Ive been with this company for 30 plus years and have always had good service. However i must make a change due to not being able to afford you any longer. Ive checked w other local companies n they are charging on average 30 dollars less. Unfortunately with the cost of service I must take my business elsewhere. I can no longer afford ur services. We have been a customer of WM for more than 20 yrs. Their pricing is no longer competitive; however, their service is excellent. They need to offer a senior citizen discount to compete with other providers in our area.

Service is too expensive! Shop around before signing a contract; we’ve found other waste removal services at least 30% cheaper for the same services, WITHOUT a contract. It takes at minimum 15 minutes to get to a live human being if you call customer service and then they give you the runaround because they can’t answer your questions.

I never received a trash can. There was no way to contact them. I got billed and am still being billed for a service I never received

Waste Management is overcharging for trash service. $75 to pick up the container if you cancel? $40 to pause service? I miss Advanced Disposal. Going with another service ASAP.

They will get you in a 3 yr contract and raise your bill every year to a rediculous amount. There is nothing you can do about it.
