My husband stopped by the pharmacy to pick up something for his sinus infection, there were 4 people behind the counter working. He walks up to get some help and was greeted with “we’re closed”. Even though they did not have their counter locked up and 4 people standing behind the counter talking but not one of them would quickly help him. Would have taken literally one minute. They wouldn’t even let the front cashiers check out what he needed. Sooo unprofessional and very rude!!! We will NEVER come back to this pharmacy again. I’m not one to complain, but that was down right RUDE! DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOURE TOO LAZY TO HELP PEOPLE!!!

Twice this week I’ve came in to fill prescriptions straight from the ER. Both times I was in excruciating pain and anticipating these prescriptions to provide me some relief. The pharmacy staff processed my prescriptions right away and both visits my wait times were shorter than quoted. The pharmacy staff had no idea what I had gone through earlier that day and how miserable I was, but I greatly appreciate them working hard and processing my prescriptions quickly so I could go home and find some comfort.

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. If I could give no stars I would. They are rude and condescending. They lie about having meds in stock. They will tell you that your insurance is saying it's to early to Bill but when you call your insurance they say that it's not true. And they have no problem with the refill. I will be taking my medicine and business elsewhere from now on. This is a joke. My son now has to go without his medicine because these people can't keep stock and won t refill the meds when stock comes in.

Worst pharmacy in Indiana!! Never in my life have I ever had such crappy service consistently!! Whether face to face or over the phone, every time I have a prescription refill this place acts as if I am inconveniencing them. They all appear miserable and pissed that you chose their location to fill your prescriptions!!! They desperately need new management at this pharmacy.

I was out of my prescriptions filled at Walgreens and going to CVS now I know why one being that they're very slow. Pharmacist was rude to my elderly grandmother who has hard time in hearing do not recommend this Pharmacy.

This is the most incompetent Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with in my life. The store is filthy and the pharmacy techs are rude. Sadly the only other level one pharmacy for my insurance is Wal-Mart, which is only worse because they're not open 24 hours a day.
