I took my Goldendoodle there for the first time today! He has hated groomers in the past and was always so scared of them. Taylor welcomed him kindly and was so patient while he was scared. She gave him plenty of time to adjust before beginning to give his haircut. By the end he was wandering around all happy and comfortable! She communicated great throughout and his haircut came out so cute. Will definitely return. Best place I’ve taken him too so far!

I'm glad you are finally letting people know about this no show penalty in the open. It would have been great to have known before it happened to me, so I was not so shocked and put off by it when my credit card was charged for a double fee without authorization, but hopefully others are prepared and know that if they paid with a credit card at a previous appointment, that card is stored and will be charged the fee whether it's authorized or not. My dogs came back smelling strongly of unwashed, wet dog, even though I specifically requested they be completely dry when I picked them up. They refused to trim my girls nails because she was "nervous". They smelled awful and shed everywhere for weeks after. My cats were completely different. They did great with my two boys but that missed appt fee was never disclosed and charged without notice, so I will not go back.

Both Taylor and Allie do awesome with our 2 English Springer Spaniels. They have total patience with our energetic little pup and treat our older girl like a queen. They listen to what you want and make suggestions, too. Would highly recommend. You can tell they love what they do!!! We've been using Taylor to groom our older dog for several years.

They came highly recommended from our vet at St Francis Pet Hospital in Camby. Our St Bernard boy loved them, and they loved him. It's been a week and the dirty boy still smells good!

I made a last minute appointment for 2 pups, one senior & 1 a little under a year old. Everyone was great and had so much patience, they treated my 2 babies like their own which was amazing. They took their time and didn't rush to get them in and get them out which I really appreciate! I will recommend this business to everyone, I will forever come back! Wash N Fluff did such an amazing ‘lion cut’ on my cat! The owner’s communication is impeccable and she is incredibly nice. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a wonderful place to take their pets.

Hannah has done an amazing job with my girls. I have 2 senior dogs and a drama queen who Hannah works with to make them happy and look amazing. Hannah is super patient and kind with my girls. We have had 4 visits now and no issues. The building is clean and all the staff have been super kind. Scheduling is easy.y dogs don’t have to sit there all day either. Just time for their appointments.

Taylor did absolutely amazing on my baby Akira!! Akira loved Taylor immediately and wasn’t scared! You can tell the love Taylor has for all animals! When we left, Akira was so soft and smelled sooo good! 10/10 recommended this place!!

I am so lucky I found this place on a whim and they had availability. I had bad experiences at a different local place and animals don’t lie.
