I could not be happier with the service we received on our two GSD’s, and even a nail trim for our old little lady. This is the first time I have had my white GSD groomed and he isn’t getting hair everywhere when we pet him, usually no matter how much I pay he comes home with hair flying. I am so impressed and finally, I feel like I have found someone to be a loyal customer. It’s about a 30 minute drive from us, but completely worth it the drive and every penny.

I wouldn't recommend this groomer. Had a friend have a couple of incidents. One was a tragedy. Our hearts are so broken. We will never be the same. She didn't even offer to help cover the vet bills and such even though it was her fault. The loss of this dog has been devastating

Our dogs have been to groomers numerous times without incident. When we picked up our dogs it looked there was a full fledged battle between the 'groomer' and my Mini Schnauzer.I strongly recommend finding another groomer. We are currently taking them to the Martinsville Pet Smart. Dogs, us, and the groomers are all pleased with the arrangement. No issues at all.

I have a Great Pyrenees, who is outside on the farm, Crystal is very nice and she did such an amazing job. Would recommend for sure!

I've taken my pets here b4 for a groom 2 years ago haven't been bac due to covid it's cheap and affordable she did do a great job but when I tried to call her I couldn't get a hold of any one when I finally did she said she would call me back and she never did so I called her left voicemail and she would never return my call so good luck even trying to get a hold of them to make an appointment

Do Not take your dog here. My dog always comrs back with cuts. I have heard many similar stories from others. This lady is known around town.
