Pharmacy takes an insane amount of time- every time. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, expect to spend 30 minutes to an hour- every time. Even if you refilled ahead of time and are just picking up an order.I have no idea why there is such a disconnect and so poorly managed.

There was a long line at the checkout but other employees came to the registers to make the process faster. Also, no trouble finding someone to assist me looking for items.

I've been trying to call for two weeks to cancel a script that is on auto refill as the patient is dead. They leave you in the IVR hold and if it does pickup it immediately transfers to another kind of hold. Have fun reshelving that Rx every month and getting ignored when you spam text to pickup. I just read the reviews and it is insane that this has been an ongoing issue for years according to others.

They have the drug program for the military retirees and dependants maybe more. In this particular Walgreens they are always having problems in keeping certains medicines in stock.

EDIT: I switched to the pharmacy at Camby Walmart & have had zero issues since the switch. Just do it. They treat their customers right.There is just nothing better than waiting on hold for 20 minutes, listening to the phone ring for another 4 minutes, and being hung up on as soon as someone gets to the phone. Just to do it over again. Yes I called before lunch break. It's such a headache getting ahold of the pharmacy at this Walgreens. My pharmacy experience at this store has been atrocious but the rest of the store is wonderful.

Rude employees!! Had the nerve to tell me it was my job to check the serial numbers on a clearance toy to determine which one was clearance price... keep in mind the toys were all in a bin in the middle isle full and clearly labeled .70Apparently the mix colored balls are clearance but the solid color balls of the exact same toys are $3.29 but they put them all in the same bin

I went in the store recently and was looking for some anti fungal cream and I asked the young lady "MAK" at the counter if she could show me where it was located. It seemed like her helping me was the last thing she wanted to do. I had a couple of other questions and it seemed as if me being there an inconvenience. I myself have been in retail for 16 years. She has no business being in customer service. No personality, has no desire to reach out to customers, and has no interest in helping at all. Overral she was very rude. I wish she'd put as much effort into her work and her job, as she did into her hair colors. Not a pleasant experience at all. Hope you can find someone else who actually has an interest and passion in helping others.

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! They are quick, professional, and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes for my prescription, as apposed to the one on Kentucky Avenue, where I have had to wait almost two hours sometimes, after I have been texted to let me know they were ready!

I have been coming to this Walgreens for over 5 years.The pharmacy staff has changed and they could be a little more Pleasant when talking to their customers no matter what type of prescription you are picking up.Really disappointed me with the customer service.

I have been trying to get a prescription update since 11 am it is almost 1 and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. No one has picked up all they do is answer and immediately place you on hold. It would be nice if they would at least acknowledge you were on the phone and ask you to hold. Pretty irritated at this point and ready to find a new pharmacy.

My husband got his first COVID vaccine here with no issues and the for second dose there were enormous issues. Number one on website it states walk ins available. We didn’t not make an appointment for first dose. We go and they say they won’t give him second dose because he didn’t make appointment. We leave and make appointment for an hour later (which was available online). We are then told that they have to give him someone else’s dose that didn’t show up and he should be thankful. That making an appointment doesn’t mean you are going to get vaccine. Who does he think they are a manufacturing plant? They were rude and disrespectful. This is a deterrent for people who are trying to get vaccinated.

I come in at 12 pm and wait in line for 12 minutes to be told it isn’t ready do you want to wait? I respond yes. Only to be told it will be 30 minutes do you still want to wait. I respond yes. I was told to have a seat I stand in the store for exactly 30 minutes my medication is ready only to be sent to the back of the line by this person 10 minutes before they close for lunch when I’ve been here for 45 minutes

If you are taking care of a family member who is on hospice DONT GO TO WALGREENS. They drag their feet in filling vital perscriptions. Question qualified physicians who have actually examined patient. There are other options

It seems like there’s always problems using this pharmacy. I went to the clinic in the store and had great service there. The NP sent 4 prescriptions to this pharmacy. After seeing the NP I told the pharmacy I’d be waiting . I sat waiting for over 1 1/2 hrs. I finally went up to cashier asking for the status of prescriptions. She brought up one. I told her I had 4. She said no u have 1. I had my paperwork showing 4. I asked her what to do. She said I don’t know go ask the NP. Electronic records show it was sent. I had her cancel them and went to kroger and got all prescriptions in 15 min total. I’ll not be back to Walgreens.

I really enjoy the staff at this location. Julie and Paul helped me get my passport photo and they were the sweetest. Paul made sure to go above and beyond to make sure my photo was perfect. Very grateful for these two!

Pharmacists here are some of the best I've seen. Knowledgeable and caring, professional and stay that way in the face of pressures from insurance issues,and sometimes frustrated, disgruntled, and unhappy customers. They are always busy and I appreciate and value their expertise and dedication. I also want to mention the pharmacy techs. They do a great job and face many of the same pressures, and remain very professional.

I have been trying to get ahold of them for 2 days now. Signed up for a 24hr rapid Covid test, it's now been almost 72hrs. I know my test needs to be sent to a lab to get my results but I can't even get ahold of them to ask when my test got sent in. I've missed a lot of work and other things due to me having to wait much longer than I was told to get these results since I have to quarantine until I get them. Very disappointed.

Hannah, was awesome to my needs related to making photos over a couple of days preparing for my dads funeral and got to observe her enter action with all customers while working on my photos. A++ keep up the great Customer Service!!! Treating people like a person and doing your best to your ability to meet their need with passion and compassion!

Not a single of the 4 people there today were capable or knowledgeable on how to manually enter a credit card number.....but the 1 person working a few days ago had no issue what so ever. Train you employees properly as well as how to treat customers......hey were extremely rude and annoyed.

Prescription on auto refill it’s a statin. After four days I still don’t have my prescription… this isn’t a medication you can just stop taking needless to say I’m switching pharmacy. This is second time in 3 months this has happened. Do yourself a fav and go with a different pharmacy.

I'm only giving this one star because it's making me I just sit on the phone on hold for 35 minutes and 36 seconds only for to hang up on me this is ridiculous it said I had 2 calls in front of me how in the world is anybody supposed to get their medicine with things like this this is disturbing to me especially when you think about the elderly people who have to call in and aren't that text savvy like us young people are what a disgrace to a pharmacy It would be one thing if this was just a 1 time deal but this is not the 1st time this has happened apparently reading the other reviews it's happening to other people as well when is corporate going to get involved and say enough is enough Another reason we shouldn't get these big Box stores and give them our money they're junk invest in local

The pharmacist working on 11/12/20 is the most non empathetic person I've ever met. Waited for far too long. No other customers in wait que, in the store the entire time yet here I am. If I could give no stars that would be too many. The technicians were helpless to intervene it appeared as well.I Will no longer be using Walgreens.

I used the Community clinic in the store yesterday, and was very pleased. The NP was very knowledgeable, and I got in bf I could sit down. The staff inside the pharmacy are always very kind, and the employees were very nice, welcoming people as they entered. Very clean store, very nice employees!

Came in for to visit the minute clinic when it opened at 8:30, i was the 3rd patient there, checked in, and the first patient wansn't seen till 9:20. Making a doctors appointment would have been quicker this early on a weekday.

crooks i ordered 2 things online and only got on 1 of the orders and i called them and i still had to go into the store to show them my order and then they refused to give me my other order and i ask for my money back and the manger said he would not refund me wat thief and he should not be working there he has a really bad attitude i called headquarters and they looked it up and supposed to give me my money back but i am not going to hold my breath the manger needs to learn how to talk to ppl
