Just had a small lift and new rims installed on my truck at Rothrock tires. I couldn't be happier, the truck was done 2 days early and looks amazing. The price was reasonable and I was given daily updates while they were working on it. I highly recommend this business, they do quality work. I will definitely go back when I need new tires!

Needed work done on my 2005 jaguar wagon could not get any one to touch it just because it was a jaguar talking to them said no problem bring it in I brought the parts and they got it done fast and reasonableand told me that I didn't need the other side fixed because it was ok and would be a waste of money to do that now saving me a lot of money took it back a second time for more work and again fast and accurate as well as a third again FastAccurate and Reasonable now I don't know about you but when you find a place that can provide you with a clean efficient service and mean it when they say no problem we can get that done for you with out hesitation that is a company that you can depend upon to do the job correctly the first time I need it done with no excuses Will take all my auto repair needs to every time knowing that it will be done rightFrederick ClarkKentland indiana

Vary unprofessional. I asked a couple times not to leave my car unlocked. I have 5 spare keys. They still left it overnight. And I made an appointment for simple work and they didn't touch my car untill 45 mins after the time.

When I first moved to the area a couple of years ago I asked for auto repair recommendations from a lifelong resident. Rothrock was the answer! And it has been the answer for all my car needs.Great work, reasonable price, and prompt service. They have looked at a few car issues for me and didn’t even charge.Highly recommend! Like a good neighbor…Rothrock is there!

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. They have a cute little dog in the main office part that wasn’t mean and also wasn’t annoying. I had a tire that I needed to have replaced with another tire I had on the rim so the spare “donut” I’d been using could be removed and put back in the trunk and a proper tire be reinstalled. I did not schedule ahead, and they got my car right in and out, finished in about 20 minutes and for only $20! Excellent service, friendly staff, I’d definitely think of them first the next time I’m in need of tire servicing

I used to swear by this place... before the new owners took over. This place has really gone downhill. Went in for a new used tire and to have the valve stem rebuilt. They apparently don't know how to rebuild them so they lie and say they can't. I used to work in a tire shop. I know what can be rebuilt and what can't. Instead they replaced it with the wrong part. The lady claims she talked to someone about it. She may have, but it wasn't anyone that owned the vehicle. Went back and complained, yet nothing got done. Just got attitude from the rude lady behind the desk. Just to top it all off, it has been over a week now and my tpms light is still on from the sensor they changed out. This place is becoming just like another Walmart tire and lube. A JOKE! They are slow, rude, and don't know what they are doing. Save yourself the time and headache and go to Pomp's. They may be a little more expensive, but they do a MUCH better job than Rothrock. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants their car serviced properly. They will do what they want and then give you attitude for it later.Edit: to the owners response, the bill should not have to be paid if the job was not done correctly. The vehicle is not fixed for what we "owe" on the bill, but it will be paid and you will be losing all of our business. On top of that, I will share my experiences here with anyone who will listen so they don't go through the same. Have a nice day.

Brought many vehicles there's always good customer service while I was there. But the last two times both vehicles broke down. Once was refunded without question and that was nice. This time I sent a simple message to the an was met by the owner threatening to call the police because I asked about a truck that they failed to fully fix. I own two business in two I have 119 good reviews I know customer service and this is not it. (Sorry man you caused it)

This place is a awful. Go somewhere else get a 2nd opinion. They love to scam senior citizens as well. Took my tire in told front desk lady I have a screw in it. He didn’t even find it I had to show him he wasn’t even aware of what he was looking for. His advice was you need some new tires. Told him it’s just a screw he said oh that’s why it’s here.

I personally know one of the mechanics here. He has a really big head, but he has a literal ton of auto mechanic knowledge in it. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure me and my vehicle is the best. Brock is an amazing person and an outstanding mechanic. He makes this tire shop feel like everything they do has a personal touch. I will always go here for my automotive concerns.
