As far as I know, this is a good place to kennel your pet. The only question that I have is that the last two times that I have picked up my dog (first thing in the a.m.) he ran to get outside to pee (and pee and pee) & poop? May not be anything that the staff is doing, or not doing - could just be the dog's uneasiness to being kenneled? I plan on continuing to use their services.

The last 2 times my dog has stayed here with instructions to give him his meds in the morning and also left him more food and treats than he eats at home. He came back home with no food but 4lbs lighter than we left him and 4 out of the 5 pills that they were instructed to give him. We also had a note in our bag with instructions or notes for another dog with the same name. So not sure if my dog got any of his food at all and the other dog got it???? Sorry to say the first time I didn’t say anything but 2 times, he won’t be going back here! A 25lb dog shouldn’t lose 4lbs in 5 days unless he’s starved!

My dog had access to the outdoors whenever he wanted all day which is good for him. The staff is nice. I think my dog was well cared for while there. I’d recommend

We left our 2 cats and dog here for 7 days. When we got back, we found the cats had eaten 3 times since we’d left them in Loving Hearts care, which could easily resulted in liver failure for felines. Their website erroneously states they will offer other food in an effort to encourage animals in their care to eat, but this was never done and we were never contacted. Both of our cats had lost a significant amount of weight considering the 7 day time frame. My husband also noted that there was no solid surface for the cats to walk on in the kennel (he described the kennel the cats were in as being similar to coated chain link fence).My poor dog came home REEKING of urine. He had apparently peed on his bed and blanket we sent with him. He does not have accidents if he is allowed out a couple of times a day, so this is very unusual for him. We had to throw both items away and give him a bath as soon as he got home. We paid for 4 nature walks while he was at the facility, but judging the condition my animals and their items were in when they got home, I doubt he got one walk. We are super upset and would recommend looking elsewhere for pet boarding.

Employees are friendly and always glad to see us and our dog when we come. They follow directions very well. Our dog is always happy to see them as well. I think he is treated very well here.

We boarded both our dogs here for 10 days and were SO nervous as they’ve never been boarded before. The staff was wonderful! They communicated with us every time we reached out (which was often 😂), loved our babies and gave them all the treats they could want 🐾 Both our boys did great and we will definitely board here again!

I made an appointment to board my dogs here for 1 night. I was told the price would be $39.00. However when I picked up my dogs, I was charged $78.00. When I called to ask about it, I was told by Heather ( a owner) that on the weekends, when you drop off on Saturday and pick up on Sunday afternoon you get charged for an extra night. I told her I tried to pickup Sunday morning but they weren’t open. She said yes. We aren’t open Sunday morning so you have to pick up Sunday afternoon when we are open. When I told her I was quoted the price of $39 she said that was per night. I was never told it was per night. Regardless my dogs were only there 1 night and I got charged for 2. When I asked her to make it right she got snippy with me and said that’s what I was charged before (2 yrs ago) . I will not use this kennel again. Charging people for 2 nights when their animals were only there for one is stealing.

We boarded our 2 dogs for the first time this weekend. I was very nervous about it because our youngest pup has bad separation anxiety, and I felt awful leaving her. After leaving them, I called and asked that they both my dogs together. They did it immediately and sent me a picture. They then let me know that both dogs were doing great. Made me feel very comfortable that both dogs would be just fine. They also allowed us to pay a little extra to let the dogs have some playtime together, and we got pictures of them running around together. We will be taking our girls here again!

My fur kids just had their first slumber party here and had a great time! This place is CLEAN and has no pet odor whatsoever! (How in the world?!) I boarded 3 pups for 2 nights and 1 day. The staff graciously allowed me to board my 2 chihuahuas in the same kennel and my Brussels griffon in his own space. They even let me put the chihuahuas' own crate from home in their kennel to help them feel more comfortable. My griffy was allowed to use his own bed from home, too, so he had some familiar smells to keep him cozy. The kennels each contain a raised cot bed in the indoor heated/air conditioned part, and then the staff has a handy sliding door they can raise to allow the pups some outdoor play time. Each kennel has its own personal paved patio, lawn area, and as a bonus it's all covered and fenced in for them. The property itself is HUGE and so peaceful! They offer sweet add-on's like nature walks, play-time, and grooming. (I greatly appreciated that when the staff tried to walk my chihuahua, she noticed that he was uncomfortable so she picked him up to carry him back to his kennel and then didn't bill me for the nature walk. Thank you for being so attentive to my Rambo's needs!!!!)Overall, you can really tell this business takes pride and ownership of their responsibilities to your entrusted fur family. By the pictures of fur-customers in their lobby, you can tell they treat each critter like family. The staff even takes the time to enter notes on each pet's profile to report back to you and save for their future visits. She had pics of my pups at pickup to show me how happy they were during their stay. Thanks for taking such great care of my pups! Rambo, Dixie, and Benny will definitely be back for more slumber parties!

Dogs came back acting different with numerous scraps and sores. Had to throw away the toys we left with them since they smelled of urine and poop. Not worth it.
