Awesome place! Chanele is a total lifesaver!! First day my daughter messed my lock up n Chanele came right away n fixed it for us! The property is very well maintained n the prices are reasonable! The units are even lit so convenient! Would definitely recommend!! 5 stars!!

I've had a unit here for almost 10 years. The previous ownership never raised my rates when they had every right to do so. Since the new ownership took over, they've raised my rates twice and have now decided to tack on nearly $20 extra every month in fees while making zero improvements to the property. I'm sure the canned response to this review will be they had to tack on these rate increases and fees because their competitors are doing it and the economy isn't so hot for storage businesses, but the economy is just as hard for your customers.I also find it extremely disappointing to learn in the middle of all of this that the reason the office was closed a couple months ago for several weeks was because they fired Dottie, who was always a wonderful property manager and went above and beyond to help at every opportunity.I don't typically write bad reviews, but it's deserved. This storage facility is changing and not for the better.

Highly do not recommend using this facility. The rates KEEP increasing and the most recent price gouge was a $99 increase!Oh but wait! There’s more! Now they are also adding on a $10.99 administration fee AND a $3.99 payment processing fee AND a $5.99 facility management fee.

Had a fantastic experience with Mini Mall Storage in Mooresville. I am in the process of moving to a new place and had to figure out where to put some of me belongings. Chanele was very helpful and made the process very smooth with no issues at all. Her help was greatly appreciated! Would definitely use again!

Super easy. I called ahead to let them know I'm coming in a couple weeks, they called to confirm, the day my out of state shipment arrived, I was able to phone the central office, book a unit, get a code and unload even before the office on site was open. Great customer service. I was even able to take my dog with me, let her jump out of the truck and stretch a bit while I unloaded the Semi. Even the front desk person said hi and pet my dog. Very friendly and relaxed kinda place.

Never had a storage unit before. I found these folks online and immediately noticed the cheaper prices as compared to other facilities nearby for the same size unit. Quick and painless setup process. Received immediate contact from Chanelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Had 1 minor hiccup, which was due to my ignorance, but it was quickly resolved in a very non-stressful way with their help. Highly recommend this business to others.

Crystal and and channel were so helpful. When I lost my key to my padlock for my unit they worked super hard and quick to assist me with cutting to the lock even when it broke their power tools free of charge they are awesome

Ever since Dottie left this place has gotten so much worse than when they switched ownership. I’m locked out on the first which is a working day because you shut access codes off before I am even late. You have gotten thousands from me in late fees which is absolutely insane and when I get my budget back to where it’s payed without having a late fee , I’m locked out and not one employee on the premises so my 16 year old daughter has to crawl under the fence the last two months to avoid your ridiculous late fees then “lien fees”. I’m so disappointed with this establishment. Been there 2 years and my ex husband had been there and still there also for 8 years. We will be pulling our stuff. This is ridiculous. To not have an employee during a work week so I can pay and I need that employee because you’ve locked me out on the 1st!!!!! You will not have access to any credit card info so you get money orders. This is the worst place ever

At one time not so long ago this use to be such a great place to store your stuff and have a great laugh. The previous ones cared. Now I wouldn't recommend Mini Mall to anyone.

Dottie is GREAT! But this Company fired her for being honest and caring! And they sell protection plans for 19.95 and let you believe it's Insurance. It's not Insurance and it's in house...Real Insurance is so much cheaper and better protection than the 5000.00 mini mall offers...shop mom and pop shops not corporations like this one...

The weeds have gotten really tall and out of control on the lot where the campers rent spaces. The property has really gone downhill since it changed ownership…my husband said he has tried to contact management several times regarding the state of the property but has never been contacted after leaving his information. Really poor way to run a business…
