering the lack of Corp. interest, and lackluster merch. shipments they receive, they do one heck of a job keeping this place stocked and clean! They are also a very friendly bunch!

There’s a older woman that works at this store that I don’t know who she is but she banned me from the store, I do not know this woman at all never had words with her nothing. Come to find out she is banning me because she walked 500ft down the road on her own time and has 100% nothing to do with her at all, my dog got loose and bit a dog that still has nothing to do with her period. Started yelling cussing at me and my family like a drill sergeant while I’m in the process of pulling to dogs apart. Two days later I was served by the cops. I’m not really sure this is legal but been on the phone with corporate office a couple times. All and all not one person should be able to pick and choose who can shop at the only grocery store in town. Thank you for your time.

The milk 75% of the time is bad. You guys really need to do something about the refrigerators. Milk is crazy high as it is. Spent like 10 bucks on 2 gallons just the other day just to dump them both out because both were bad.

The aisles almost always have loading carts in them, especially in the back. And they don't restock very quickly on some things. Some of the staff are nicer than others, but no one is really rude.

I have shopped at this Dollar General several times when I just need a few basic items and did not want to drive 10 miles to a Wal-Mart store. This store was recently built about 3 years ago, so it is in great shape and everything is like new. They shelves are kept full, and they keep busy, as they are the largest store in town to get the biggest variety of items.They are open long hours 7 days a week. The store seems like they should have built it larger with all the items they stock. The sell all the same items like the other Dollar General stores. Parking is easy in and out, but can get filled up quickly, but there is plenty on front of and to the entry side of the store. The store's address is for the side road as that's where you enter from, but it sits directly on the main street / US Hwy 52, so is very easy to locate on the west end of town.

New management has completely turned this store around!!! Its such a pleasure to shop there! I know the store is jam packed, but its the only store in the area. And for the amount of product vs store size they do pretty good.

Cluttered aisles, it seemed they were restocking and setting up for Christmas? Kind of hard to get around. I was after Diet Dr.Pepper & Pepsi Max and some other items. Found little Diet Dr. Pepper and not many Pepsi Max.

Seemed a bit jumbled inside the store. Can't get to some of the items because large carts full of stick are in the way. No prices on the shelf or the item on a few of the things that I wanted.

This store is always so jam packed of product and so many things not in the location they're supposed to be. Such as shopping for potato chips. I found bags of kit Kat candy and star burst candy and little dollar sized toys all in the potato chip aisle. Not real pleasant experience.

Dollar General isn't awesome store on Miller Avenue I love the people that work there they are totally awesome the new manager is absolutely amazing

Morristown dg is the worst of all of dgs ever!!!! items are never put up, always trash and cluttered the manager Robert is rude and doesn’t really know allot about management
