Trash company that doesn't stand behind the products they sell.They would not refund or replace a brand new Christmas-gifted leaf blower that had a dead-on-arrival battery (wouldnt even charge) despite having the receipt and explaining this. The employee offered no alternate solution or assistance.No thanks to Lowes, I ended up calling the product manufacturer and they were happy to offer a replacement battery. Will be giving other hardware stores my business from now on.

Omgosh the service we got and continue to get from Wendy in the cabinet and Kitchen department is amazing. We purchased a huge kitchen from her and she was 190 million percent awesome. We just called her for a mudroom redo and she remembered everything about our kitchen and all our preferences. I don't know what Lowes pays this woman but it's not enough. If anyone owns a kitchen shop you should poach her because she's next level good at her Job. If you need a kitchen go see Wendy.

Poor customer service. Tried to return a bad hot water heating eliment that was bought the day prior. Was told it looked like it had been in the heater for a while... probably because it burned up from being faulty part. It was only a 8$ part... Thanks Lowes for not caring about the little guys. not like this review is going to do anything but want to get some frustrations out.

This location has some of the most incompetent and unprofessional people I've done business with in my entire life. I've been trying to get my countertop and backsplash project completed since October (since I've already paid for) and no one at the store or over the phone can give me any information on the progress of the project. We were also led to belive that our financing would be for 120 months, which it wasn't. Then when I call Lowes, no one knows anything and I'm being passed along to several people. I finally left a voice-mail for the refund department voicing my concerns and a woman by the name of Melissa leaves a rude message saying that regardless of what my grievances are, there will be a penalty if I decide to cancel the project. Steer clear from this location and Lowes in general. I will never do business or patronize Lowes ever again after what I've had to go through.

The store is filthy and the ONE employee who offered help had no idea where anything was, and it took 20 min to track down anyone that did know, after all that they were out of it. These big stores are frustrating. Shop mom-n-pop!

I'm currently remodeling my bathroom and it's not been easy but the staff at this store has been so helpful. Every time I go to get something I have questions and I can always find a friendly employee to help. I cannot say that about Lowes stores. Clean, helpful, stocked, and easy access.

False advertising website this store; won't match price to what website for this store says. Won't match their own sticker; item is this and was on this shelf with this sticker y'all just stole an hour from me I need $60, preferably as a gift card to menards.Should be $52, same item....they said no $239. I said it WAS 239 they said too bad.Update; I've been back as it's the local hardware store, right? So their HVAC tape is all, I assume intentionally, organized incorrectly...so I sat there and organized it right, well it turns out the stickered prices don't even matter. I organized that section myself so I could find the best value HVAC tape; it was 120yards of 3M for $10.88...model number 3350. I couldn't believe it myself, as not only is it the best tape in the category, but it was also the cheapest!!! So I got to the register and they charged me $15.98. which is still the best deal, but it's illegal anyway.

Went to just LOOK at flowers at Lowe's . But couldn't beat the price for the markdowns. 8 flowers to plant, 3 hanging flowers and 1 to put into a pot. So HAPPY. $ 4.oo each. $ 7 for the large. Total = $ 54Sad to say went to Menards first. Everything was almost dead to really dead. That's worth going to Lowe's 👍😎🌹🌺🌸⚘🌷🌼🌻 Now just gotta do the dirty fun work 😁

Very frustrated to be honest. This Lowe’s has been my go to. However that will change. Brief description purchased one of the updated Black Granite Kitchen Sinks with new high end (for me) to finish out our kitchen remodel Christmas present to wife. Everything at home old sink and garbage disposal removed ready to install the new. The sink was cracked in the box. I understand that stock is difficult I get when they say don’t have a replacement. However I knew the Avon store had one in stock. Returning sink to Mooresville they insisted I could not get a refund to my debit card that day or a store credit to pick up at the Avon store ( different franchise) or even a Lowe’s gift card I could use at the Avon store but rather it would be 10 business days to get a refund. Basically I felt my $700 was held hostage. So I went to the ATM withdrew another $700 and purchased at Menards. Still waiting for my credit to my Debit Card. Everything but the sink and hardwood for island purchased at the Mooresville Lowe’s.

Not sure where to start. Terrible experience on a fridge delivery and pick up. Two days late for the delivery. Then the delivery guy tells my wife he can’t disconnect the old water line due to the water being on, my wife said she would turn off the main water so he could switch out the lines, and the delivery guy just kept saying no, leaving the old fridge. My wife switched it out 2mins after they left. I’ve now had my old fridge on my kitchen for almost a week and keep getting the run around on when they will pick it up. I was frustrated with the last lady who kept interrupting me, finally asked her to let me speak and she hung up on me.Terrible customer service. I should have spent the extra money and went to Menards.

Tonight I went in to fix a receipt that was messed up and it was 9:50 p.m. The girl at the front end was extremely rude and short with me and would not listen to anything I said. Her name was Jessica and she had long blonde hair. I asked her why she was being so short with me and she said it's because they were getting ready to close. They didn't close for another 10 minutes and there is absolutely no reason why getting ready to close is an acceptable reason to be short and extremely rude with a customer. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars over the course of being a homeowner for several years and have spent a lot of money with Lowe's. I am extremely dissatisfied and this goes to prove why Lowes has gone downhill and has not done well financially over the past few years. A business is only as good as its employees and Jessica is a perfect example of this. She kept telling me things could not be done when I know that they could because I have done it before. She then tried to treat me like an idiot and tell me that if she did the return and I bought the items back that it would mess up their inventory. I'm a business management professional and have been the purchasing agent for huge companies that I have been in charge of inventory for I am very well aware of how an inventory system works and she clearly does not understand that her customers are not idiots and in fact professionals that are coming in there. She felt like she could fool me and I told her that I have been managing inventory since before she was born. Danette came over and knew exactly what to do and fixed Jessica mistake that should have never happened. Danette is always very nice when I am in there and others such as Jessica need to follow by her example.

We had an appointment with Wendy in the kitchen cabinets area. After 20 minutes standing and waiting by the her desk, we finally left. An employee from a different department even told her we were there for the appointment. NOTHING, PRETTY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I will never go there again, I was treated like a criminal because my purchase was a virtual transaction... I'm happy I don't live in that area... I'm a Social Worker so that's the area I was working.I won't file a discrimination lawsuit this time... however what goes around comes around...the next Black American might not be as nice as I am... I'm sure they will do it again ...

Drove to the store this evening to return an out of box failure motion security light that I bought in 2020. We just had our electrician wire it up a few days ago and it would not auto shut off like it was supposed to out of the box. I still had the receipt for the $80 dollar fixture and returned it all in the box. They wouldn’t return it even though they had replacements on the shelf. They actually said to me that they don’t do exchanges at the store. I don’t know why I bought the light at Lowe’s in the first place. Off to Menards I go.

Came in on 11/8 and got a couple of paint samples. The young man who was working in the paint area that evening was super helpful and attentive. Customer service was wonderful. However, went back the next day (11/9) and knew exactly what paint I needed. We rang the help button after getting our can of paint and stood next to the “order paint here” window. Waited at least 5-10 minutes. Counted 4 employees who were standing around the self checkout talking, 3 employees at the customer service counter and at least two other employees walked right past us. No one asked if we needed help until finally one of the 4 employees (Chris) who had been standing around talking decided to come over and ask if we needed anything. I understand if they were busy. But it takes TWO seconds to say “hey, I’ll be right with you”. Just to acknowledge that we are here. Chris was very helpful and polite once he came over but the amount of time it took for someone to just acknowledge that we were there was very frustrating.

I didn't have the best of luck finding what I was looking for. As I walked around numerous associates on the floor, they seemed to be less than interested in even pointing me toward the right direction. That didn't really impact my rating but I feel like that's important to most.I gave a 3 star rating because what I needed was in a drawer that is commonly found at waist level or so, above a cabinet, similar to a kitchen counter. These drawers were at ankle level and stretched from the floor to mid shin. Not even to the knee. Virtually invisible. If it wasn't built upside down, I can't even imagine the idea behind the design. I have bought numerous things out of numerous drawers in numerous stores such as Lowe's and never have I had to bend over completely as I rummage through the remnants of every size socket you can think of.I am a relatively healthy guy in my early 30s and cannot imagine digging through those drawers like that this time next year.

Always shopped here having issues with a warranty. Getting the runaround between the store and the help center. Was told by Josh the front-end manager he would send an email to the managers to get it figured out. Surprise no email and just called and the appliances manager spent more time trying to get off the phone with me than help. Have a 5 year warranty and the system only goes back 4 years. Pretty shady deal if you ask me. If I ever get my dishwasher fixed, then and only then my rating will change.
