Goes to the owner.Response to owner: Unless your policy changed in the last two weeks, you keep the electronic tip for yourself. Your staff knows this. It's why they request cash tips when you're not standing there.

This is the perfect place to stop with the kids on a hot day. They have a good variety of ice cream flavors, and a huge number of toppings to throw on top. It seemed like they were on top of keeping the topping fresh.They did have a single low-sugar option, but I wish more low-sugar flavors were offered.The staff was super friendly and willing to help us through our first visit here.

My kids love this place! They have so many flavors of soft serve ice cream to choose from and even more toppings and syrups and sauces for the ice cream! They make good milkshakes as well! The ice cream in a cup is priced by weight and they weigh your cup at the check out to determine what you owe. It is pretty expensive for ice cream here. They also have a freezer with little cups of different varieties of ice cream for $1 and $2 to take home with you for later or they have kitty cups and pup cups which are vanilla ice cream and are their safest recipe for pets. They do have a loyalty program where you get a punch card and for each item you purchase you get a punch and when you get 10 punches you get $5 off your next order. Their milkshakes are a set price but you can choose what flavor ice cream and you can add whatever syrups/sauces and whatever toppings you want to them.

We love Skippers! The ice cream is always delicious, with a nice clean toppings bar. Usually in places like that, candies will be mixed together or dropped places, but Skippers is always impeccably clean. They have boats and jet skis out back for the kids to play on too, which is such a great idea!

Staff was very friendly and lots of topping options! I walked outside with my ice cream and dropped it before I ever got a bite of it, the ladies working let me remake a new one the same way free of charge. Highly recommend!

Prices was ridiculously high, my small cone cost 6.00 for a plain chocolate, nothing extra. It's self serve which I didn't mind, but they have tip jars out which really turned me off. Your doing the work of making the cone, all they do is ring you up so why would they expect people to tip?

We love skippers soooo much! We have a lake house and when we are here we go every single day. Last week we went 6 days in a row and every time it was amazing with the best service.The workers are friendly, and super quick when making shakes. We love this place so much that we bought a baby onesies for my cousins future baby.If you are in Monticello you have to go and get Skippys.

It was a froyo for a family experience. No screens. But they have corn hole! They also have so many fun places to sit like a boat! Yup it's a whole a-- boatLots to choose from. Just don't get sea sick

Skippers became an instant must go for us! We went in search of ice cream while staying close to lake shafer and ended up at Skippers...the first time can be a little overwhelming but it's TOTALLY worth it! We went back 2 days later! The blackberry cheesecake with cheesecake chunks and cool whip is amazing! 2 weeks later and my 7 year old is still talking about "next time we go to Skippers"

Can't say enough about this place! By far, my favorite of all times. You have the ability to create your own ice cream sundae fantasy. There's other things beside just sundaes too. Several flavors of soft serve ice cream and then, I don't think there's a syrup or topping that isn't available. Put all of it into your cup or just your favorite simple creation. Make it as big or small as you want. Whatever combination you dream of you can create.

Absolutely LOVE this place! We've been there a few times now. Each time the staff greets you. Every time we have enjoyed ourselves & our ice cream treats. When you walk in if you haven't been there before they explain how it works. First, they have more than sundaes, most all ice cream type treats like shakes, etc. Even, yes even treats for your pets! Quick guide is...grab a medium or large size cup. There are several ice cream machines set into the wall with a wide variety of flavors. Choose (if you can decide, lol) the flavor, combo of flavors, or all flavors. The amount of each you want. Next step is all sorts of toppings from the standard hot fudge, caramel, marshmallow, and about 10 more to "stuff" like pecans, strawberries, gummies, about 30. All in the amount you want. Add one, some or all! You pay by weight. That being said I had the smaller of cups, which actually seems to be a medium or large elsewhere and filled it with my favorites, exactly the way I like a sundae and actually paid less for more than other places that seem to skimp on toppings. A plus is also they are Veteran friendly, offering Veterans a 10% discount as well as community friendly offering 10% discounts for showing your receipt from some of the more popular restaurants in Monticello. You can also enter to win a prize by photographing you or your family enjoying (and they will) the ice cream treats. You can also receive a discount or something for wearing one of their t-shirts or hats when you stop in. Sorry no pictures, lol, it gets eaten too fast.

Stopped here yesterday with my boys and my mom and it was amazing! It's so good and there are so many flavors and so many toppings to choose from! They gave us a free sample of the strawberry smoothie and it was amazing! We will definitely be back!

The employees and owners are very friendly, loved the pictures of people from around town enjoying their fro-yo, and the amount of toppings and syrups was excellent !! More flavor options would be my only suggestion, but was happy with my family's experience and will be visiting again !!

A definite stop to get a cold treat! The custom carpentry and attention to detail through out the store is phenomenal! Then you get you get a bowl of gelato and you find yourself putting on the calendar when you need to come back! Amazing shop! Thank you for the tour!!!

Usually they have two non-dairy options, one of which I love. And they have their own toppings bar so you can choose what you want. I was disappointed that there was only a Mango option today, but its one of the few places where I can get boba with non-dairy icecream.

Fun and interesting desert bar. The flavors are varied and fun! The Rasberry was something else almost electric in intensity, so good! Plenty of toppings from Bobba to Heath Bar you will be certain to find something you love!
