Truly the worst Kroger I've been to. I've visited it once every few weeks for the past year when I'm in the area, so I've given it a fair chance. It seems as though everything is always out of stock, the shelves are a disaster and the price labels are frequently wrong. I come on Saturdays, so that gives them plenty of time to update the new sale prices.

Forgot a glove at self checkout...called 20 min later..not found...called the next day .left on hold for 10 min while I thought the employee who answered the phone was checking .call rang thru again at 15min..a different associate answered..thought she was checking..however at 25 min when no one came back I hung up

I am new to the mooresville area so I have only been to this location a couple times so far. This location is a bit smaller than most I've been to. The parking lot is small and the store is a bit dated. The store does appear to be well kept and well stocked. I will specifically note the produce looked great and there was a great variety. All staff I had contact with was friendly and helpful. So far we are impressed and continue using this location.

Awful. All self serve registers was broke down. No one to run a regular register to check people out. Took an hour to check out. I don't leave reviews, but this was ridiculous.

This Kroger's is in a nice location right off 67. It's not new or fancy, but a pretty standard grocery store. They have ClickList which allows you to order groceries online and pick them up at the store, which I love! Right next to Gray Bros Cafeteria, an amazing place to eat. Get groceries and dinner right here!

Wow! Totally different from Martinsville Kroger. The atmosphere was noticably less hostile. No people speeding through the parking lot and nearly running pedestrians down going in or out of the store, no rude people tailgating my ankles with their carts inside and everyone was so calm and pleasant. Probably gonna start shopping at this location all the time.

Went there today. They were out of many sale items (digital coupons). I had a question over a digital coupon Long story short, the "gentleman" who was called over to check it out was rude. I repeated myself by saying "that is what the sign said" and he told me he would check it; I didn't have to keep saying that..in other words "shut up". Is that how you treat customers?

Always out of stock on chocolate creamer. Not a wide selection of sausage or bacon. On holiday shopping never Carrie’s whole bone in hams. Meat department is rude. Store needs updated badly. Parking lot too small. Electric carts need replaced always going dead

My very last trip to Kroger was today. NO checkout cashiers and limited self checkout registers open. Waited 30 minutes to pay for my purchases. My cold and frozen items were warming and thawing and no manager in sight. Sorry, you charge too much for such horrible service. NEVER AGAIN.

This Kroger continues to decline. Today there were no baggers, no one in customer service to help, and long lines at check out. I used the men’s room a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely disgusting. I think there needs to be a management change and figure out the staffing issues.

Store is nice and clean, most products are stocked thoroughly, but…… The individual working this evening and the hot food section looks like he doesn’t want to work here anymore. Asked if there was any more food coming out or fried chicken seeing how it is 6 o’clock and a typical dinner time, and he looked at me like I was stupid, shook his head, turned his shoulder and said no.To the district manager,You should probably be serving dinner items during dinner time. Other than that your store is great.

Very dated store, not enough parking. Way to many customers and long wait at cashier line and self checkouts. Especially on holidays. Kroger could build a new store for the Mooresville community comparable to the ones on north side if they would, or at least update the store

Uscan cashier went running acrossed the store no one around.waited about ten minutes machine acting up she finnally came back asked her where she was at when i needed her help.she replied i was right acrossed the store if you needed me..you didnt yell for help.im not psychic..no clue where she was...old lady with glasses an a long blonde pony tail...pretty rude ..any way i left the groceries called the manager nick an made sure he canceled my transaction...after i told her to go to hell! Breach of security.an extremely rude..

I purchased a gift card for someones birthday..when they went to use it,they were told that it had not been activated..I went to Kroger with gift card and reciept..and they refused to help me .. manager humiliated me in front of several customers talking hateful to me ..he didn't even attempt to check the card or attempt to resolve issue

Great produce, including the usual, plus fresh fruit and vegetables, a deli, bakers, all really good. They also have a really good organic range.Also a good selection of health, beauty and toiletries etc.They have a nice wide entrance/exit and aisles making it wheelchair friendly.The staff are always happy, polite and ready to help.

The worst Kroger in existence. The parking lot is as tiny as the run-down store, the prices are outrageous, and the store manager is apparently trying to inflate their own paycheck by scheduling just one cashier during peak times. Marsh was a thousand times better than this dumpster fire posing as a grocery store.

I would love to give 5 stars but the reason why is the parking. Ever since they re-did the store and parking the parking lot is awful. It's so bad that I stopped going for quite some time until they started Click List.ClickList is awesome and the staff on this team is amazing. I've never had any issues or mix ups with my orders. They have substituted items that are equal value or give me the cost of a name brand if they don't have what I wanted. They pick great produce. I can't say enough about this team.
