Great place for pet needs. Employees are more than happy to help & share savings going on (& up coming) in the store. Maybe a little bit more over priced, than your discount stores for the national brands, but the wealth of knowledge & dog food savings they do have could be worth it. Plus, the little bakery is given an A+ by my 2. 😉

Came to buy crickets. They were sold out and was told to come back the next day after 2pm. Made a 2nd trip to town and they still didn’t have any. Told to come back a 3rd day and again they still didn’t have any. Wasted 3 trips to town because employees passed along incorrect information.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is very friendly and always working. A month ago they had some baby beardies and when I walked by the tank they all ran up to me. It was so cute. I would have took one home if my wife would let me but she says I have too many geckos as it is 😂

I love that they have a pet washing station! I can take my dog there and if I make make a mess I don't have to worry about the cleanup like I would at home. They equip you with towels and aprons to keep the water off as well as shampoos and other products to use for your pet. I also like that they offer a deal for five washes for $40, which is less than if you were to get them individually.

Very helpful friendly employees! Forgot my card in my truck, she didn't hold the line up, she worked 2 registers ! One holding my transaction and the one beside her to not hold up the 1 other person in there!! Which was amazing to do! Didn't miss a beat and we all chatted and left fast and happy!!

The gentleman that helped us purchase our frog walked us around to help find everything we needed and he was extremely knowledgeable about how to properly care for our new pet. It was honestly the best experience I've had at any pet store!

It's a really nice pet store. Filled with friendly workers and informative ones too. I also really like the self service dog wash area they have too. Definitely much nicer than any other pet store I've been to over the years. Also there is a huge variety of cat and dog food and it's all arranged by quality and what's going to be healthier for your pet. Definitely a 10/10.

The absolute best pet store in the area. Friendly and helpful staff are always willing to help out. In house bathing area for dogs is good, although it can get busy with only 3 washing stalls. Great selection of pet supplies, and comparable pricing.

I once gave this pet store a five stars, but I'm taking that back. Today I went in there to groom my 135 lb Goldendoodle. I guess I went in there with too high of expectations. I'm not typically a complainer, but I think this needs to be said. I paid $14, the highest I've ever paid to bathe my dog. I've been other places I've been to Pet Supermarket in Florida and I've been to Tractor Supply here in Mooresville and both have given me a better experience than pet supplies plus. I would have been fine not being able to groom my dog after bathing him. But what I didn't find okay wasn't shutting my dryer off on me. I expected to at least be able to get my dog dry, but instead he was wet getting into my car Nothing on your website says I have a time limit.

I went here today with my dog. I let him sniff around the entire store and noticed it was a bit dirty. I also noticed a customer waiting about 5 minutes at the register.This store does not sell any kind of prescription dog or cat food that I could find. Issue for me if I wanted to purchase food here, but I will continue with Chewy or PetSmart for that need.I purchased a single dog wash for $10. I thought this was a pretty good price. I hadn't been here before, and they told me to ask if I had any questions. The shampoo was awesome and made my dog smell really good. They had a few different kinds to choose from. The water pressure was very good too. When it came time to dry, none of the dryers worked. I tried all of the switches. I tried to flag someone down and waited a little over 10 minutes to see a worker, but couldn't find anyone to help. I eventually just gave up and used some of the towels to get my dog moderately dry. Not great since it's so cold out, but couldn't really do much else.Overall not a terrible place, but the lack of support in store, the lack of options for food, and the general cleanliness will keep me away.
