I do a lot of shopping at Kroger . The people are very friendly and helpful . They have a pharmacy and they are great as well . It's nice when they know you by name when you walk up . Also you can't hardly beat their prices on prescription medication . That being said their grocery side can be kinda expensive . But the good news is they always have great sale prices ! I hit up Kroger first and get everything I need that's on sale then finish up at Walmart . Oh , and they have a great meat department !

Tried to place an online delivery order and it gave me an error message. Called their customer service and after 10 minutes he wants to give me a “case” number to investigate further. No thanks, this was ridiculous. I ordered from Walmart earlier in the week with absolutely no problems. So disappointed

Use to love coming here everyday to shop. The last couple years, they have gone down hill. You can smell the nasty restrooms from across the store, they tore up the old flooring and didn’t bother to fix it or replace the tiles and now it looks awful. The customer service desk is mediocre at best, sales floor employees aren’t that much help when you need to locate a item or if I item is out of stock, they just say “It’s out of stock.” and just walk away. Their prices are also a lot higher in general compared to other stores nearby for almost everything they sell.

Check your receipts..price displayed not always what your charged up front.. then nobody at customer service to refund your money hoping you'll just eat their blatent overcharging and just leave.they have camera's all over self checkout because they say people are stealing and they are the thieves..unless I'm buying $30 or less this happens every time..19 minutes and counting at customer service without service! Now Im told shes only human in store that can do refund and she's now on lunch I'm told. Corporate doesn't trust anyone else in the store to do refunds. Guess they think manager s and staff are thieves too.. Ridiculous!

To the person working the front desk today there is no need to be rude to anyone as I am sure your store is short staffed this is the world we live in please remember that each of us who shop here help pay your check for which I am sure you work very hard for as do I so next time please be a little nice and I will do the same in return

I ran out of insulin and they didn't have the pens I normally use, but they tried and called the other pharmacies and they could help... So they did their magic and figured out a great solution. And in about 20 mins total they had found a solution and I left with my insulin and even had taken care of my insurance too . I trust these wonderful people to help me and make sure I have the appropriate medicines .

Been shopping here for almost 10 years and have seen some really good employees come and go. Unfortunately these days it seems they can't maintain a full staff and that gets frustrating. Like today at 4 PM trying to call in a cake order and nobody was available in the bakery dept. Hope it gets better soon!

I normally love Kroger because they have online coupons and pretty good deals but ever since they started to close early I get frustrated because about an hour before they close they start making announcements about bringing your purchases to the front. Even though they have an hour before they close. It makes me feel rushed and uncomfortable….I could understand if they said it when you only had ten minutes remaining but every fifteen minutes for the final hour is a bit much.

I just want to Thank the manager and Dani for everything. Had a horrible experience at Walmart on Christmas Eve that had me in a panic attack. They were able to save the day and or family did not go without for the holidays. Their customer service skills were outstanding and such a clean store. The entire store had such a wonderful atmosphere! Thank you for saving Christmas for us!

There's always 50 people waiting in lines while there's 6 self check out lanes closed. They definitely don't want your shopping experience to be convenient.

Love their store and their prices ~ I only wish we'd have one closer to where I live out in Wheatfield In, takes an hour to get up there. Produce is always fresh and their watermelons are sweet and good too. More deals and way better savings then the stores by us.

All went well. Found everything I needed, but missed the cutoff for checkers at 10 pm, so we had to use the auto-checkers ourselves. Mark this day down in history, it was the very first time we made it through without either the machine or us having a fit. Haha. Not bad for 30 items.

Good service and some new healthy items are coming in which is great, but inventory at this store is very poor. Havent carried cold organic unsweetened almondmilk in 4+ months now with the spots still empty and there where they used to be regularly. Reported to customer service yet the shelves stay empty. Other spots for other items such as organic chicken and beef meatballs similarly get inventory once every few months. Pretty ridiculous.

So long as you don't need to deal with Employee Rose all is good. She thinks she is above and beyond everyone. Very much demanding and all around unpleasant person. She is very dishonest and horrible with anyone in general which is why she was moved to different departments so she cant deal with the public. You would think this store manager would take care of business but apparently he doesn't want to. Every employee and a variety of others know to stay away from rose! So sad that this store won't wake up!

Has all the essentials and a little more. Has a Starbucks right by the entrance. Basic beer/wine/liquor selection. Staff is friendly. If you're not from here - it gets busy during the summer, especially on holiday weekends.

Kroger is amazing! Easy flow of the store and you're not constantly bumping into people like at Wal-Mart! The employees are always helpful and actually seem to enjoy their jobs! Thank you Kroger for being amazing! (Plus they have Starbucks... WHAT!?)

Is a good little "market" kind of setting. Has a deli, bakery, fresh fruit and vegetables. There's a nice selection of flowers and bouquets. Currently at the time of this review a coffee shop is being put inside. With a decent selection of frozen foods. One cool factor. You can go to deli and get a fountain drink or frozen treat for while you shop.

Good quality foods and items. Best store brand to buy. Other store brands cut corners but Kroger Brand actually seems better than the leading name brand. It's quite a big grocery store so I got lost looking for chocolate syrup but was helped by friendly worker.

A fine store with plenty of variety (i tend to like their private selection line when i buy it). The self- checkout was starting to backup today and they duly opened up another lane. And the employees are most helpful when asked.

Typical big chain grocery store. Typical selection, average prices, pharmacy included.Their bakery and fresh market items (pre-cooked meals) are usually pretty tasty and competitively priced but limited selection.The store is easy to maneuver through but can be overcrowded during peak hours, usually right after people get out of work.No wifi so if you want to use an app to compare prices you will need to use your phone's data plan. Probably my biggest criticism.

Love the store! HATE the digital coupons. Takes to much time. I have to shop before I go shopping! They have no service in the store, so if you see something you missed you can't add it to your cart. 🙄

Sure The other SuperCenter might have Everything in one roof however if your looking for a better fresh salad bar, produce, and fresh meat selection, there’s no match. Kroger is an awesome grocery store. If Fresh meals is your forte they have that to. Give yourself some extra time and try to absorb all they have to offer.

Very modern. Lots of upgrades even a Starbucks had been added inside. Staff is so friendly. Been shopping here since I was a little kid. Also the kroger app is a MUST ull save so much with e-cupons. I love to go a krogering. selection varieties and product quality are both exceptional.
