I'm from Toledo, Ohio. I'm here (in Monticello, Indiana) doing a solar project for the company I work for.I have a 2018 Camaro SS. She's "special" and I run Royal Purple oil in her. I tried every place I could find out here, and nobody could/would, do an oil change, with that oil, for me. I called Walmart, because I know that they carry the product. I was told that they don't do "Royal Purple" oil changes, but if I bought it off the shelves, they would do it for me. LIFE SAVERS!!Thank you to Paul and Miguel! I'm pretty sure I do, but I hope I remembered their names correctly. The customer service was excellent, they did me a great favor, it was very time efficient and their quality of work was as good as it gets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bad customer service. Tried to call and ask a question and the first 3 times they just picked up and hung up the phone. The last time they said hello and as soon as I began talking they hung up.

What's not to like about Wally ! Just wish they would go back to being open 24/7 . I work the night shift and I miss running in late night and grabbing what I need without the big crowds .There are rumors going around that they will be switching back soon so fingers crossed 🤞

Good selection of products but like always bearly any people working the register. I personally don't believe in using the self checkout it just takes jobs away from people. If you want me to do someone else's job I should be getting a discount for doing it. I do some of there job already I always gather carts that are abandoned in the parking lot and put them we're they go. Today I also pushed carts out we're people could get them and gave 6 people a cart before I took one myself.

The amount of RUDE people including our cashier today was absolutely insane. Our Cashier was sick & blowing her nose and wiping her snot on to her hand, and then handling our groceries.. Absolutely disgusting no sanitizer involved at all.. This is how all this sickness gets spread around.. 🤧 These employers need to be more sympathetic when you have sick employees make them stay home or go home if they come in sick. I myself have a very compromised immune system and so do alot of others.I will from now on do all my shopping I can possibly do at Kroger !!

I was looking for a turkey that was over 20 lbs and there were none on the floor. Chad and Sherri (might not be the right spelling) went above and beyond and found one for me no questions asked. Awesome customer service. Tell them thank you again for me.

They remodeled it now they don't carry but 1/4 of the things they did before and they lay out is so messed up who would put shoes in the underwear department and toys in camping gear it's like whoever designed it was high and drunk at the same time

Walmart is a favorite discount store that offers home goods and groceries. They don't always have the best price but they are generally in the average with wide varieties. The store sometimes gets a little junked up with products in disarray on the shelves but I can live with it at those prices.

Got kicked out bc my beautiful looking calm dog wasnt a service dog, less then 40 ibs. Even tho it clearly reads over the intercom to not leave your dog in the car. 2 oversized ladys came up to me, 1 of em kind of made me feel harassed. But they were clearly not working, all grouped up and talking when they seen me to come criticize me unstead of doing there work. Isnt this place even mostly self check out? what do the workers do? why doesnt anybody answer a phone at all?!?

This Walmart is probably the worst in the country... Nobody knows anything about where anything is and top of that they aren't selling frozen food. It's been for several months with not a soul taking action.. just always "waiting for corporate" shop elsewhere and let this store die. It deserves it. It's pathetic when all of your employees tell me they don't know anything about anything. Just kill it already. This town doesn't need the jacked up prices because of your "losses" just die

All the self check outs makes buying groceries absolutely ridiculous. Kroger rings everything up for me then another person bags them an puts them back into my cart maybe Walmart will learn customer service like that soon iam sure it would be beneficial to any company

They should have left the store alone. Ask 3 different employees where the bug spray was and got 3 different answers then asked a 4th employee but he was to busy talking on his phone with earbuds.

I am from mid Michigan where the Walmart's look more like a Dollar store or a Big Lots, messy, poorly stocked, unfriendly staff and terrible looking perishable departments. This store looked fantastic. I was a store manager for 20 years and was impressed with this store and it's staff. Maybe ya'll could go to Grand Rapids Michigan and show them how to run a store!

A little messy but all employees were very busy. The store is changing the floor plan. We can call it spring cleaning and getting ready for tourist season. I sure want cashiers back. Most people do too but don't step up and say it. Overall,Monticello Walmart is on spot with meeting our needs. Other than not having human cashiers,no complaints.

This Walmart is probably the dirtiest I’ve seen. Their bathrooms are filthy and smell like a sewer. Customer service desk could care less about getting your returns done right and are rude as well. They will have 10 people standing at the service desk at all hours, but then only have one of them actually doing anything, while having a line of 20 people waiting. The employees on the sales floor aren’t any better. You can never find one and if you do, they are also rude and not at all helpful. They almost never have anything in stock and constantly have products in the wrong spot on the shelf. I’m constantly going to self check out, only to have to have them fix the price, only to be told they can’t honor the price where the product was on the shelf. I’ve even gone with them to show them the price, just for them to move the product and say “Sorry, but we don’t honor prices if they were put in the wrong spot by our employees.”
